Solved

Hi. I’m new here and I’d like to report the infamous “Something went wrong  Please try again later” bug in Firefly.Elsewhere, Adobe directed me to post here and share this info, as if it makes any difference.Your browser & OS version: Windows 10 The Firefly model you're using: Unknown Your prompt (or a screenshot):    Whether you're using a reference image: yes I am.

Hello everyone,On a two-page spread, I have drawn text frames, two per page. As I want to use this layout for most of my pages, I have copied the spread in the Parent Pages part of the Pages panel, thus creating a new spread of Parent Pages. Then I inserted two new pages based on that recent new spread, but the new pages in question show my four text frames with dotted lines only, and I cannot click into them to start typing text. When I go back to their Parent Pages, the text frames are dotted lines as well, but the borders of the text frames become solid/normal when I hover over them with the black arrow, I can select them and type in them. In the regular pages based on those Parent Pages, I cannot select them, they remain just dotted.I must have done something wrong… Advice will be very much appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hello, I want to download Adobe After Effects 2019 or 2020 because my laptop can't handle the newer versions. I know that the 2019 and 2020 versions are no longer officially available, but is there still a way to download them?I stopped editing in 2021, and now I want to start editing again using the same laptop I had back then. My laptop has an Intel 11th Gen Core processor, but unfortunately it only has 8 GB of RAM. I can still run the newer versions of After Effects, but they're too demanding for my laptop, and they often crash or become unresponsive ("Not Responding").I wanted to upgrade the RAM, but I can't because it's soldered to the motherboard. And I'm too poor to buy a new laptop right now, lol.

if ues parter model to generate image is always shows “something went wrong”Of course, it has succeeded before, but it hasn't been able to be used recently.

Now the entire program interface is running slowly, and when I try to open the Preferences settings, the program freezes for 20 seconds. Thank you for your advice! Now I have the slowest program in the world! Every window takes 10 seconds to open or freezes completely. This is a nightmare—not a program. I reinstalled the program—nothing changed.

I been cancel my trial plan and also received the emails but still charge the plan RM85.13

Creative Cloud doesn't see my plan. When I open it in the browser, it prompts me to switch from Creative Cloud Pro to Creative Cloud Pro because it can't see or read my plan. Basically, it's glitchy.I cleared the cache, reinstalled apps, the browser, and Creative Cloud itself. I don't have ad blockers or a VPN. Nothing changed, neither the provider nor the settings. Everything works fine except for your app, and I can't open it on another device, I need it on this computer. Can anyone help? Operators just close chats or just ignore me.

At first I thought it was due to the latest update, but after a tip to install an older version, I still couldn't open a file. I use macOS 15.7.9

My wife has been using CS5 on her Windows 10 desktop - unfortunately the desktop was "damaged" in a hose move and she now has a new Windows 11 desktop. Can we load her CS5 software from the original CD onto the new windows 11 desktop? Will CS5 work with the new desktop? Yes I know that CS5 is ancient but she's been using it for about a dozen years and is very happy with it. Also she really doesn't want to learn a new version or pay a monthly fee to Adobe as she doesn't use Photoshop enough to warrant that. Any advice or suggestions would be welcome.

Hi, In Screenshot 1, there is an EPUB. Looking at two images, space(1) and alignment(2) are different from what I expect.Space is larger. Alignment is left. Those parameters in Screenshots 2 and 3 worked. But it’s not working since the InDesign update two days ago.Is there any solution? Hosun Screenshot 1 Screenshot 2 Screenshot 3

When Multi-cam is enabled how can the individual Multi-cam options be set to have their own color? For instance, when Cam#1 is selected/chosen I want it colourA and then when Cam#2 is selected/chosen I want it colourB. It seems there's only one colour option for the whole Multi-Cam SEQ. I understand the the colour label can be changed from the Project window but it would be awesome to have a multi-colour selection for each camera option within that SEQ as well, so it's easy to know which camera has been selected in the timeline just by the colour

Machine is a Zenbook Duo (Windows 11). When exporting a relatively small (five page) document to PDF, InDesign hangs and never recovers.Workaround is to tick the “Create separate PDF files” checkbox and combine the pages afterwards. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? I’ve used InDesign for years and have never before seen this behavior.

Hello everyone,First posting here, so I hope it works.I have drawn a square in InDesign, and want to select one of the corner points to distort it. I assumed the direct selection tool would do this, but it is completely unable to select any of the points. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks

I created a simple 3D sphere, and a 90 degree solid positioned where the sphere lands. I imported a HDRI and attached it so a environment light. Both the sphere and the environment light have cast shadows as on. The solid floor has accept shadows as only. I’ve gone into the render settings and made sure the light shadows are fit to scene. They have the same z space. Does anyone know why shadows aren’t being created by the sphere?

You click a point and you get a rotation widget. nope, not what I want so I’ll click off somewhere else to deselect. nope, cant do that, I have to double click.. I’ll try selecting again.. nope doesn’t work since I forgot to double click.. okay now I’ll try moving the point, nope that moves the entire mask, okay let me double click again to deselect, nope that opened the whole layer on its own panel. Okay lets go back, I’ll try deselecting again, I’ve clicked 4 times and nothing happened.. Now I’ll move my mouse to a different spot and click once instead of twice to deselect. Finally after trying every combination of holding shift, ctrl, alt, clicking, double clicking, triple clicking, and clicking in a different spot I end up accidentally selecting the point I want, and after trying this 8 different ways, wasting 5 minutes, and googling how to do it half a dozen times, I still don’t know how it’s done. Each time I try to manipulate masks my blood pressure increases. This is dumb, proba
