Solved

Hello! Last week, my CC desktop app crashed, and when restored, the option to pause/restart library sync had disappeared. Will this option be coming back? Our marketing department uses it often to resolve sync errors across our team. For example, if someone has loaded assets but others can't yet see them, we can toggle the sync option on/off and resolve the issue quickly and without disrupting any work inside of our Adobe programs. Now, I'm assuming we would have to completely log out of Creative Cloud in order to force a sync? Thank you for any help or insight here!

Suddenly having issues opening PDF attachments from my email through Outlook.  We have 5 email accounts with our company and my email is the ONLY one suddenly having issues.  The error message is: "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'report name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent an an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded). I can forward the email and attachment to another email address within the company and it opens fine.  I have already uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and reloaded it, searched on line for solutions, tried to chat with someone at Adobe....with no answer.  I'm not sure what else to try.  Any help would be much appreciated!

I have multiple reports from users being unable to e-sign our agreements. They are pulling the agreement up on ipad and mobile respectively and they will click the "tap to sign" button but there is no response from the document.

I have multiple users with an Acrobat Pro license that can't request e-signatures from the e-sign tool. They either get the "services are unavailable currently" or the contact your IT team for permissions. When I go into the admin console there is no option to enable signatures for individual users.

Recently I acquired a TASCAM 202 MK VII audio cassette deck. I have begun digitizing many, though not all, of my 350 or so cassettes. The deck has a USB B port and I am able to connect the tape deck to my PC’s (desktop and laptop) USB Type A or USB 3.0 port. Audition recognizes the signal and records the input. The input signal level from the TASCAM into Audition doesn’t leave me much headroom. The TASCAM deck does not allow for the output level via USB to be adjusted. I reviewed alternate means to adjust the incoming signal level, such as right clicking the speaker icon in the task bar; it does not appear the USB signal is considered to be an audio input source. A friend loaned me a Behringer U-Phoria UMC22. All that did was confuse the computers and/or me. What it didn’t do was allow me to adjust the signal level going into Audition. I am open to suggestions.  The only solution I can think of is to get a mixer that has an USB Type A or USB 3.0 input port, the output is

Bonjour,   J'utilise régulièrement cette petite fenêtre flottante pour ajuster le niveau de mes bandes son. Mais elle a disparu mystérieusement, et je ne sais comment la faire réapparaitre. Une idée?   En vous remerciant.   PS:Version 25.3.0.71, W11

I just paid for the subscription for AI, but everytime I try to use it, a popup asking me to signup again appears.  This is frustrating.

Since last week, when we login to https://adminconsole.adobe.com/, we get a message saying:MyCompanyName is being migrated to VIP Marketplace.  Your account manager has made a change to your Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) membership. Your products, services, users and VIP number have not changed. You can access Admin Console as soon as migration is complete. This may take up to 24 hours. We can't login to the console to issue licenses or manage the users.  It is becomming a big problem for us.Can someone assist me or provide the appropriate phone number to call for support?

Thefinal frame of my animation is still showing a motion blur. How do I remove this efect on the final frame?

Hi everyone, I apologise if this is an obvious question , I tried their online support bit who hadn't a clue what I was talking about and couldn't readily see a support email address to contact so this is my last resort !I was working with photoshop elements 2022 up on my mac up until the recent OS upgrade to Sonama which has caused a lot of problems with elements. A bit of research has revealed that my goose is likely cooked and that moving on to a higher version is the only option.  I had a look at the elements 2024 page and see that it is priced seperately as licence upgrade for 83 euro or buy outright for 102 euro. If it was possible to upgrade my current version to the new version then I would obviously do that instead of paying the more expensive price and so here is my question, is that what license upgrade means ? I cannot see it explained exactly what license upgrade means, is from 2022 to 2024 or is it from 2023 to 2024 only or does it mean something else ? Can anyo

Any ideas? Anyone run into this yet? I'm doing a simple copy/paste of an RGB graphic from Illustrator 29.7.1 into Photoshop RGB psd (26.7.0). First I've ever run into this issue since upgrading both AI and Ps. Thoughts?

I am having an issue when scaling objects down (and interestingly, not up). When an object is scaled down it creates this sort of fragmented view that will hold until I zoom in or out. Fine with text, but if text is outlined as a shape it does this. I have updated to the most recent version as of today. Help?

I'm having an issue in which the UI of Illustrator is somewhat oversized compared to the other Adobe programs, it's not unusable but the difference is noticable enough to be a bother (screenshot shows comparison to indesign). I haven't been able to check out the UI scaling settings within the program, as the preferences window is also bugged out in some way (way too small to access any of the settings and cannot be resized; also included in the screenshot) -- this is arguably a bigger problem than the oversized UI itself. I have tried reinstalling Illustrator, installing older versions and manually resetting the preferences, none of which have had any effect on the issue. I'm currently on Ai version 29.8.2 operating on macOS Sequoia 15.5. I'd be glad for any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Noticed some of our users has adobe products like CC, Genuine Service, Air & photoshop.we are pretty sure that their user profile has no admin rights to install any software.Any idea how did they install it on their own.

Qualcuno sa dirmi cosa è successo e come recuperarlo?Grazie!

I would like to be able to smooth out the motion in the attached footage. I've tried fiddling with time wrapping with optical flow, speed with optical flow and warp stabiliser. Nothing really gets the footage smoother.  Note that the footage is technically a time-lapse, shot on a motorised slider. I'm not sure why the jitter has occurred, but it's in the master file; it's all 25fps file on a 25fps sequence. thanks

I wanted to know if anyone is facing issues with their adobe analytics connection with PowerBI? Nothing has changed in my report but now my report is failing to refresh and having timing out errors. For example, 1 week it will refresh fine then I can't refresh my report for the next 2 weeks and has been very unstable.

Hi,I have an index. The page numbers are right-aligned with a tab to the right side of the text frame. When the text extends too far to the page number area, I want to insert a line break.I can get the TextRange or the TextLoc of the single characters in the text. However, I do not know how to get the distance to the text frame border.I did not find any LocX property of the TextRange or the TextLoc.How can I tackle this? Which object and which property do I have to check?Thank you very much for your help!Best regards, Winfried

When you try to 'save for web' jpeg images from a Photoshop document with multiple arboards, you get the option to save one single JPEG with all the artboards together. Can you save them indivisually?

Ik probeer mijn account om te zetten in een jaar account omdat de verhoging van het maand bedrag wel erg fors is

So, Illustrator is acting up like an idiot again, for reasons that only Zeus knows. When trying to create a new file, instead of the usual dialog box with all the options and settings, this is what I get: A blank box, with nothing else to to but close.I've done the usual. Quit and ReOpen, reboot the machine... Nothing.I'm running a brand new iMac, the app is fully up to date.I just want to know if this is a known issue with any simple solution before uninstalling and installing again (which seems to be the only solution to Adobe apps these days).Anyone?

Hi Forum. I'm adding an ellipse shape, and adding some points to the shape. But when I delete the points on the shape, rather than the shape splitting like it would in Illustrator its resulting in making a line across the shape still connecting the ellipse. I'm trying to achieve result A but I am getting result B as shown in this example. Thank you.
