How to solve "error":"invalid_credentials" issue? It occurs whenever i open creative cloud and open lightroom!What can i do? I had already reinstall creative cloud but nothing change! 

For some reason everything is perfect and working as it should except for when I try to fix problems with the 2-frame Take which simply bends the elbows perfectly reversed in this case. Hello there,I am repeatedly encountered the issue, that Adobe crashes, when I try to edit an existing PDF regard font type or font size. This happens on multiple PDF documents.I am using Adobe Acrobat:Architecture: x86_64 Build: 20.5.30774.10774 AGM: 4.30.122 CoolType: 5.14.5 JP2K: 1.2.3.54783I have an MacBook Air (Apple M4) with macOS Tahoe Version 26.5I have attached the error log, which Adobe reports after the crash.Hope you can help fix this, as it is really annoying :-(

I am trying to create several videos with the same character.  Each time I create a new video, or edit a video, the character changes.  How do I create mulitple videos with consistent characters?  

Happens to me in Adobe Premiere. Yesterday the section that monitors the movement in time when you zoom and adjust an image or video just disappeared. Just like that it is gone. Now I tried to get it back. I open the Windows bar and click on a thing that I think is it. Wrong. Wrong! And now I litteraly have to de-instal Adobe Premiere in order to get it back into the screen I was used to. Why is this so complicated? Why did it take me 3 login attempts with 3 different codes, a password change, a Google-account connection to write a gdm message here? Is this feedback system created so people will get to frustrated and just not feedback? Cuz it 100% looks like that.

I am lefthanded and I would like to know how to change the direction for the mouse-pointer IN the pdf documents. I use a software changing the direction of the mouse pointer in general and it works very well everywhere but NOT inside a pdf document. How to get the mousepointer to change direction inside a pdf document?

Camera Raw no stopped launching Photoshop when I clicked the Open button. I was working a couple days ago.I have a Windows 11 PC with all the latest updates.I am using Bridge 16.0.6.9, Camera Raw 18.4.1 and Photoshop 27.8.0Any suggestions?

Hello, I forgot to cancel free trial to a yearly subscription and I got charged on May 26, 2026. The amount was $69.99. Today is May 29, 2026 so I missed the forty eight hour deadline quite literally yesterday, huge mistake. I had called the developers really early in the morning and they told me to try to request a refund in the Google Play store but it will take one through four days and I'm not sure if it's guaranteed. I had the app for less than a month so I really want my refund back, because I got charged for a full yearly subscription. If you cancel within 14 days of your original purchase, you will get a full refund. I really need my seventy dollars back because like I said, I had barely even used the app for less than a month I only wanted to test the free trial and I forgot to cancel it yesterday. If I were to cancel with a bank I would most likely get a charge back and Google Play will terminate my account permanently, so I can't even consider that an option. 

At the past there was an option to capture video from tape with Adobe Premiere.From 2023/2024 Adobe stoped supporting this option.Is there a way to downgrade Premiere version? Or maybe an alternative software?If I have Premiere CS4, is there a way to activate the serial number during installation?Thanks!Dana 

I cannot use Lightroom Classic. Every catalog I try opens in the background. All apps and graphics driver are up-to-date. I'm operating Windows 11 on a Sky Tech gaming machine. I have spent many hours online with several different Adobe techs have been unable to solve the problem. A litle help here; today suddenly, I've placed several logos and icons created in Illustrator, and they are showing a white background instead of being transparent. I thought it was a redraw issue so I quit everything and sitll the issue. Then I restarted and I still see it. Have placed other logos and same issue. Worst, the PDF is exporting with this white background!!! • Display is set to high Quality Display• Fill for placed logo is set to none, both on bounding box and object• Other logos placed before today don't have the issue.• Made a new file, placed a different vector, same issue. What gives??? In the latest update of InDesign when I have multiple shapes and frames on the page selected, if my cursor is above something like a rectangle with content/picture inside it, I only move the picture that is below it at the time. Rather than the whole selection of objects as it used to. I tested before and after the update and it was something that only broke with 21.4. If I cursor over a solid shape object while still selecting the entire group (including the photo frame) that then moves the entire section but only if cursor above a placed fill object does it break. What could possibly be happening?

Every time I use a radial or linear gradient, lightroom is automatically applying values to the scales in the “Light” box - every option is given a random value, which has no effect on the image but means I cannot see what I’m trying to. This is a 100% reproducing issue:Open an image, Select the Radial or Linear Gradient tool and create your gradient, Resize or attempt to change a value in the light scale Check the values of the options in “Light”, i.e. “exposure”, “contrast”, “highlights” etcResults:The sliders are automatically changed in the light options without making any difference to the image, and ruining any sense of what I am trying to achieve with the gradient. When this bug occurs (all the time) you can’t even delete the gradient. A workaround is click the “Show Original” button twice and this removes the values on the sliders, allowing me to use them as intended. A very annoying bug as it seems to have come in the last couple of updates and wastes a little time with every

Hello,   I have a question regarding my current Adobe Lightroom subscription. Through the Apple Store, I have a Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription (100GB). However, I am now interested in using Lightroom Classic on my computer as well.   I noticed that the Photography plan with 1TB storage (https://www.adobe.com/pl/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html) offers both Lightroom Mobile and Classic, and I would like to switch to this plan.   My concern is about the transition. Can I purchase the Photography plan directly from Adobe and then cancel the Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription through Apple? I want to make sure that I don't lose any of my data stored in the cloud (as I currently have 30GB filled in the existing plan). I'm uncertain about what will happen if two overlapping plans are active simultaneously.   Has anyone here gone through a similar process? Any insights or advice on how to handle this transition smoothly would be greatly appreciated! &

Gleichzeitig bekam ich das Angebot, von monatlicher Zahlung auf jährliche Prepaid-Zahlung umzustellen. Wenn ich aber mein Abo auf diese Zahlung verändern will, wird mir immer angezeigt, dass der Vorgang nicht möglich ist und ich es später noch einmal versuchen soll. Überraschung: es klappt nie!Die Hilfeseite von Adobe zu diesem Thema kenne ich und sie hat mich auch nicht weitergebracht, da ich es wie angegeben mache. Auch ist der KI-Chatbot der dümmste und am wenigsten hilfreiche, mit dem ich es jemals zu tun hatte. Hallo! Ich benutze seit dem 17.07.2021 das Foto-Abo (20 GB) für 141,94 und wurde jedes Jahr automatisch verlängert. Das Abo wurde nicht gekündigt ist aber jetzt anscheinend ohne Verlängerung aufgelaufen. Photoshop zeigt sofort an Abonnement erneuern. Im Konto wird das Abo angezeigt, aber bei der jährlichen Zahlung stehen nur 0,00 euro.Ich habe keine email erhalten, dass das Abo von adobe gekündigt wurde. Ist das Abo jetzt für alle Kunden, auch mit automatischer Verlängerung/Zahlung endgültig abgelaufen? Muss ich jetzt auf das 1 TB wechseln welches 100€ teurer ist? Danke
