I'm using a trial but trying to cancel my subscription. When I click cancel under manage plans the cancel screen does not load. I have tried different browsers (firefox, chrome, edge), enabling cookings, allowing pop ups/ads, etc. How can I cancel it?

At midnight on 14 February I got a pop up message asking me to buy CS6 or continue my 30 day trial, which will end tonight. I'm fully expecting my CS6 software to stop working at midnight tonight. Adobe chat line officials were of no help.

Hi I recently updated my 2023 M2 Macbook Pro with Sonoma, but now my Creative Cloud app won’t open. The window comes up saying ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’, then it says ‘You were signed out of Creative Cloud. Please sign in again to continue using Adobe apps’. When I click Sign In, it just goes back to ‘Initializing Creative Cloud’ and repeats this loop. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it made no difference, people say I should uninstall every app before I do this but it seems the only way to do this is through the Creative Cloud app, which won’t open! I also installed Sonoma on my 2021 iMac but did not have this problem with Creative Cloud. Everything worked fine. Any ideas as to how to sort this problem out? Thanks Jack

For a few months now, the Updates for any of the CC desktop apps have been, and are still, VERY slow to download. And then, it will stall out anywhere from ¼ to ½ way through the download.Adobe acknowledges this by having a “pop-up” message at the bottom of the screen stating there is a problem and they are working/trying to resolve the issue.I have cancelled the downloads, restarted the computer and restarted the whole update process but to no avail. I have done this multiple times and what is puzzling, is that after I do all this, I have to re-install the apps, which I was trying to update, and the download process (of installing the apps from scratch) works just fine … and is installed with the latest updates. It’s just the “Updating” process that has a problem. It is not my computer causing this as all my other apps run and update just fine … and it is not my Internet connection which speed tests at around 170Mbps DL / 40Mbps UL.So, Adobe … why is this happening? It is obviously at y

When using my work microsoft account i cant log on  ipadOS 27 because its reported as macOS and we have blocked macOS in CA.Its the same on all  the adobe apps.

A client of mine is dealing with a persistent crashing issue in Adobe Acrobat when selecting Request E-signatures. The first time it happened, Adobe gave a pop up about some new feature/experience. She had selected it and it changed how everything was viewed. From that point, Acrobat would crash every time after selecting Request E-signature. The Send Report pop up would show up but the log didn't really show anything. We got to the point where we did the full nuke on Adobe CC. We uninstalled everything and ran the Adobe CC Cleaner. We did a fresh install and made sure CC, Acrobat, and the Windows system was up to date. At first, we got the error message that you'll see in the attached screenshot. "The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000028) occurred in the application at location 0x00007FFA980FF77D." message came up. We made one change and deselected "Use modern user interface for signing and Digital ID configuration" in Preferences>Signatures. I'm pulling my hair out reg

I started an Adobe Acrobat and Creative pron free trial and attempted to cancel the subscription immediately after the trial ended, but the cancellation option was unavailable. The payment has never been successfully processed because there were insufficient funds. My subscription is now suspended and Adobe is repeatedly attempting to collect the payment.I want to cancel the subscription completely and have all further payment attempts stopped. Please also confirm that there is no outstanding balance that will be automatically charged if funds become available.

This happened twice without my intention to use generative AI or turntable. When I left illustrator for 10-15 minutes and I am doing some other task. When I return and start working again in illustrator and click on some object suddenly the illustrator become in-responsive and turntable menu appear out of no where.20 credits for creating turntable generative for a piece of object I am going to delete generated. This happen now again. Both time nothing else happen both time it start generating turntable.  It asked for no confirmation. It is a paid service extra  credit needed to utilize this service. I wants to remove any generative and turntable from visible menu and right click.(Please do not suggest window > Contextual Menu  that I also hide) Thanks

I have Acrobat Pro subscription however I have no option to create a form - the only reason I signed up? In the tools there is no prepare form. What am I missing.

I noticed today that an update was apparently applied to Acrobat, which is now running Continuous Release | Version 2026.001.21662 | 64-bit.I noticed this because I see new features like “generate podcast” or “generate presentation”, etc.The problem is that I also notice I can no longer request e-signatures for my docs.  When I select the option, it brings up the window to start typing in the names/emails of the people I need signatures from, and at the same time I see it checking for form fields.  When the form field checker completes, though, Acrobat falls to the back of my active apps, and when I click back into it, it’s all grayed out waiting for me to fill in the names/emails, but that dialog is gone, and I can’t bring it up.  The only way out is to kill the Acrobat app in task manager.I’ve rebooted, removed and re-installed, but I’m having the same problem every time. Here’s a video showing exactly what’s happening.  Note that I intentionally left the doc in a blank white area jus

Today I received to Emails from someone who identified themself as B Vivek Sharma. He said he is “my account manager” at Adobe. The logo looked “off” being a red letter A on a white background, surrounded by a red box when your logo is typically a white letter A surrounded by a red box. The first email begins as follows: “Trust you’re doing great! I am Vivek, your Account Manager at Adobe, and I happen to see that your company has multiple contracts and wanted to check if this is Intentional.” and the second email begins, “There are several individual Adobe licenses under your company domain that are currently unmanaged and billed outside your team account. Not taking any action right now may lead to:”  First, I don’t have a company or a company domain or company contracts. I have exactly two subscriptions with Adobe, not multiple Adobe licenses. The email was trying to get me to click on a link and “book a meeting” with him which I am not about to do. The email appears to come from ad

Hello, My organization has a use case where we need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat Standard installed simultaneously for certain users. It looks like as of Reader/Acrobat 26.001.21651, the Print dialog in Reader does not display the list of software printers correctly. For example, the Microsoft Print to PDF option prints to a different printer when selected, and shows that other printer’s properties when Properties is clicked. This is the case for all software printers in the list. Physical printers on our print server appear to be unaffected. I did a capture with ProcMon, and it looks like what is happening is Reader is enumerating all of the printers the user has available, but does not list the Adobe PDF Converter that is installed along with Acrobat (it shows up as “Adobe PDF” in the Windows registry and the Procmon log). However, I think although when it filters the name of this printer, it isn’t removing its properties, so those properties ‘roll over’ to the next

Is there a way to prevent polyfill from filling random polygons on surfaces hidden from the camera by the surface I intend to paint on? If not, I'm afraid I won't be able to contain my increasingly violent intentions towards the Substance painter dev team.

Adobe Lightroom Classic 15.5 import problem on Windows 11Hi Adobe team and Lightroom Classic users,I’m experiencing a serious import problem with Lightroom Classic 15.5 on my Windows PC, and this only started happening recently.System: OS: Windows 11 Pro 25H2 Lightroom Classic: 15.5 Catalog: Tested with both my current catalog and an older catalog Photos: Sony ARW RAW files Import: Using Add Storage: Tested from different physical drives Problem:Lightroom can see and read the photos normally in the Import dialog. For example, I can select 1,446 ARW files and Lightroom correctly displays all the thumbnails and recognizes the files. However, when I click Import, the import progress bar only runs for around 2 to 3 seconds and then disappears. After that, Lightroom returns to the Library and shows:All Photographs: 0None of the photos are added to the catalog. This is happening even when I try importing only a few photos. What I have already tried: Tested the original photo drive Mo

Hello Team,These days I am facing weird issue with bulk emails delievery in my application. For example, if I am sending around 300 emails via cfmail tag, sometimes these all emails will go fine and sometimes some emails will stuck in my undelievered emails folder.I end up sending these emails manually, sometimes it gets really bad when undelievered emails goes upto 2000. Through error logs, I am able to see below error:Nov 17, 2023 07:05:09 AM Error [mailWorker-9] - com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 451 4.7.500 Access denied, please try again later. Which is really weird, because rest all successfully delievered emails are sent via same server/using same credentials. Not sure, why it starts saying "Access denied" all of a sudden.Looking forward to hear some possible solutions from community. Please feel free to comment in case you faced similar issue in your application. Thanks,Dhanshree Joshi

Here is a screenshot. I’ve tried restarting, I’ve tried earlier versions of the project. Same crash.
