Hi everyone,I'm working on product photography for a sports gear website and want to improve the quality of my product images before publishing them online. My current workflow includes background removal, color correction, shadow adjustments, and resizing for faster page loading.I'm curious to know how other Photoshop users handle product photography. Are there any tools, actions, or export settings that help maintain sharp image quality while keeping file sizes optimized for websites?I'd appreciate any recommendations or workflow tips from those who regularly edit e-commerce product photos.

Most a legfrissebb verzióban, nagyon gyakori.

I have two lines in Illustrator. Both are specced a magenta. The line drawn with the pencil looks magenta as you would expect. The second line is drawn with the paintbrush tool and looks like a weird purple colour even though it’s specced exactly the same as the other line for 100% magenta.A) WhyB) How do i fix my brush-drawn line to actually be the colour it should be? I’ve added two screengrabs…Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have a question about a Lightroom subscription refund. My Lightroom subscription was automatically renewed because I forgot to cancel it before the next billing period. The payment was charged two days ago, and I cancelled the subscription on the same day after noticing the charge.I understand that refunds are usually only available within 14 days of the initial purchase, but I wanted to ask if there is any possibility of getting a refund for this renewal payment as a one-time exception.Has anyone had a similar situation, or does anyone know if Adobe support can help with this kind of request?Thank you for your help.

I have some presets that I'd like to load into Lightroom mobile, but it seems impossible for me to do that, is there a specific feature in the app that I have to use?

Agrad

I cancelled my free trial before it ended but yesterday discovered that Adobe has been billing me every month for $19.99. I expect a refund but can NOT find anything resembling ‘customer support’.I asked Google:“Is Adobe's system rigged to make it difficult to cancel?”Yes, Adobe’s subscription and cancellation system has been heavily criticized and legally challenged for being intentionally designed to make cancellation difficult.Adobe agreed to a $150 million settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission in March 2026. The lawsuit accused Adobe of hiding early termination fees in fine print and making online subscription cancellations confusing or difficult, violating the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA)

Upon checking my bank account yesterday I noticed a $377+ taken out of my bank account for the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. While checking into this matter, there was an auto renewal that happened on March 4th. I canceled my subscription right away and tried talking to a support member right away about receiving a refund. They are refusing to give a refund, saying that it's because I cancelled the subscription. The payment was still pending in my bank account and it has been two days after the auto renewal. It's not like I was using Creative Cloud for  a few months and decided I need a refund.I have never had such a problem with such a large company and have received much better customer service from smaller companies. How do think they not giving a refund for a subscription that was cancelled after two days will make me want to purchase the Creative Cloud when I may need it in the future? It won't.

Hello,I am trying to cancel my Adobe subscription, but the system prevents me from doing so due to a payment issue.I no longer wish to continue using the service and would like to cancel my plan immediately.I am also unable to access live chat support from my region. Please help me cancel my subscription and confirm that no further charges will be made.Thank you.

I cancelled my Creative Cloud Pro subscription (Cancellation Number: AB08238003264CAU) on 20 JUL 2026. As the Annual subscription (prepaid) was renewed on 19 JUL 2026, and then cancelled on 20 JUL 2026 this puts my cancellation well within the 14 day refund policy period.Since the cancellation, I have not received any further updates or confirmation regarding my refund, and would like to confirm a date when my funds will be refunded to my payment method. REF: https://www.adobe.com/au/legal/subscription-terms.html Annual Contract, prepaid - “If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded.”

I used Adobe trial in June, then I connected my payment account to Adobe, then on the 7th of August this year when my pocket money was sent to my e-wallet, suddenly my balance was deducted by Adobe, and the next payment will be paid on August 10, I am really confused I don't have any more money, how can I get a refund, please help me to refund

I want to find the customer service that can assist me in refund

Hello everyone,I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock – 10 assets/month + AI Studio subscription today. The payment was charged to my card, and I canceled the subscription almost immediately afterward (within a few minutes). I received the cancellation confirmation email, but there is no mention of a refund. In my Adobe account, I only see the invoice, not a refund.Unfortunately, I haven't been able to access Adobe's live chat support because the chat option doesn't appear for me.Has anyone experienced something similar? Is there still a chance to receive a full refund since I canceled right after the purchase and did not use the subscription at all?Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
