Why couldn’t adobe just leave the masking as a part of the opacity tools? Like what the heck? All I want to do is feather the edge of a clip and I don’t know how to do that anymore…

Tengo acrobat pro y no puedo encontrar la opción para firmar documentos con mi certificado digital. Aparece la opción de firma electrónica pero esa opción no es la que necesito ahora mismo. Necesito firmar un documento con certificado digital, firma digital Gracias

I cancelled bot the Pro & AI Assistant trials on the 27th of July and received emails confirming the cancellations, but to today (August 3rd) I have been billed for live subscriptions. Can I get a refund please? Many thanksAnne Taylor (Apollo Paraplanning)

I have a weird issue with version 2026.001.21745 and .21771. I'm using an e-signature from a .p12 file. It always worked before and so I wanted to use it again this afternoon, but it prompted the password being wrong. It drove me crazy and I verified the password is indeed correct using `openssl pkcs12 -info -in cert.p12 -noout`. Then I just re-added it to my Acrobat Reader and I could use it again. After I wanted to use it again this evening, it again didn't work. So I re-added it and it was working again, but only once. I also removed the whole certificate and re-added it, but it does not help permanently. Is this a known new bug or am I doing sth. wrong?

Hello everyone. In the past, I would shoot RAW, and I would also shoot a RAW file of the Passport Photo Color Checker for camera calibration. Inside Adobe Camera Raw, I created a DNG file, and I used the Color Checker Passport to generate a calibration profile, which I saved in this folder: C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfilesLater, inside Camera Raw under Camera Calibration, I would select the profile name created from the Passport calibration. It seems that Camera Calibration inside Camera Raw is different now. In other words, I can’t select my custom calibration profile anymore.Thanks.

I import CR3 files in daily directories into my catalog. I process the CR3 files then export them converting them to JPG I then import the JPG files to put back into the daily directory they came from and to keyword them. The counters on all the directories are set to zero after this import. I have to exit and restart Lightroom to get the counters reset to their actual number of files in each folder. If I delete the CR3's as no longer necessary the counter goes negative by the number of photos removed.

I believed my subscription to have been cancelled and out of nowhere I was charged the beginning of this month. I haven't used Adobe Acrobat Pro in months. I went ahead and cancelled again just now Cancellation number AB08293977603CUS.I'd like a full refund. Update me on the status of my refund please.

I’ve already tried every option to improve or fix the slowness in Lightroom’s Develop module. Nothing worked—nothing at all—except downgrading to an earlier version (but that’s absurd; I pay to have the best).

Using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox on a Windows 7. It gives ! mark.

It seems like something is causing Adobe Premiere to not correctly load audio tracks for .MXF files from my Sony FX6. It tries to draw out the waveform, but then abruptly stops and the audio mutes for the rest of the video. Any idea as to why this is happening? I’ve tried deleting the project file itself and purging the media cache, but that doesn’t seem to do anything.

Hi all, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to batch edit in the web-based version of lightroom. I've seen many times to select the edited image and the cmnd+c, then select the image I want to apply those edits to and paste. This doesn't work. Please let me know if I'm missing something. Thanks! PS I'm on a mac in chrome

Pretty simple and unusual bug. I haven’t noticed a pattern yet, but I have set a custom workspace at least 5+ times in the past 2 weeks and CC Libraries and Style Packs keep getting added. I have never added those and manually removed them multiple times (and then saved that workspace.)I have deleted the workspace and made a new one, overridden it, seemingly tried everything. This is such a small thing that is driving me crazy. InDesign 21.3 on Mac Tahoe 26.2. Before telling me to update to 21.4, I will not because of the bugs breaking simple layout and selection things :)

Débito de 18.44€, o qual peço o cancelamento. Obrigada, aguardo noticias vossas Sofia Jorge

I purchased a one-month Lightroom subscription using my Apple ID, and everything is fine there. However, whenever I open Lightroom, it shows that I don't have a subscription. What should I do?

Adobe Creative Cloud isn't allowing me to download Photoshop or InDesign on my laptop because it says I don't meet the system requirements. However, when I click the three-dot menu for more options, I don't see the option to download older versions. My PC is running Windows 11, has 8 GB of RAM, and an Intel processor (Intel Celeron 4205U)

Why does it send me to product purchase page when I try to convert PDF to word? I paid for my subscription and verified the account.

Our library is listed in the IMLS database and therefore meets Adobe's published eligibility requirements for nonprofit offerings. We have provided Goodstack with our IMLS listing, shared Adobe's own response confirming library eligibility, and even supplied direct links to Adobe's terms that specifically reference public libraries listed by IMLS. Despite this, we have been stuck in the same cycle of responses since December 2025.When our existing Adobe Express licenses expired, we found ourselves unable to renew through Goodstack because the verification process still did not accommodate IMLS-listed public libraries. To Adobe's credit, they were willing to issue replacement licenses directly and assured us they would follow up with Goodstack regarding the problem. However, many months later, nothing appears to have changed. Our experience with Goodstack has been one of two outcomes: either we are told that they are "working on it," or our application is denied despite providing documen

I have cancelled my Adobe Acrobat subscription last month, after being billed already once. I've gotten the email with a cancelling conformationn, saying my subscription will be cancelled on the 1st of August. I am writing this on the first of August as Adobe has again charged me for my plan that was already cancelled and that they themselves have confirmed so. I have again cancelled my subscription (receiving the same mail as a month ago), and I want a refund as soon as possible.  Photos confirming my post:

Followed the Adobe Help steps from the link. Ended background processes using end process tree, repaired the Adobe program, tried printing "Print as Image", disabled Protected Mode at startup. Clear corrupted data and cache (DC.old). After those failed, I uninstalled Adobe, wasn’t uninstalling, ran the official Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool, rebooted, and performed a fresh reinstallation of Adobe Reader from Software Center (version 25.001.20693 x64). Same error. Previously there was a newer Adobe version installed on 7/27/2026 as listed in Control Panel - Installed programs (I have not installed it). Still can’t print.

Somehow I am being charged for two different subscriptions and keep being charged. I should only be on one subscription. I've tried cancelling but because both keep trying to bill me, I cannot. I've been trying to contact support, but it just keeps sending me back to the same webpage over and over. I want to talk to a person. HELP!

Did anybody else out there reading this sign up for a 7 day Free Trial, CANCELED IT well before the free trial ended, and are still dealing with emails and attempts to charge your payment method?
