Hello,Today I received an email about my failed payment to adobe, I started a free trial of an Adobe plan (“Annual plan, paid monthly”) and it ended yesterday. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended. After the trial expired, Adobe tried to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because there were not enough funds on my Gcash.I was unaware that a charge would be made automatically after the free trial ended. Right now, I’m unable to cancel the plan from my account settings because it says I need an active subscription — but I would like to avoid the payment being processed or the subscription being activated.I also haven’t used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Could you please help me cancel this plan and make sure no charges are made to my account?I understand there might be a cancellation fee for annual plans, but I would really like to avoid that if possible. I also understand there is a 14-day refund policy, so if the pay

Hello dear Adobe Fresco team. First of all want to say thank you for such a brilliant app. It’s very good, stable and functional. I love to create a concept sketches for my industrial design projects. There was an app of Autodesk called Sketchbook Designer. Then they decided to stop support for this app and created Sketchbook Pro - an illustration app. It was not just a renaming they removed some features of Designer edition. I miss one important feature and hope you can implement it on my lovely Fresco. It is the ability of basic editing of path after it was drawn. Let me explain it by steps.I draw a freehand curve. Hold the tablet pen and Fresco automatically smooths it. Great. But it’s not editible when i release pen. What Sketchbook Designer could do? It was able to edit the curve after releasing of the pen nib.I will add a link to youtube video showcasing this feature. Please. Please. Please. Consider this feature in future updates. It will fireup the creative direction of Fresco

A custom Action (created in the Actions panel) does not appear in the Action dropdown of the File > Automate > Batch dialog.Workaround to make it appear: open a document, select the Action in the Actions panel, then close the document — after that the Action shows up in Batch. However, when running Batch with this Action, Photoshop returns the error: "The command '[command name]' is not currently available" — i.e. Batch cannot find a command recorded inside the custom Action. The same Action runs without any issues when played manually from the Actions panel (Play).Steps to reproduce:Create a new Set and Action in the Actions panel, record several steps. Open File > Automate > Batch — the Action is missing from the dropdown. Open a document, select the Action in the Actions panel, close the document. Open File > Automate > Batch again — the Action is now listed. Select a Source folder, run Batch.

Hi, after a recent Photoshop or macOS update, I noticed a problem with Save As on Mac.When I open a PSD file and use Save As, the filename field shows the current file name with the .psd extension. If I replace the whole filename with a new name, for example testname, and keep Format: Photoshop selected, Photoshop saves the file without the .psd extension. So the saved file is:testnameinstead of:testname.psdThis did not happen before. Since the format is set to Photoshop, I would expect Photoshop to automatically add .psd.Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.2.0 20251213.r.15 e3408e7  arm64 (final, Release) Number of Launches: 654 Operating System: Mac OS 26.5.1 System architecture: Apple M3 Pro, DOTPROD, HybridCPU(6:6)

Hello,I am the legitimate owner of a perpetual Adobe Photoshop CS6 13.0 Polish Windows TLP license, purchased through Adobe Buying Programs for my company. The license is still present in my Adobe Licensing Website (LWS) account. This product cannot be installed.”The same licensed Photoshop CS6 is still working normally on another computer. I have not deactivated it there because I am concerned that Adobe may then refuse to reactivate it.I contacted Adobe Support. They checked the serial number but told me that

Hello.  I've been attempting to use Photoshop CC to stack images.  I have a camera that can utilize focus bracketing. I recently tried to stack 99 focus bracketed images, with a very small focus differential, with horrible results in Photoshop CC.  The process was: 1) auto-align; 2) auto-blend; 3) flatten layers. Below is the result of my stacked image. The result should have been a sharp picture from front to back. What I got was gobs of blur everywhere. Wasn't expecting such poor results from Adobe. Please, if anyone has any useful input/advice, I'd be very grateful!

I have just experienced the same issue today. Two unauthorized payment attempts appeared on my bank card from “Adobe Systems SoftwareSaggart, Dublin, IE” – EUR 24.19 and EUR 6.09.I did not make or authorize either of these payments, and I have no knowledge of any Adobe subscription corresponding to these charges. The transactions are currently only blocked/pending by my bank and have not yet been posted. I have already blocked my payment card because I suspect fraudulent use. This is extremely concerning, especially considering that multiple other users are reporting very similar unauthorized charges in this thread.Adobe, please investigate this urgently and confirm whether these payment attempts originated from Adobe and what account or subscription they are supposedly associated with. I also ask Adobe to ensure that no further payment attempts are made against my card.I have not provided any personal or card details in this public forum, but I can provide the necessary information pri

Hello everyone,I am having an issue in Adobe Premiere Pro and would appreciate some help.I have imported subtitles in SRT format and I want to convert them into editable graphics so I can customize their appearance, animations, fonts, colors, and other design elements. However, when I try to use the "Upgrade Caption to Graphic" or similar option, it is either missing, disabled, or simply not working.I would like to know:1. Is this feature available in my version of Premiere Pro?2. Are there any specific requirements that must be met before SRT captions can be converted to graphics?3. Could this be a limitation of my Premiere Pro version, project settings, or caption format?4. Is there an alternative method to convert SRT subtitles into graphic text layers? For reference:- Adobe Premiere Pro Version: [2022_v.22.3.1.2]- Operating System: Windows 10- Subtitle Format: SRT I would appreciate any guidance on why this option is unavailable and how I can successfully convert my SRT captions int

While purchasing on the checkout page, I mistakenly selected the wrong account and ended up purchasing a plan with an inactive email. Since the email is inactive, I cannot receive the verification email, so I cannot log in. The “Log in with another method” button is not appearing either. Therefore, I would like to inquire about the following item:Refunding the wrongly purchased item and repurchasing it on the current account

Q: Is there any way to disable/control the auto relinking behaviour?BG:Managing in this post refers to what is called consolidation in Avid (although it requires transcoding in PP)Took over a job that had been edited separately (with full copy of media) and returned to base as a 'managed' (i.e. transcoded to new, shorter files) project. This was done to ensure any fresh media added travelled back to base. This resulted in some incorrect relinking (both to fundamentally different, full length, files with the same name and to the wrong part of original, long, files that had been managed).I saw this first hand when trying to micro manage the correct shots (to send to VFX) by sub-sequencing those shots, export the subsequence as a fresh project, managing the media, then copying the managed section back to the sequence in the main project.Rather than retaining the link to the managed media, recent versions of PP do a relinking/relinking process and link back to the beginning of the original
