Solved

I keep video files on an external HDD.Something happened (I guess with Windows) and the index on the disk was corrupted. Several folders disappeared from the index, but recovery software found the files, which I offloaded so that I could work on them.If I play the video file on the PC with Media Player Classic, it plays without issues, but when I try and edit it in Premiere, it has numerous single frame glitches - either a green screen or a random frame from another part of the video.Has anyone else encountered this and, if so, how did you resolve it.The files are MP4, 1080P, 50fps.Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have this Adobe subscription with both Photoshop and Lightroom in 1 package. I think it will end around end of October, not really sure…After almost a year, I realise now I want to keep Photoshop, but I want to end Lightroom. What do I have to do? I would love to have Photoshop for another full year.Kind regards :)(ps: all these different Adobe websites, different apps, pages etc. are VERY confusing to me. Please help me out haha)

I have been receiving the "No network connection. Only projects you have previously opened on this device will be available." I am fully connected to the Wifi so I'm not sure why I keep getting this message!

Hi everyone,I'm getting my documents ready for an online NBI appointment, and while reviewing my scanned ID in Adobe Acrobat, I noticed that the text and photo don't look as clear as I'd like.I scanned the document using my phone, but after opening the PDF in Acrobat, it still appears a little blurry. Since I'll be uploading it for verification through OnlineNBIClearance.ph, I want to make sure the document is clear and easy to read.I've already looked through Adobe's guide on scanned PDFs and tried a few basic suggestions, but the quality hasn't improved much.Does Acrobat have any tools or features that can enhance an existing scanned PDF, or is it better to rescan the document? Also, what scan settings (DPI, file format, color mode, etc.) do you recommend for official documents so they're clear enough for verification?I'd really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

I've just been messing with some new brush sets and a few hours ago every one of my brushes started acting strange. Instead of adding the same color I have color picked from the painting, it's creating some sort of blend mode(multiply?) layer on top of wherever there is already paint. If I insert a new layer on top, I can paint one stroke of paint down and it will look normal on top of the painting(with the exact selected color) until I add another stroke over that piece on that same new layer, which adds the darkened effect yet gain. Opacity is 100% for all brushes here, each layer is set at "normal." I've hardly touched brush settings aside from brush size. Is there any way to turn this brush effect off for all brushes?  I only just started using photoshop today coming from a much simpler program, Autodesk Sketchbook. It's very likely I bumped a key or something by accident and now I'm just stumped. Any help would be absolutely appreciated (: !

I purchased Lightroom 4.0 in 2012.  I recently got a new computer and am trying to download version 4 but I'm not seeing that option on Adobe site.  Lightroom 4.0 shows in my account as a product that I own.   Can anyone tell me how to download it?

It says that I can enjoy unlimited free generations, but instead of 0 credits, it says “uses 400 credits”.

On a few of my projects my horizontal scroll bar has disappeared, wondering if this is a bug or just a personal problem.

I want to print labels I have created on Avery for Avery Labels 8160.  Is it possible to print them with Adobe??

Hi everyone,I recently scanned a few ID and document pages using my phone, but when I open the PDF in Acrobat, some text looks slightly blurry and not very sharp. I’m trying to make the document clearer for online submission and verification purposes.I already tried rescanning with better lighting, but the quality still doesn’t look as clean as expected after saving as PDF. Is there any setting in Acrobat that can improve scan quality, sharpen text, or make documents look clearer without affecting readability?Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

Hi, really hoping someone can help me. Spent the last 4 hours trying every tutorial I can find on this and absolutely zero progress, pretty much given up.Essentially I want to create just the shape in the middle and ‘ripple’ out concentric copies so I end up with the full set of offsets. Ideally I want the shapes to be no fill/stroke but with a darker inner glow/shadow. The original shape is in Illustrator (although the image is created in Photoshop. Am assuming the best way is to create the glow/shadow effect in After Effects around the shape of the path?Everytime I try I can’t get a glow without a fill or stroke which ruins the effect.Has anyone got any suggestions?  I’m pretty new with AE although used Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign for decades.Start frame – still struggling to create this in AE (this is a PSD file just to show what I’m trying to achieve)Ideal End Frame

Hello, I no longer have the option to download older versions of InDesign; is it still possible to access them via Creative Cloud?

I need to determine if a paragraph style group exists. Generally, this avoids the judgment of non existence://This is the previous practice of using else to determine 'non-existent' in reversevar d = app.activeDocument;var item = d.selection[0];if(d.paragraphStyleGroups.itemByName('AA').isValid){var myGroup=d.paragraphStyleGroups.itemByName('AA');alert('AA exist')}else{alert('AA dose not exist')}But sometimes I need to directly determine that it doesn't exist and find that both of the following are invalid://Now I want to directly determine that 'AA' does not exist.var d = app.activeDocument;var item = d.selection[0];if(d.paragraphStyleGroups.itemByName('AA').inValid){alert('group does not exist');}if(!d.paragraphStyleGroups.itemByName('AA').isValid){alert('group does not exist');}

I have made a interactive pdf by InDesign, but when I try to open it with Acrobat Reader (Mobile version) it doen’t work.Buttons don’t work, same for pop-up windows. How I can fix this problem?

I had cancelled before the trial ended, the trial ended and I got charged regardless - my subscription was converted to a a paid subscription.I noticed the credit card charge today. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.Any customer support channels are unclear to me - no tab, Adobe clearly does not want anyone to ask for refund, and has made the cancellation process sneakily convoluted.Could you please assist with this request? Either processing my refund or directing my message to the appropriate customer support channelsl.

I’ve had an issue with Adobe Acrobat where I open a PDF and the application window doubles in size. I close the PDF, open another PDF and its even larger. Eventually after a couple opens, the acrobat application window is full screen, although not “Fullscreen” its fully maximized to where I need to grab the corner with my mouse and manually resize to a typical document window size. This is happening from a closed instance to opening a PDF. If I only close the document (tab) and leave acrobat running, its fine. This is happening on my Windows 11 Business edition (Surface Pro 11). I have since recently restored/factory reset my Surface with a fresh reinstall of Windows 11 Pro/Business. Fresh installed Adobe Acrobat and the symptom is still happening. It was happening before and after a fresh windows install. I have the latest version at 64bit 25.001.21184.I have AI searched for a solution and they didnt help resolve it. Anyone have any ideas or having the same problem?

I noticed a button (HDR) and clicked on it to see what it did.  A display started and started adding colors to my pics. I tried to undo them and couldn’t. I had to delete the pics and start over.  Now I can’t get rid of the display.  I went to help and it said ‘don’t click on it if you don’t want it.’  There was nothing about that on the page. I can’t delete it now! How can I delete the display?  What a pain!

I have a subscription but Adobe is not allowing me access.

I am new to this website and I would like to start working on typing jobs. I want to know how I can find available typing jobs, how to apply for them, and what I need to do to get my first job. Please guide me step by step.

I just wanted to state how extremely cruel is that an algorythm or a bot or whatsoever decides that your account had “suspicious activity” after years of uploading quality content (not a single AI thing, all made by myself etc) and suddenly Adobe blocking your account. Thus, making you lose all that work, stats, titles, keywords and, of course, keeping more than 150$. Just because a Bot decided so for whatever reason that is completely mistaken as I have been strictly following the guidelines. Now I have to wait for weeks or months probably just to receive a message from somebody that checked my case for 10 seconds saying that the bot is right. Good night, folks.

Hello,I signed the photo plan with Photoshop and Lightroom. I already had it some time ago and now I have it again. I remembered that it was possible to download older versions of the software, but in the case of Photoshop I can no longer find versions earlier than 19.1.8. I use the software on a main PC, where I don't have performance problems, so I use the latest versions with ease, but I also have an older laptop where I prefer to use the CS6 version (for some editing when I'm away from home)I attach a screen of what I see when I go to download the old versions

I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways this August 6 I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a schoolworks. At the same day,  I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged, and i recieve an email of calcelling the 7 subscription. But this August 28 I look at my billing history on my Gcash account and see I have been charged 1,674.40 pesos. Apparently I have been getting charged  AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund my subscription  without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. I need that money tommorow for my school. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this. For some reason i cant post a question
