Solved

I had cancelled before the trial ended, the trial ended and I got charged regardless - my subscription was converted to a a paid subscription.I noticed the card charge today. As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.its also says in the adobe app that my payment was declined but I received a receipt that it went through

Recenlty my Photoshop tool icons simply do not appear on the toolbar. they function fine but it is troublesome to find the right tool. The only way I could solve this is to reinstall photoshop but I cannot possibly do that every day.

Editing clips at home on a NAS from work. I create proxies with them, attach, and then i disconnect from the NAS. Usually, when editing at work, I replace the clips with After Effects compositions often and edit on AE. I go back and forth. Question is wiIl replacing the proxies with After Effects compositions work, or do I have to do it another way somehow? If not, add the feature Adobe 😒

I sent documents to my employees to sign, but now I don't know where those contracts are with the signatures added they say they already signed but I haven't received anything I enter my account or I can't find any option that takes me to them.

Ps v27.10Ps v27.91画像はv27.10とv27.91の表示画面のスクリーンショットです。

Why does the "provide feedback" link, lead here?

im creating multi shot video in unlimted mode ,since last 40mins when i try to generate a popup came that said whoa there speedracer We can't wait to generate more content for you. Please try again later.so please try to fix this as soon as possible

Again and again and again. Video generation credit burnings are not showing properly. as for 1080P kling 3.O omni it should ask for 375 credits, but  its showing 25 credits, but worst part is video generation failing each time. i spent lot of money  on this, but iam very much disappointed. Please look into this issue as early as possible and get back to me

Hi,I'm using an EAN-13 barcode font.In InDesign, I know exactly what makes it work: Adobe World-Ready Paragraph Composer. The problem is Illustrator. If I copy a working EAN-13 barcode from InDesign into Illustrator, it works correctly. But if I create a new text object in Illustrator from scratch, enter the same EAN-13 digits, and apply the same font, it does not work.So there is clearly some text/composition setting being carried over from InDesign, but I cannot find the equivalent option in Illustrator. What is the Illustrator equivalent of InDesign's Adobe World-Ready Paragraph Composer?Where can I enable it, or what Illustrator text setting do I need to use so that a newly created text object behaves like the one pasted from InDesign? Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’ve been editing some photos for my website [removed by moderator], but I’m struggling to make them look as crisp and clean as I see on other professional sites. I’m currently using Photoshop, and even though I adjust sharpness and lighting, the images still look slightly dull or pixelated after uploading them online. Can anyone suggest the best Photoshop settings or export options for making website images look sharp, clear, and fast-loading?Also, should I use “Save for Web” or export in a different way for better quality? Thanks a lot for any advice — I really want to improve my site’s visual quality.

I already cancelled my subscription and it will be fully refunded since its within 14days, where can i follow up my refund and why it took so long

Hi everybody, I am trying to make these weird rounded diamond shapes out of another shape consisting of a tube and a circle. I want to blend the ends of the tube smoothly with the edges of the circle with straight lines to make a new shape. As illustrated. I hope that makes sense! When making the grey shape to merge with the original red shape, with snap to point and smart guides on, you can kind of do it by eye, but you have to guess exactly where on the circle circumference to put the point to get a smooth blend. As you can see if you zoom in, the bottom right side of the new shape is not quite right. Is there a better more reliable of doing this than just going by eye and guess work?

I have Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.  I am trying to use it with some Google Books purchases of mine.  When I first tried to authorize my computer, I used my Adobe ID.  After submitting, I’m told that Adobe IDs no longer work for authorization and I have to deal with ByteBooks somehow.  There is a long link for a help page at Adobe, but the text cannot be copied.  When I type it in, however, I am told that the page does not exist.  I went to ByteBooks and I created an ID.  I went back to Adobe Digital Editions and it told me the ID was invalid.  There is no option to select ByteBooks as a vendor in ADE so I typed in my ByteBooks ID while keeping Adobe as the vendor. I tried to contact ByteBooks but both their email and forum links do not work.  What is the secret to authorizing my computer for use with Adobe Digital Editions?  Thanks.

when I try to login - it doesn’t recognize my account email.  I tried every email I had, but, it is saved in my log ins, so, I know I have the right one.  It forced me to create a new account.  I paid for software.  Now I have no access to my software or my saved projects.  Anyone else having this issue?  I emptied all cache, I restarted computer - I have done everything I can find on line as a possible solve.

"A font that is required for this export has changed"  Any idea what this means, or how I can fix it? It has been happening more often.

Saludos.

I have been around and around with AI yesterday, and searched this site to the point where I am extremely frustrated just trying to get an answer. Yesterday, I was editing as normal in PS and I noticed the Generative bar at the top of the screen (The one you can pin) no longer had the “Remove” option. When I click on eraser tools in the left column, there’s only the eraser tool, background eraser tool, and magic eraser tool, NO Generative options. What happened to the AI Remove tool??? This was happening before I downloaded the latest update, and I did so yesterday hoping that would fix the issue. But it did nothing. I’ve restarted my PC, the PS program several times, checked the Contextual Task Bar (Yes, it’s on).Pulling my hair out over here. The Generative tool is still available but it eats up credits and doesn’t work nearly as well as the simple AI Remove option.PLEASE help me! I use this frequently to remove things from real estate photos - like people, clutter, baby names from w

I've noticed in the last month or so, Adobe Premiere 26 with its latest update no longer allows me to automatically attach Proxies made with "_Proxy" at the end of each filename. I found this very useful so that Proxies can easily be identified. It wasn't a big deal with my last project since it was starting anew but with an ongoing project, this could potentially cause issues reattaching proxies without having to rename them all, taking off the "_Proxy". Is this a glitch or an intentional change by Adobe?

Hi. I have 2 accounts registered on one email. One is a business and one is private. I'd like to cancel my plan on the business account and delete it and also delete my private account. I couldn't find how to do that. Could you help please?I need step by step instructions and possibly screenshots. Many thanks .

I'm using the latest Photoshop 2025 on a Windows 10 laptop.  I have a script that I use with file - automate - batch which converts RAW files to jpgs.  It will only work with 400 files.  If I have more than 400 files in the source directory, after it processes the 400th file, the process stops with an error messgae  - something like "too many open files."  Is ther some way to increase the limit?
