In the latest version of Premiere (26.3.2), I can’t auto attach proxies. When I go to attach proxies to a batch of clips, I’m forced to attach each proxy manually, even though I have “Relink others automatically” selected. I went back to Premiere 25 to make sure that there wasn’t issue with my file structure and/or naming convention, but the proxies auto linked fine there.

Christopher, hello. I have a copyright company requesting proof of a license for an image I downloaded in 2019. I sent them a screenshot bigger than this, but they are being unreasonable. How can I get this info?

As a license Admin, it is essential to keep track of user licenses as people join, leave and change roles within the business.Currently there is no way to track even basic usage of Adobe software.  We need an option to see the last sign-in time for a user at a minimum, and ideally that data on a per application basis, so that we can see what software users are running to ensure we have the correct license applied. I'm not asking for any detailed tracking, but the user has to be signed in to their Adobe account within the software, e.g. Adobe Acrobat, and presumably when the application is launched this performs an authentication interaction with the Adobe platform, so it would be very easy to give a last signin time.

Can’t find redact tool in Acrobat 2020 - have looked pretty well everywhere.

I don’t see the “Dynamic Text” feature on this drop-down menu to use

So, I've recently switched from Sony Vegas to PrPro for video editing, and there's 3 features I miss from SVPro.One of which is when I press stop (Space) the Playhead returns to where I started it, NOT from the beginning of the clip or timeline, but from the spot I started the playback (i.e. I start the playback at 1 minute and 37 seconds, I let it play for about 50 second and I press space, then it returns to 1 minute 37 seconds) How do I enable this in PrPro? I'm using PrPro CC 2015.The other 2 features I miss would be awesome to have, so IF you know of a way to do this I'd love it.Why doesn't the audio waveform show when I move the clip with a mouse? It does in SVPro and it helps syncing or matching audio/music up with a clip perfectly with ease and fast, whereas this process is a lot slower and tedious in PrPro. Is there any way I can make the waveform show even when moving audio clips with the mouse? And WHY can't I implement clips recorded with Nvidia Shadowplay without it going ou

Hello Adobe Community,My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked on April 1 because, in my last uploads, I uploaded AI-generated images of famous personalities. At that time, I did not fully understand that this type of content violated Adobe Stock policies. I now clearly understand my mistake and already admitted it in my appeals. However, I am disappointed because I have already submitted two appeals regarding my blocked account, but I still have not received any meaningful update from Contributor Support.Today is May 14, and it has already been around one and a half months since my account was blocked. Despite waiting this long, I still have not received any clear response or final decision. Is this fair for contributors who are genuinely trying to communicate and resolve their mistakes?I fully respect Adobe Stock policies and simply want clarity about my case status. Waiting for such a long time without any response is extremely painful and frustrating. Even if the appeal is rej

Preciso baixar a versão de 2022 do After Effects, no entanto, mas o menu de "Outras Versões", não existe mais. Por favor, retornem com essa opção. I use Acrobat Pro X but from searching DC has the same issue. I need to deskew without using the OCR (Recognize text) feature because that adds too much file size and I have not found a way to remove OCR text from a file afterwards. If I create an action using the Optimize PDF and make sure the filter options have Deskew ON and everything else off, then check that OCR options remain unchecked it never successfully deskews. It has the box that says it is optimizing but does not deskew. The separate Recognize Text from the tools pane always works fairly well but I’m not looking to run that unless someone has a way to remove the OCR layer in the pdf.Thanks.I just tried the google crappy AI suggestion to use Protection, Remove Hidden information and it appears to have removed the OCR text but not the test file size went from 709 kb to 2,575.This particular file is a 19pg 300 dpi 1 bit black & white scan.

Dear Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account has been deactivated.I would like to know whether it is possible to restore my account.I am very worried about this situation because my family members and I have invested a significant amount of time, effort, and money into this account together. I really need your help and guidance in this matter. Please help me.In the email I received from Adobe, I saw that there may have been an issue related to one of the submission guidelines with my submissions. If I made any unintentional mistake, I sincerely apologize for it.However, my account was unexpectedly deactivated without a specific reason being clearly explained to me. I have carefully reviewed Adobe Stock’s guidelines, and I have never intentionally tried to violate any guideline or misuse Adobe’s system. I also keep records of every file that I have uploaded.Although I have contacted Adobe by email regarding this matter, I still have not received a clear explanation of w

I would like to add comments on a PDF for team use and proofing. When the PDF is final, I would like the option to delete all comments on all pages and save as a final version for client, without the client seeing any of the comments.

Hola!

In After Effects, there’s an option called “Notify when queue completes” when rendering. But I’m not sure how to use it, especially to get notifications on my phone.I checked the Creative Cloud mobile app, but it looks like the mobile version has been discontinued by Adobe, so I can’t receive any notifications through that.Is there any way to make this feature work, or is there an alternative method to get a notification on my phone when rendering is finished? Thanks in advance!

Hi all — this may be the first time in 20 years I’ve had to post a question because I just can’t find an answer in the docs or on forums. Does anyone have a name for (or any insight about) this tool that appears below the tool palette when you select a path with the Direct Selection tool? It gives a visualization of the radii of the curves in the path, but doesn’t seem to be editable or perform any actions. I am not aware of an equivalent in Illustrator for desktop, but it’s always possible I have just never come across it before.Would love to get the name and features documented here, so that anyone else searching can find out more!

Bom dia. Meu e-mail<removed - kglad>

Hi  - Last week, the IT department at my company had to replace my computer and unfortunately, we cannot get FrameMaker to install properly on my machine. Since the IT folks are remoting into my machine and doing the install as admin users, I don’t really have any insight into what is going wrong. All I know is that the installation appears to be complete, but when I go to access my FrameMaker projects, I see that the .FM extension is not on my files: Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I would like to purchase the software (a perpetual license) without a subscription.  I am unable to see the option on the Adobe website.  I would be happy with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI but that is no longer available and supported.  Does anyone have suggestions?

Please help me with this error i continue to get while attempting to save my work in Illustrator CS3 "Acrobat PDF Format is having difficulties. The dimension of this page are out of range" The original artwork was massive so i figured it could have been because of the size. I scaled the artwork down by 70% but got the same message. I then created a new document which was A3 in size, I copied the artwork over to the new A3 doc in a single layer but the error still continues. I have never seen this kind of error before and i cannot work out how to solve the issue - I need to save this work! Please help

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue in Adobe Acrobat when trying to edit text in a PDF. Whenever I select the “Edit PDF” tool and update text, the formatting changes automatically — sometimes the font changes, spacing shifts, or the layout moves unexpectedly.Has anyone experienced this problem? What’s the best way to edit text in Acrobat without affecting the existing formatting? Also, is there a recommended method to preserve the original font if it’s not installed on my system?Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

When I open the Creative Cloud app Photoshop no longer shows as an installed application, even though it is installed and runs on my Mac. The CC app seems to indicate that I need to install it, but it is already installed. In the past it has always showed in the CC app. See screenshots below:

I 'm trying for several days now due to internet problems inth area. The system keeps asking me to update my payment info and prevents me from canceling. Please cancel my free trial immediately or I will have to cancel my bank card.

I tried to sign up for the free 7 days with Adobe . It said my credit card info did not go through ... Retry later that there was a problem so I deleted the app ... Two days later I see a charge on my credit card that it did go through ... It has not even been seven days and I was charged .    I got the app back up and cancelled but would like a refund for the $9.99 .I will give it a couple days and then dispute with whomever
