For exporting images there was a custom feature that allowed me to modify the pixel size of the image. It has been removed in the most recent version of Lightroom. How do I get it back?

I purchased Acrobat Pro 2024 (3 year plan). Acrobat Pro 2020 was already on my computer but I was told this would not matter for an installation. After the download was complete, I attempted to install the new app at which point it asked for permission to access other files, which I allowed. The app looked like it was going to install, but all it did was open the older version and then did nothing more. Now, I don’t know what to do in order to get the 2024 version to install. Can you help?

I'm trying to uninstall Photoshop but I need to log into my account in order to uninstall. I'm not sure why but it doesn't give me an alternative option. When I log in it forces me to download an update to creative cloud in order to proceed with the uninstall. Then I get an error that I don't have enough space remaining to install the update. I can't uninstall photoshop to make space. The AI told me to download the Creative Cloud Cleanup tool to address the issue. But I don’t have enough disk space to download the Creative Cloud Cleanup tool either. Please help me uninstall the application. Is there a way besides figuring out other stuff I can delete and reinstall?

I recently switched schools and, as a result, activated a new Adobe Creative Cloud license through SURFspot. Both my old and new licenses are linked to the same personal email address and to the “SURFspot Operational Console” profile. My old license had expired about 3 weeks before I purchased the new one. Everything has been transferred properly, I can still access my old files and fonts. However, my Adobe Portfolio is no longer there. When I open Adobe Portfolio, I’m prompted to create a new website, and I can’t find my old portfolio anywhere. I’ve searched online for a solution and mostly found information about migrating a portfolio between accounts. My portfolio is on the same account, though, so there’s nothing to migrate. The website is still online, but it’s no longer visible in my Adobe account. I have already contacted Surfspot, but they coudn't help me and said to go to the adobe portfolio support. I contacted them, but didn't get a reply. I got an email from Adobe Portfolio

When I want to use 3D effects in Illustrator, I have to change these settings fromthe default ones to create the 3D effect. However, when I try to create a custom color settings file so I don’t have to keep changing the settings every time I open the app, it won’t save. What should I do?

Hello, my Creative Cloud Pro subscription has been automatically cancelled twice by Adobe Fraud Prevention. The first cancellation happened during my free trial. I then purchased a new legitimate Creative Cloud Pro annual prepaid subscription directly from Adobe for $441.54, and this new subscription has now also been cancelled for the same reason.I am located in Senegal and I am using my legitimate payment method. I would like my account to be manually reviewed by the Fraud Prevention team before attempting another purchase. Please tell me specifically what information or payment/billing issue is triggering these cancellations and confirm whether the $441.54 payment will be fully refunded.

Hello Adobe Team,I’m experiencing a reproducible issue with the Image-to-Video feature in Adobe Firefly. When I upload an image and try to generate a video using either Kling 3.0 or Veo, the generation fails and displays:“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”The issue occurs with both Kling 3.0 and Veo. However, the native Adobe Firefly Video model works normally using the same image and workflow.Steps to reproduce:Open Adobe Firefly → Generate Video.Upload an image.Select Kling 3.0 or Veo.Enter a prompt.Click Generate. The generation fails with the error message.Expected result:The video should generate successfully.Actual result:The generation fails with “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”Affected models: Kling 3.0 and VeoNative Firefly Video: Works normallyFeature: Image-to-VideoPlease investigate this issue.

It appears to be Publish Online except that it creates an HTML5 'package' that you can upload to a web server. I am a huge fan of the In5 plugin, and I'm wondering if this comes a little closer to that standard. I'll be updating ID and comparing the two. I'm a firm believer in the possibilities of custom designed websites that are  static--meaning not templated or output from a database. If Adobe is planning to put development effort to supporting this feature, I'm looking forward to a lot more creativity and less cookie-cutter interactive design.   Here's my wish list: Improved animation tools The ability to create variables for things like keeping score in a quiz HTML5 tricks like parallax scrolling and draggable elements   <Title renamed by MOD>

I’m having a problem with image generation. Every time I try to generate an image using the GPT Image 2 model or another , I get the error: “An error occurred. Please try again later.” This happens consistently — I cannot generate any images with this model at all. At the same time, Firefly works without any issues. I have available credits, so it doesn’t seem to be a limit problem. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or with this model?

Across our studio we are getting pop-ups each time we launch a Creative Cloud application asking each user to “Allow”, for the message:"Adobe Illustrator 2026.app" would like to access data from other apps. This is typically something we would only expect once during initial installation or a major update. This is now happening every time the app is launched. (See attached image). We’re experiencing this on all recent versions of Mac OS up to 26.4. On a variety of machines (Mac Book Pro, Mac Studios, all Apple Silicon), and it has only just starting in the past couple of weeks. Is anyone else experiencing this, and have you found a work around?

Adobe photoshop versi 27.10.0

Can Adobe or someone please confirm if there was a generative credit usage increase in Firefly?

Offenbar generieren die neuen KI-Plattformen Videos mit Codecs, die Premiere Pro CS5 nicht versteht.

Hello, I an on-the-go type, not at my desk very often. I mostly use the PS app on my iPad whenever my needs are simple. Today suddenly the left-hand toolbar is gone. Which severely limits my usage! It looks like there has been an update. Maybe that has caused this? How can I get the toolbar back?? TY

The updated version cause me to work with the program more time than previous one. for example, the snapshot /  screenshot. It was simple and easy to cut out the picture i want from the PDF file. now I cant print with a simple bottom. and i can't even find out the graphic selection from the printer. It was a easy process to get a job done. now i need to save the snapshot and then attach to another program like word. and print out the image plus i need to adjust the size on the paper from the print. which is not recommand this update version to anyone.

Ik wil graag tegoed bestellen voor AI videos. Maar dit kan al 2 dagen niet?
