Hi there,I got a new computer after a couple of years of exclusively using Lr mobile or on the iPad.Since my cloud quota was quite full, I’m in the process of syncing all my photos from the cloud down to LrC. The plan is to take the photos synced down out of ‘All synced photographs’, then put them back in order to upload only the smart previews. I’ve seen a lot of users do this successfully! However, for any photos in which I’ve tried this process (I’ve attempted this with very small batches before committing to all my photos) the sync process gets stuck at uploading.Please note:If I’m importing brand new images into the catalog and into ‘All synced photographs’, putting them into a collection or not, the syncing behaves as it should. There is no items pending sync in any other devices, and no items in the ‘sync errors’ folder in Lr web. I have updated LrC to the latest version.I’m really at a loss here and will appreciate any help.Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone! Is it possible in Adobe Illustrator to adjust the length of anchor handles without affecting their angle? Or vice versa — adjust the angle without changing the length?Achieving this precision manually with a mouse feels impossible, yet it’s so necessary for small optical adjustments, fixing "optical kinks" in smooth curves and customizing fonts and making other detailed edits.Right now, I rely on these clunky workarounds:If the line is straight, I create a helper line and drag the handle along it. If the angle matters, I use a circle for control.But honestly, this is so tedious, and I’m exhausted from doing it over and over. I’ve heard about path scribe, but I can’t afford them right now. My other searches have been fruitless.Are there any hidden settings, shortcuts, or tricks for this in Illustrator?If anyone has encountered this and found a solution, please share!

adobe is a scam at this point. how is one suppose to contact them ? i am geting changed multiple different prices and i cant talk to anyone about this other than the community. is this therapy for adobe victims?

I’ve searched this forum but couldn’t find anything that was recent (over 2 years ago) or actually had a solve in the comments.For the past week, I’ve been trying to edit some videos where the main file lives in my OneDrive. (I have no idea else where to store GBs worth of video on my work computer, and we use Microsoft apps at work so I have to use that storage system. I am on a Macbook though.) Every time I open up the file, it has to “Relink Media” and is always stuck at 21%, and even if I let it run for HOURS in the background, it never budges. I am able to play around in the timeline, and press play, just the footage never loads.I thought I found an answer in unchecking “Use Media Browser to locate files” in the Link Media box, but that did absolutely nothing. I’m currently looking at my Premiere screen where it’s trying to relink media at 21%.Is this a Premiere issue or OneDrive issue? I can clearly see the video files in my OneDrive, it’s just like it’s not connecting to Premier

Hello! Opening illustrator files from InDesign, working on them, saving them and going back to InDesign. The links are all updated, but sometimes it’s leaving anomolies, like double shadows of the figure in. Friends are having the same problem, one had the cursor x/y measurements from the illustrator file appear in InDesign - which wouldn’t even have saved into the file? Anyone else had this problem?Pictures - show the x/y (illustrator on the left - inDesign on the right) and the double calendar which is most definitely not there in the illustrator file! 

Hi, the question kinda says it - I checked the availability two weeks ago and Creative cloud was supported for individuals in B&H, I wanted to see the pricing details today and I got the message saying it's not supported anymore.I tried to follow the link to the resellers page but it was broken - is it going to be updated?? Is it alright if I go to another country's adobe page and buy the license, even though I'm not based there? We have all quietly noticed that the colour picker in Indesgn used to pick up whatever color you hovered over within the document. We feel it stopped working like that a few updates ago - it now picks up whatever is in the top layer, and that is not interesting to us, as its often part of a text box above the image we are trying to pick the colour from. This issue leaves us going back and forth between photoshop and Indesign just to single out colours, which works against us in our workflow.

In premiere, the audio file that I have is only playing from the left side. I have followed all of the YouTube videos on how to fix this, from modifying the audio channel to adding the "fill right audio with left" effect. After adding the effect, the audio file in the timeline still only plays from the left, but in the source it shows that both the left and right audio channels are filled. And when I play the audio file in the source window, it is playing from both the left and the right. So basically, in the timeline, I only get left audio, but the source shows both left and right. Any ideas on how to fix this or what I need to do to make both sides play in the timeline? Thanks!!

I have 6 hours of raw footage from interviews for 2 documentaries films.I want to edit the footage through the transcription window, an option that is supported by automatic transcription in English- it's much faster in this way. Since Adobe didn't bother * to support Hebrew auto transcript, I had to buy a third-party plugin that makes subtitles. I exported the subtitle file in SRT format but to my suprise the Primiere transcript can't imported it (even though it has a time code).There's also no option to create the transcript manually. In addition, Adobe only supports importing .prtranscript formt files - a format it invented but didn't share with public, thus preventing the possibility of converting subtitles into transcription. Does anyone have an idea how to overcome this issue?-and as a side note:* Why there is no ability to transcribe in Hebrew?We are 10 million people, biased towards high-tech, art  and creativity. I have received a PDF file as an attachment to an email and can open and view and print it from within the email but when I save the file to my computer and then try to open the file I get an error message saying that CIDFont+F1 cannot be created or found.  The file opens but the text is just displayed as a series of dots. I have confirmed that I am using the most current version of Adobe Reader. Any advice on what the problem might be and how to resolve would be appreciated.

Did the Adobe Express download to pdf getting stuck at 90% get resolved from a week ago? I'm trying to download to pdf just now and after five or six failed attempts (inc with a blank doc with just the word test in) I'm now running the HAR report.The HAR report is never ending - it's been going for over 15 mins. I don't understand what I'm looking at but it appears to be trying to do the same thing over and over. Just wondering what the status is with this please?

My original images are flagged as ai generated on adobe. I am going to submit my paper to a journal. I have to fix this. I don't know why it is seen like that. Plase help me fix it.

Hi everyone,I'm having a strange issue in Premiere Pro that I didn't have before, and I'm hoping someone can explain what's happening.I'm editing an interview that was originally shot in 4K. I have a 4K sequence containing the entire interview, and I've already cut out the questions etc.I then duplicated that sequence and renamed the duplicate. In this new sequence, I want to create the final version and export it in HD, so I changed the sequence frame size from 4K to HD.The problem is that when I select one of the 4K clips and go to Effect Controls > Motion, the blue bounding box that appears around the clip doesn't match the actual visible image in the Program Monitor anymore.For example, when I set the 4K footage to 50% Scale, I would expect the 4K image to exactly fit the 1920×1080 sequence. Instead, the blue Motion bounding box seems to be offset so different in size from the actual image, which makes adjusting the footage very confusing.My current workaround is to press F to o

I am having an issue since the latest windows update and Adobe updates where opening up multiple pdf's take an extremly long time. The problem appears to get worse if the file is large and the more pdf' you have open th slower it gets as well. If you close adobe acrobat down and reopen the first file opens quickly. I have 32 GB of RAM on a 13 generation i7 processor so processing power is not the issue. I have also tried disabling the security and enhanced security as well as disabling the show online storage when opening files. I have also disabled the modern Acrobat interface.

On Lightroom for iPad, copying the Denoise setting from one photo and pasting it to multiple photos causes the destination photos to show Denoise as enabled, but the actual Denoise processing is not performed.This issue is reproducible with photos from multiple camera models, so it does not appear to be camera-specific.If I disable Denoise on one of the affected destination photos and then enable it again manually, Lightroom starts the Denoise processing operation. I had a saved signature in Adobe that whenever I needed to sign a doc, I clicked "place signature" and an image of my signature was available to drag onto the doc. Now, when I try, it's saying "To begin signing, choose the 'Drag New Signature Rectangle' button, and then drag out the area where you would like your signature to appear." I don't understand where my signature went. I have been using it for years. I can still place my initials. What is going on?
