Solved

Firstly, please excuse my ignorance in such things I normally work mainly in Product Design but sometimes I get roped into the more Graphic end of things as I work for a small company.  I've been tasked with creating a design file for an exhibition booth - 5 panels roughly 1x2 metres but was asked to provide the artwork as a PDF at 25% scale. I believe I've managed to get the Illustrator file set up correctly but the trouble now is the file appears to be too large to export to PDF (I have the High Quality Print preset selected just with added trim marks). I tried exporting individual artboards rather than the whole file in one go but that also is not working. The file contains a lot of high-res embedded images so I'm wondering if that could be an issue? And if so how do I optimise images so I can export to PDF but without losing their quality? Or is there something else I need to be doing/checking? Any help from any proper graphic designers would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! I just bought a subscription for Lightroom and photoshop and have downloaded them both three times now. Each time when I open them and try to press anything - this pops up. How long should it take for them to contact me for fixes? Or does anyone have any idea what to do?

Hello all - I'm exporting a multi-layered EXR from Cinema 4D at 3840x2160. I'm new to EXR workflow. All of my testing was done at 1080 and I haven't had any issues. In my final render, when importing into After Effects, it imports as 1920x1080. I've double checked render settings and opened a frame in photoshop and confirmed it is 3840x2160. Why is After Effects scaling this down and how to get to import at full size? Thanks!

So, today I loaded up Photoshop to do some art. However, something is wrong. The mouse pointer and tools/menu keep flashing when I go to any menu or try to do things in them. As if something is loading or communicating. It doesn't do it if it is just setting there with nothing open, or if I go to another window/tab on my PC, if I don't have any psd or file loaded. Starting up PS is normal and everything is fine, but once I open a image or PSD it starts. And if I have something open and I come back from another tab once I click on the menus it starts again, even running the mouse over the menus, you can see the mouse pointer start flashing only when highlighting menus, etc.. Think of it as if a key on my keyboard was being held down, or something is loading and the pointer/menu's keeps flashing, that is how it is. Anything I click in menu's etc it flashes there too. But, there is nothing happening on my mouse or keyboard. No keys being clicked on my keyboard, or my m

I'm new to Lightroom, so bear with me. I have imported a folder of pictures. All the pictures showed up until I update that folder again. Now only the most recently added pictures show up when I click the folder. What's going on and how do I get LRC to show all the pictures in the folder.

Today I subscribed to Adobe Scan which was showing a 7-day free trial with ₹2 verification charge. But i was charged ₹890 for the annual subscription without completing the trial period.I have already requested a refund from Google Play, but I want Adobe to review this case as it clearly seems like a mischarge. it is like a scam is not it?Please help me get my refund processed at the earliest.

How do I make a pdf fillable and signable and be able for someone to fill it out

VGDer Dennis

Images and parts thereof in some PDF magazines are now not displayed or are mishandled since v24.08.00 update on Acrobat for iPad Pro, running iPadOS v17.6.1.  All the previous PDF magazines that contained the same images were previously perfectly reproduced, now since the last update, Acrobat does not display the same PDF magazine images and mishandles parts thereof.  Using another PDF App (PDF Expert) there is NO issue, all the images display as it used to on Acrobat.  I have attached one of the PDF Magazines that easily shows you the problem as it is displayed on an iPad Pro.Need to fix Acrobat v24.08.00!!

Is it possible to remove the colors when editing in RAW? There are so many colors that it is impossible to see the image...

Hello everyone,I want to share a concerning case regarding suspected counterfeit Adobe products.Previously, I asked about GameSeal here and was able to resolve the issue thanks to the community’s help. I confirmed with Adobe headquarters directly through 3–4 employees that the products I purchased were genuine, and of course, I did not sell them. However, on a major corporate site, individuals can open personal stores. The sellers there all claim their products are genuine, but my investigation suggests a group of about 20 people may be selling counterfeit products. The presumed leader, a woman, operates two stores and has been selling for four years, with reports of tax evasion. Adobe has stated that selling products as genuine without being an official partner—or even using non-official accounts—is punishable. I contacted three different Adobe departments and submitted related evidence. Based on their response, it seems the backend team was involved, and internal transmissio

Heya, I have a question about changing the click color of a text field in an interactive PDF.  After export, when I go to fill it out, I click into the text box and it turns light red. Is there a way to change this color?Thank you!

In MadCap Flare, there is a specific field for setting what appears in the title bar and document tab in the PDF reader, so you can use either the filename, or a custom name.(It is setting this field from the output preset):This in turn is then using the title metadata instead of the filename in the titlebar/tab. RoboHelp allows setting the metadata, but I can't find any option to set the output to use the metadata instead of the filename as the document title. Anyone have any wisdom? Thanks!

Been working on a video for the past 3 days and accidentally pressed the read-mode only on the bottom left and lost everything. Is there anything I can do to recover it?

Description of Issue I am using LR CC on a small Lenovo desktop equipped with an i7 CPU and Intel on-board UHD graphics. I don't expect grand performance from this configuration, but I expect it to display colors correctly in Adobe products.     When graphics acceleration is set to ON, display colors are over saturated, as if color management is not used, or not used correctly. When setting is OFF, colors display as expected (using LR Classic an other imaging software as references). Program detects graphics card correctly and enables acceleration by default. Images in Edit and Display mode appear much too saturated, compared to reference software (LR Classic, Windows Photo viewer etc.). When graphic

You are Adobe!I expected great things from your AI. My prompt: an old wooden shield with 'IVAN-HO VIDEO' embossed in it, perfectly even lighting from the front (no shadows or dark sides), distressed wood with small dents and scratches, high detail texture, metal riveted border, PNG format with transparent background. 1. Yes, I am trying the FREE version as this is my first time here. HOWEVER, if I were you I would put my best AI forward and knock peoples socks off... then I may actually pay. As it stands this is the most poorly generatede images from AI that I have seen.2. The first generation was horrible and it never improved much no matter what setting I tried. Furthermore, I tried to upload another AI generated example image (from Chat GPT, also bad) but you came back with content rights, something, ? 3. Please, redo the entire interface. You are NOT taking advantage of the full potential of AI image generation. For example: If I choose a 3D style with the

Dans les préférences de caméra raw, il n'y a pas le texte et le nouveau panneau Paramètre. La fonctionnalité suppression des reflets n'apparait pas dans le menu de photoshop. Comment faire mettre le menu à jour?

There are 10 screens full of messages back and forth about the above subject WITH NO ACTUAL SOLUTION (I use a Mac). Please will someone of credibility from Adobe either verify that "It cannot be done" or else give an actual, working solution.Thx
