Trying to open Acrobat Pro DC - Got a message "Please wait a few minutes while update is installed". It never updated.  I'm on a MacBook Pro OS 11.5.2. I tried: rebooting, signing out and in of CC, and uninstalling from the CC dashboard. After "Uninstalling" the application is still there, but now I got the attached messages. I used the uninstaller in the app folder and that worked. However, I can not reinstall it from CC now.In the CC dashboard it shows up and says update availabe but "Open" is greyed out and there is no option to reinstall. I can open other Adobe CC apps including Reader but now I don't have access to Pro DC.TIA for help.

Seeking solutions for a puzzling Duik Angela rigging anomaly in After Effects (v25.3.1, Duik v17.1.20)! I've set up a character rig, with the torso parts neatly organized in a precomp. Upon animating the chest controller, a transparent line mysteriously appears in the artwork. The line is still visible once the animation is exported. It's worth noting that I extended the duration of all layers/comps/precomps after the initial rigging process. If you've encountered or resolved a similar issue, your insights would be invaluable – not just for me, but potentially for others facing similar issues.

I am very frustrated since quite often, when I send out agreements to be signed, the addressees don't receive the email from Adobe Sign AND I never get a message from Adobe Sign that it was not delivered. This has forced me to use gmail accounts and the like to get through to these people. This is of course not ideal, since one of the main reasons to use digital signatures through these kinds of services is to have traceability. Does anyone have advice? (Accept for asking them to whitlist adobes domain, since that is not something a "normal" user can do in their IT-environment.) Can I send the link to them myself in some way? Best regards,Julia

I have an ebook in my android phone that is a pdf.  How do I highlight passages in it?

Hello I work of a remote server and our programs are on this server. Since it is dated I am running an older Creative Cloud and several apps on older versions. In the last year or so I haven't been able to add fonts, luckily most of our clients are repeats but I do have clients who do use fonts not currently installed on my system. I access Adobe Fonts online and install there and on my personal laptop (not on the server it add it) However I need my files on the server as well as the programs and none of the apps are properly updating. I can't reinstall creative cloud, doesnt help. I close out and restart it doesn't help, there is a complete break down in communication between Adobe Fonts website and the apps. I would like to know of a proper work around for this. I have tried installing from the app itself and while it pulls up in the search, an install never happens. If I reopen it comes up with unavailable, and asks if I want to enable Adobe Fonts and it does absolutely nothing.&nbs

Hello, could you please check the images for me? It seems like I’ve sent quite a lot, but there hasn’t been any improvement at all.

When using certain brushes in Photoshop (generally seems to be more pencil/pastel brushes), these lines appear when I go over certain areas of the canvas. It's almost like the brush is tiling itself or that it's highlighting something underneath (when there is nothing underneath).  I've tried every suggestion I can find online and from the Adobe chat robot, including changing spacing/scattering, having dual brush turned off, etc. I've attached an image that shows what happens; this is literally just from me drawing a patch of texture with a downloaded pencil brush and the lines just appear as if I'm doing a brass rubbing or something. This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS (and always has been for these particular brushes). Has anyone had a similar issue or can anyone suggest any fixes?

Hello,I'm doing a project and I created a Swap set happy and sad, the sad one doesn't work at all, there is just no mouth, and for the happy one, only the profiles work well. The other ones could work but it's either hidden by the neutral mouth or the neutral happy is just blank.I know it's a common issue, but even with the answers from other posts, I still can't seem to fix it.If someone could help with this, that would be appreciated. It's not my personal project, so I can't share much, but here are some screenshots. (my software is in French sorry and some words are automatically translated by CA)

when recording an action to load selection from a mask (ctrl+clicking the mask), the action works fine as long as we have a layer selected and not a group. The action will fail if we have a group selected.I encountered the same problem with scripting: var desc1 = new ActionDescriptor(); var ref1 = new ActionReference(); ref1.putProperty(cTID('Chnl'), sTID("selection")); desc1.putReference(cTID('null'), ref1); var ref2 = new ActionReference(); ref2.putEnumerated(cTID('Chnl'), cTID('Chnl'), cTID('Msk ')); ref2.putIdentifier(cTID('Lyr '), layerID); desc1.putReference(cTID('T '), ref2); executeAction(cTID('setd'), desc1, DialogModes.NO); I'd love to see that fixed and that we have a consistent outcome. but until then, is there any efficient workaround? I know I can temporarily create a layer and then load the selection and then delete the layer, but that's a lot of overhead.

Here is a side-by-side of my clean footage in the preview, export settings, and what the renderer is doing to the footage. It compresses it and adds odd noise/grain, and I don't know how to fix this. It looks fine in the preview, but it renders all grainy.

Hi, I'm working in a file where I need scale down content from a previous version. When I try to do that by doing command + shift or using the scale tool I get the attached error message. Why is this happening? I have no strokes that should be causing this. How can I fix it so I do not get the error message? Thanks!

Hello, please note that i do not receive Adobe reader invoices by mail. The charges are deducted automatically via direct debt. Thank you.
