I'm bitten yet again by Lightroom Classic's inability to move image files to my system trash.  I've gone through all the solutions I could find:Turned off Full Disk Access for Lightroom, restarted, turned Full Disk Access back on.Created an empty folder on the affected disk and trashed it.Created a Trash folder on the affected disk.I've run Disk First Aid on the disk. I still cannot move image files to my Mac's trash. I'm only allowed to permanently delete them. Are there any new solutions? Thanks for any help. MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1Mac Studio with Apple M2 Max

Hi,I have a PDF file of size 56.4 MB stored locally on MacBook's storage. The file has 12,697 pages which is all text. When I try to convert this PDF file to Excel, the Acrobat application simply hangs with no error messages. And at this point, I'm clueless what is going wrong, and how to fix this. I checked and my MacBook's memory usage is high, but less than the total memory of 16GB. Can help and guidance is much helpful?Peace!

Hello everyone,We have been experiencing issues with Adobe for some time now. Our users are working on an RDS server, and after a while they are no longer able to open PDF files with Adobe. When checking the Task Manager, we can see that each user has many Adobe processes running, sometimes up to 30 processes per user.The only way to get PDF files working again is either to manually close the Adobe processes from Task Manager or ask the user to log off and reconnect their session.We are currently running Adobe Acrobat 64-bit version 26.001.21529.

Hi everyone,I'm currently using InDesign (Beta) on my Windows PC because my SnapDragon X Plus processor isn’t compatible with the standard version of InDesign. However, since this morning, the application won’t launch anymore. I immediately get the following error message:"Your InDesign (Beta) build has expired."The strange thing is that I already have the latest available version installed, which is 20.6.Do you know when it will be possible to use InDesign (Beta) again?Will a new build be released soon so we can continue working with it?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi, our domain is claimed and we enabled the Azure/Entra User Sync for SSO.Sometimes SSO does not properly because a person has two accounts for our domain.A business account (created by the Azure Sync) and a personal account which they created themselves some time ago when the domain was not managed.As a regulatory and legal requirement we need to get rid of those personal accounts.Either migrate their data to the company account or force the user to change the e-mail address to their personal one. How can this be done ?

Dear Adobe Team and fellow creatives, I just wanted to throw this out there: it's 2025, and we still don't have native support for Adobe Creative Cloud on Linux. I know it's been requested for years, but I really believe there's a growing need for it now more than ever. As a design student who uses Linux daily, it's incredibly frustrating having to jump through hoops—like using Wine, virtual machines, or switching OS—just to run apps like Photoshop or Illustrator. These workarounds often break, lag, or simply aren’t reliable for professional work. I know supporting another platform is no small task, but just look around—Linux is everywhere. Designers, developers, and students alike are choosing it for its flexibility, privacy, and speed. There’s a whole creative community here that would gladly pay for native Adobe tools on Linux. Please consider this. Even if it's just Photoshop and Illustrator to start with—something would be a game changer. To other Linux users: if you feel the same

It was effective at the beginning.I manually dragged it, but running the script afterwards didn't work.After manually dragging, I tried "Make Frame Fit Content" or "Make Content Fit Frame" respectively, but neither had any effect.var d = app.activeDocument;var item = d.selection[0]; frameFitToContent(item);//frameFitToContent(item.parent);//contentFitToFrame(item.parent);function frameFitToContent(s) { //s.frameFittingOptions.autoFit = true; s.frameFittingOptions.fittingAlignment = AnchorPoint.TOP_LEFT_ANCHOR; s.fit(FitOptions.FRAME_TO_CONTENT);}function contentFitToFrame(s) { //s.frameFittingOptions.autoFit = true; s.frameFittingOptions.fittingAlignment = AnchorPoint.TOP_LEFT_ANCHOR; s.fit(FitOptions.FILL_PROPORTIONALLY);}

I pay my regular services Abobe stander and Acrobat Export. Suddenly I’m getting billed for other products that belong to another account, not mine. The finder tool tells me they belong to another account. What can be done?

I uninstalled Acrobate reader then downloaded intall file of latest version ( 25.001.21111), I start installation. It seems completed successfully but there is no any software in the pc. I tried this 4-5 times. I also tried 2025.001.20997 it also didn’t work. Can you help please?

I have a legitimate Acrobat DC perpetual licence. On my new computer I get the message that my serial number is “already in use by the maximum allowed computers.”My previous computers were completely wiped following a security breach, so I cannot access them to deactivate Acrobat.Adobe Support directed me to post here. Could an Adobe employee please clear/reset the old activations so I can activate Acrobat on my new computer?I can provide my serial number privately if required. Thank you.

I can copy maybe 2 times from one open document to another open document before InDesign shuts down. It does not crash when copying within the same document. I have tried resetting preferences, disabled all in clip-board handling, but it is still the same. It occurs in random documents, so not the same either document, picture or elements.   <Title renamed by MOD>
