When I try to cancel it, the "Confirm cancellation" button is disabled, so I can't complete the cancellation. Please cancel this subscription manually and confirm that I won't be billed further.

Hi AllI used to be able to scale a text box with cmd and shift and the text would scale with the text boxNow using Indesign CC this doesn't happen.I think I need to change the settings in the Text Frame Options window. What do I need to change to scale the text with the text box.

I have already purchased the subscription of Rs. 2600/- (one year). But Adobe application on mobile asked me to take the subscription again. What can I do now?

I tried clicking the left mouse button repeatedly, but that didn’t seem to work.It seems that only double-clicking to select a word or triple-clicking to select an entire line works. However, when adjusting a specific column or page, it can also be useful to select the text in the current column or on the current page.

Hi everybody! I have a question about my Lightroom shared albums. When I was in college, I had access to Adobe for free, and I used my college email account to create many albums. Before I graduated, I shared each of the albums with my personal account so that I could still have access to them. They worked initially! However, now when I try to open any of them, I get this message: “This shared album is currently unavailable. Please contact the album owner for more information.” I know that my college account is the “owner”, but I can’t log into adobe using the college account anymore. How can I restore (?) or find these photos? We are talking 20+ albums with hundreds of photos each.I tried calling adobe support and they hung up on me twice after I had completed all the “press x for y” options.Any tips? Answers? Are they gone forever?  I still have all the raws from most of those shoots but I didn’t download all the edited photos- I mostly shared them with others for them to download.

Seriously who the **** came up with that smart text highlighting feature? I don't need no assistance on helping me to stay in line or to cover only text, LET ME DISABLE IT!I. JUST. WANT. TO. HIGHLIGHT. A. PAGE. THE. WAY. IT. WORKS. IN. REALLIFE. ****. THESE. BACKWARDS. SO. CALLED. SMART. FEATURES. Even !FREE! software from the 2000s has been better at solving this task. And now a costly premium software won't let me highlight a page free hand, welcome to the future!/rantI apologize for the above. Is there a way to highlight areas in pages anywhere I would like to instead of only text? I only came to know the text highlighting tool which doesn't really fulfill that need.

The Creative Cloud Desktop app takes too much space on my computer. Can apps be installed without install CC Desktop app?

Hi,I need help with a billing error on my Adobe Acrobat subscription, and I have not been able to reach Customer Care — the support chat window does not open for me.What happened:• 31 July 2025 — I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat at the nonprofit rate through Goodstack: 18.00 USD for the annual term.• 1 July 2026 — I received an email from Adobe confirming that my annual subscription would renew at 18.00 USD.• 31 July 2026 (today) — my card was charged 403.06 USD instead.• 31 July 2026 — I cancelled the subscription the same day and then received an automated email saying the payment is non-refundable.

I’d love to see Adobe introduce AI-powered keywording in Lightroom. With several AI features already added, AI keyword generation feels like the next logical step.I have a relatively small catalog of around 8,000 images, yet keywording is still by far the most time-consuming part of my workflow. I haven’t found another Lightroom task that takes as much time and effort. An AI feature that could automatically suggest accurate keywords would make organising photo libraries much more efficient, allowing photographers to spend less time managing catalogs and more time editing, sharing, and enjoying their images. Is AI keywording something Adobe is actively considering for a future release? I’m sure many Lightroom users would find it a valuable addition.

Obrigado.  I completed the purchase without being able to add a billing name and address. The VAT ID is correct, but the name and address are not.I’d like to contact Adobe, but there’s no email address or contact form, and if I can’t make the change, I’ll have to cancel the plan because the VAT ID doesn’t match the name. Can you tell me how to resolve this?Thank you.

Photoshop updated and when I opened it up today to work on a design all of my styles, brushes and actions are missing.  How do I find them to add them back and is there a way to prevent this from happening in the futre?

I’ve designed two reflowable ePubs in the last 48 hours with same image alignment error. I design them all of the time, so it’s not me. Images are not center aligned though I’ve selected align center layout and even manually added object export custom alignment center to the image with same result of left alignment. Please advise. Thank you.

I have asked this before with no answer. Why is the healing brush all of a sudden lagging like crazy? It is impossible to work like this? PSCC 24.7.5, Windows11 Pro, X64, X670MB, 96G ram, AMD Ryzen 7950X 16-core processor, AMD Radeon 7950XT

Message récurant a chaque fermeture du logiciel Lightroom

When I switch to the developement modul, the warning sign in the thumbnails don’t show anymore. When I switch back to Bibliothek, they show again. How can I get rid of the red symbol with the white "X" on my thumbnails in the bibliothec modul? All pictures are correctly connected on the hard drive; lightroom can show them in the finder. Is it a problem with the new analyzing tool?

InDesign was working fine last night. This morning, when I tried to export a PDF, it became unresponsive. I Forced Quit and tried again. After this second try, after it loads, I get only a grey screen and am unable to even access preferences. On top of that, it seems to be using significant energy. I tried uninstalling and installing other versions, to no avail.

I'm running into an annoying bug in the Text panel while editing subtitles/captions.The Issue: Letters behave fine when typing, but punctuation marks (periods, commas, exclamation points) get placed at the start of the line instead of the end.

Can I cancel within 14 days of autorenewal?  I cannot find how to contact customer support anywhere!

Hello,Has anyone else had an issue using Ctrl + C to copy highlighted text in version  26.001.21745? The first time I try it with a PDF I get “Failed to load an application resource (internal error). Thanks,Andrew

Recently the side panel in Path Blur went missing so I am unable to modify path blur to what I want

I’ve created an XML file to automate sequence creation in Premiere Pro, where I provided local file paths to video files within the <pathurl> tag. This worked as expected and successfully created the sequence.   Now, I want to know if it’s possible to use HTTPS video file links in the XML file instead of local file paths. Would Premiere Pro be able to recognize and work with HTTPS video links for sequence creation, or should I stick to local file paths?
