Solved

When opening a .mov my LR Classic crashes.  It has been happening off and on.  I've tried rebooting my MAC and sometimes it works and other times it does.  I'm on LR 14.5.1 and OS Tahoe 26.1 .  I have sent report to Adobe but haven't had any response back.

I keep trying to open photoshop but crashes right after the illistrasion screen appears. I tried the other versions of photoshop I had downloaded (2024 and 2025... havent had any issues with them all downloaded before). I made sure all were up to date and still had issues. I ended up uninstalling all the old ones but didn't solve and keeps crash during launch Photoshop 27.1 MacBook Pro 16inch 2021 32gb memoryTahoe 26.1

Hello,   I hope you’re doing well. I am writing to request a refund for a subscription renewal that was charged to my account. I originally signed up for the free trial and intended to cancel before the renewal date, but I unfortunately forgot to do so and was charged.   Since I did not intend to continue the subscription and have not used any of the paid features, I kindly ask if it would be possible to receive a refund for this charge.   Here are my details:   Account email: [P.I Removed by Moderator] Date of charge: December 3,2025  Amount charged: €76,99     Thank you for your understanding and assistance. I appreciate your help with this matter.   Kind regards, Brian

We installed acrobat 2025 using chocolaty and building our transform's file etc to remove not allowed features etc. We are wondering is there a command we can run to trigger patches/updates from ansible as we would like to do this on a monthly basis with our other patching. The machines are locked down so users cant do this themselves. We tried the following from admin cmd and powrershell "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\ARM\1.0\AdobeARM.exe" /update and are getting failures but updates work if we run upgrade from the gui then sign in with admin account.   Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Error log is [2025-12-03 11:43:34:0030] Adobe ARM 1.824.460.1110 logging started.[2025-12-03 11:43:34:0030] Command Line: /ArmCleanup[2025-12-03 11:43:34:0030] CleanupEx...[2025-12-03 11:43:34:0030] Notify...[2025-12-03 11:43:34:0030] WriteFile succeeded in Notify[2025-12-03 11:43:34:0030] no folders to cleanup[2025-12-03 11:43:34:0030] ARM retu

I have a user with a new laptop who is trying to install Adobe Acrobat, is notified to wait to be prompted for account authentication, but no prompt ever comes.Anyone else have this issue? Screenshot attached.

Hi. I have a new laptop, so I'm not sure if this is new or was always there. Either way it's driving me crazy! I would like to not see any promotions while I'm using the app. It's distracting and annoying. I pay my subscription. I should not have to endure upselling. I've tried turning off Rich Tool Tips and Notifications, but the banner message is still there. Is there any way to get rid of this and/or similar promotions? Thanks in advance!

In the previous version of Photoshop, v26xxx when you used the "Open as OpenColorIO" feature, you could properly open an AcesCG file and it would look correct. However in v27xxx this feature is not behaving properly. I'm using the same steps as in v26 but the result when it open is completely wrong. It is either broken or the behavior and how to use this tool has changed. Can you please verify?

how i can fix this

I am using latest Premiere Pro (ver.  25.6.2) , When I export Markers as .csv, it puts everything in one column,  like in the cssv file I attached (tunnel0001.csv),  But I used an older version of Premiere (ver. 24.6.8), it exports correctly everything in separate columns and rows and cells (Sequence 01.csv).  I want to know this is a bug or something else. It's just nonsense, Can anyone help me, please.

Hey there all, I thought I'd drop this comment in, in case anyone else has experienced the same thing. I have been using Adobe for the past few months, and paying their somewhat pricey subscription of £29.99 + £6.99 (never quite figured out what this was for as Adobe insists it cannot find my card even though the payment goes through!).Since I was not really happy with this, I decided to cancel the plan; during the process I was offered a 90-day free period ("...on us..." acording to Adobe); I accepted. This was yesterday (27 Nov. 2025)...And lo and behold, bright and early today (29 Nov. 2025)... I was charged! No doubt the rest of it - the £29.99 will follow! So much for believing what you read on the internet eh?! Can't trust anyone these days it seems - not even big reputabalbe companines like Adobe. Needless to say, since there is no way to contact Adobe unless you happen to have an enterprise, or teams account - I am cutting my losses and cancelled the pl

Hey, I just realized I've deleted 45 minutes off of my timeline in Premiere. This has occured some days in the past and all my autosave files do not contain the deleted timeline either. My question is -- is there any other location on my computer where a previous version of my Premiere Project file could still be available? Perhaps a cache folder or temp folder somewhere? I am on Windows 11, latest Premiere version.  Thank you!

I am trying to make a pattern brush with 1/8" circles. The circles need to be approximately 2 ft apart. So if I draw a rectangle that is approximately 48" x 96", but will place three circles along the bottom and 5 circles along the sides.    I got it to work fairly well, but the dots in the corners aren't always aligned. What do I need to do to make sure that the corner tile is aligned correctly at the corner?   It's just happening on the lower left corner, not on any of the other three corners.   Corner dots is misaligned Misaligned corner     Side Tile Side Tile     Corner Tile Corner Tile

I have been using Lightroom mobile app for a couple years now and I have eventually used the 40 gig allowance when I went into subscriptions. I couldn't find any option to upgrade to a bigger storage. Can anyone point me in the right direction or this a feature that we can ask For more data storage cloud?IPhone 16 Pro, shoot RAW

I love the brush modes, being able to paint in multiply, darken etc without creating a new layer is extremely useful. If this could be launched as a pop up window or incorporated within an existing window (Brush Settings or Contextual task bar for instance) to place it closer to the area you're working on would be a game changer.

In my workplace I use PC and when I try to use the Keyboard Shortcuts for 'Create Outline' it is not possible. Nothing happened. I have to use the Type menu and schroll down. Why does it not work?In my home I use an MacBook Pro and there is no problem.Br.Carsten Bøwig

I’m experiencing a persistent issue with the Lightroom Classic catalog backup process.Even though the catalog works normally during editing, every time I try to back it up, Lightroom fails to complete the backup and shows an error. I’ve already tried:Creating a new destination folder and selecting it manuallyMoving the catalog to a different drive (internal SSD and external SSD)Ensuring there is enough free space on both the catalog and backup drivesRunning Lightroom as AdministratorResetting Lightroom preferencesDespite these attempts, the backup still fails. No backup files are generated, and Lightroom keeps prompting me to back up again. There are no clear error codes inside Lightroom, just a generic backup failure message. It seems to be related to the catalog writing permissions, file locking, or possibly a bug introduced in the latest Lightroom Classic update. I need support to investigate the catalog integrity and diagnose why the backup cannot be completed even though the catalo

Bonjour,Je possède une licence Photoshop Eléments 11 de 2013, sur cd, et utilisée avec Windows 10. Comment l'installer, sans CD, sur un PC en Windows 11 ?

I have tried importing this psd in as many different ways as possible because I know some times there are bugs but no matter what I do I can't get the handles to appear for any of the tools. I have created new after effects files, renamed the psd, tried going back and forth between different import settings to try and trick it back but it isn't working. Only the small gray bounding boxes appear - no ability to move or rotate or change the anchor. Other files work fine. I have removed all layer styles and opacity from the psd file which shouldn't matter but that didn't help either.

Hello. I want the dot (leader?) in my contents page to have wider spacing. That is to say the page name, dots then page number. The dots are always the same spacing. I have tried adjusting the tabs section of the relevant paragraph style but this makes no difference?

Why is CTRL F4 not down as Close in the list of keyboard shortcuts ? or preferences?Coz let's face it, that's what happens.
