Solved

Hi,New bug this morning. I have a PDF created via Word. When I open the tags tree and select the first Table tag intending to check the Table properties, Acrobat freezes. No other software is affected and I have to use the Task manager to exit Acrobat. It’s a simple 4 row by 2 column table with no complex elements. I have reset the PC. I have recreated the PDF using both the Save as PDF and the PDF maker plug in, both PDFs have the same outcome. I’m on a PC desktop running Win 11. There are no uninstalled updates. My build of Acrobat is Continuous Release I Version 2026.002.21901 64-bit

I just upgraded my Mac Air M3 2024 from Sonoma to Sequoia. I have LR 15.3 and PS 27.6. When I try “Edit in..”I get the message The file could not be edited because Adobe Photoshop 2026 could not be launched.I have had this issue before and managed to fix it but not this time. I have read all the suggestions here and in Reddit and tried them outUninstall Lr ; Uninstall PSReinstall Ps first then reinstall Lr  - doesn't workI’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the other way round - doesn’t workI’ve tried the above combinations with or without saving preferences in Lr and/or PS - doesn't workThe Lr preferences are correct.I dont have any other PS installed and no Betas. Can someone please help - as this is driving me crazy

I just want to let everyone (and especially Adobe, obviously) know that this is still an issues in Illustrator v 26.3.1 on Windows. I installed Illustrator v26.3.1 fresh on a recently installed Windows 11 computer, and I encountered the same problem on my first attemt to save an .ai file.   The work-around that worked was unchecking BOTH "save in background" AND "export in background". Unchecking either one on its own still produces the error.   So if Anshul is right and it was fixed in v26.2.1 it has either regressed in v26.3.1 or it was fixed in the Mac branch of the code, but not in the Windows (11) branch of the code.   Either way it's still an active bug in Illustrator v26.3.1 on Windows 11.   P.S. The suggested "go to File and Package" etc message on the error dialog doesn't work. The "Package.." option is greyed out.     Last observation: This is a really bad bug to ship your software with, Adobe. You can't expect your customers, who pay a premium

Hello again.I’m working on getting back to the other questions I’ve started, but meanwhile I’m also trying to get this ebook out on Draft 2 Digital. The ebook cover looked fine when I uploaded it to Amazon, but now that I’ve got it on Draft 2 Digtial it is scaled wrong.  Google says the original image is 600 x1004 pixels and that that is the problem. Is there a way to upscale it using InDesign? I’ve adjusted the layout to be 1600 x2560 which is the dimensions I want, but when I place the image and fit it to the frame it appears I’m stretching it instead of upscaling it. Is there a way to fix this?

PS 27.8.0An error message pops immediately upon choosing the local device option for Remove Tool processing.GPU has 12 (just under 12) of ram on the card which is higher than listed requirements for this.Checked sys info and PS sees the GPU’s ram so I’m not sure where the disconnect is in the ram check sparking this error.  Attached. screenshot showing error message and portion of sys info scrolled to gpu data seen.

I really need help. I’m so frustrated. I remember in a class using the elliptical marquee tool, but it’s never a perfect circle and I think I used the object selection tool? Basically, I need a circle with a hole in it to see the background. Please help

I have a serial number that is listed in my Adobe Profile, yet when I try to use the serial number the software says: "This serial number is not valid for this product." I on my account page under "My Product" and it says I have Acrobat 10 registered with the serial number I am to use. I used the download button that is right next to the serial number. What gives? Why do they give me a download that rejects my serial number? The attached is the error I am getting, I removed the serial number for obvious reasons.

I’m using MXF files in my edit and they take 45 seconds to even show what frame is selected in the timeline, playback is impossible, even at 1/8 resolution. I’m making proxies now, but there MUST be a way to work with these files at least a little better.

I am a digital arts teacher, and the desktops my students work on are all not loading the “save to adobe cloud” dialog box upon initiating a save. I have left the box open to load for an entire day, to no avail. The desktops are recently reimaged and the newest version of Illustrator is loaded onto them, though the computers themselves are a bit old. They are all running Windows 10 pro Education with i5 intel processors, and each have 8GB of ram, plus ethernet. Thank you to whoever can help- the cloud is hugely helpful in my classroom (children are not very adept at saving their work on their own.)

I have a bunch of timelines with a bunch of clips on them.  I need to know a list of the clips in their original file names that were used in the timeline.  Short of right-clicking on each one and selecting "reveal in finder" is there any way of performing this in a printout or a log file?

Hi all, I am trying to create a webpage using Express and cannot delete the top section (or apply my theme to it) when I use the "Create from scratch" option. If I create sections below that one, I can delete them with no problem. What is the deal here? I have spent way too much time on what should be a trivial task. Thank you for any help you can provide!

How can I embed a pdf file into the body of an email?

Please restore the "Delete Hidden Layers" command in the Layers panel menu.In recent versions of Photoshop (27.8), the Delete Hidden Layers command has disappeared from the Layers panel menu. It used to be available directly from the panel and was an essential productivity feature for many professional users.Removing this shortcut forces users to perform additional steps for a very common housekeeping task. This is a regression in usability rather than an improvement. Please restore Delete Hidden Layers to the Layers panel menu, where it was for many years. It was easy to find, consistent with professional workflows, and saved valuable time when cleaning complex PSD files. Many long-time Photoshop users rely on this command every day. Bringing it back would improve workflow efficiency at virtually no cost. Thanks a lot in advanceBest regardsCleo (senior art director and graphic designer with over 20 years of daily Photoshop use)

Adobe Express has not allowed me to download any content this week. Has anyone encountered this issue? It doesn’t matter if I want PNG or PDF - it will act like it will download and then says that there is an Adobe Stock outage and to try back later.

Hello, I just installed Fresco on my new PC running windows 11, unfortunately it doesn't open and keeps crashing. I get this notice: 'Loading documents' and after a few seconds crashes and closes. I updated everything I could on windows, even my graphics card directly from the manufacturer (Radeon) to no avail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.   [Renamed by Mod]

Hola!
