Solved

Hi everyone.I have selected all the content of the article and want to control the embedded images, so I need to obtain the text box where the images are located.Surprisingly, The parent of the character  is “Story”, not “TextFrame”.And parentTextFrames [0] may not necessarily be the text box where the image is located, It refers to the first text box that appears to be the story.How can I get the current textFrame for 'story. allGraphics [i]'?Thank you.var d = app.documents[0];var item = d.selection[0]var story = item.parent;if (story.allGraphics.length > 0) { for (var i = 0; i < story.allGraphics.length; i++) { var curFrame = story.allGraphics[i].parent.parent.parentTextFrames[0]; alert(curFrame.constructor.name); }}

Using AE 25.4.0 (Build 86)after pressing spacebar to play a comp, the play head will move about 5 frames then stops moving. Yet the clip still plays in the comp window. Pressing the spacebar again to stop the animation, the play head suddenly jumps to the point in the timeline where i pressed the spacebar to stop it. None of the properties in the effects control panel update in real time. In order to see the values of animated properties at any given frame, I have actually click into the properties panel, then it updates. The only assets in this comp is a text layer with a few glow effects.  I'm using Windows 11, Intel Core i9 (3.2GHz), 64 GB RAM, Nvidia RTX 5080

I attempted to download a .pdf ‘Wise’ bank statement to my Samsung phone, but got the message:“Error The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged”So I tried on the the laptop and got the message:"There was an error while opening this document. Bad parameter".Not only did this apply to the statement I was trying to download, but I found this applies to ALL .pdf documents on the computer.I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe, but that didn’t work and opening the Adobe Home page I got the message: “Unable to display Recent files”I can open .pdfs through Chrome or other browsers, so all is not lost. However, that’s not the point - any ideas on how I restore Adobe? With many thanks,Tim

Hi everyone,I just purchased the 7-day free trial of Adobe Lightroom, but once I return to the mobile app, I don't have access to any premium options... Can you shed some light on this? I checked that I'm logged in with the same ID, and the plan is activated on Google Play. (I share the screenshots)Thank you in advance for your help. Sincerely, Samuel

We can't access the subscription plan management. We get this error message: "Unable to load data An error occurred. Please try again later."

How can I remove this useless amoral garbage from my photoshop? I not only never asked for this, but specifically don’t want this. Feels *** to force install this wretchedness into all of your products and just say “deal with it.” My computer can’t handle this, and shouldn’t have to.

See what I said and look at my generative effort. Thx

I started the 7 day trial for my Adobe Acrobat pro membership on May 21. I  cancelled my membership on the 7th day, May 28th. I got a confirmation email that the membership was canceled. I have come to find that I have been charged on June 1, June 29, and now July 28 for the same membership. After I have already received a confirmed cancellation email on May 28 the day that I originally canceled the membership. How do I request a refund for the three additional charges that I should not have been charged.

my credits was not renewed after renewable date. Thanks

I know how to create Acrobat preflight profiles, and I know how to create actions that use preflight profiles, and I have an action that uses a preflight profile that checks a bunch of PDFs and copies any with color to a folder. But, I’d like to narrow that down to finding just text objects with color, but I can’t for life of me figure it out.I’ve found the single fixup “Object is not black” but that does all objects. Is there really no way to do this or am I missing something? Thanks!Ken

I need to contact an agent.

Hi,I will install the Adobe Firefly, but my PC has no the Photoshop, can I use the Firefly ?How much for the price of Firefly monthly ?best regards

Adobe is now forcing me to go to the cloud every time I get a notification email that a document is signed. Is there a way to change this back to getting the PDF attached in the email with the notification the document is signed? This is annoying as it requires multiple steps to sign in, download, and then move the document/rename. It also doesn’t allow an easy second location of the document in archived emails for future needs.

Hi, hope someone can help, I am trying to track down a compatible version of DNG converter app (for Mac) as the current version available isnt compatible with my computer.Adobe, in their infinite wisdom, have removed all previous versions and despite getting in touch with their labourious online chat system their standard reply is 'update to the latest Mac OS'...something I can't do currently - and knowing they do exist would rather not shell out for a whole new machine just to overcome this very simple problem...(Feels very much like pulling LR6 support 'update your computer' seems a standard reply, which is utterly ridiculous). So, if there is anyone out there with a link/resouce to these it would be greatly appreciated. I run one machine on 10.12.6 (Sierra) and another on 10.11 (El Cap)... Many thanks!

Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.6.0 20260422.r.11 4804c18  x64 (final, Release)System: Mac OS 15.7.3In this version the scrolling speed in the layer panel has drastically increased so its not usable anymore to scroll with the mouse scrollwheel. With a standard generic mouse using scroll wheel and moving it one step scrolls more or less 10 layers. With such a big steps in scrolling using the scrollwheel becomes not possible. User is resorted to use the side scrollbar which results in a drastically more time spent doing this function that is done 1k times each day.I have checked and nothing else on my system has increased speed so its local to Photoshop. Can some validate if they have the same issue as me?

·  Title: LrC 15.4.1 UI Issue:  Closing Remove Tool leaves gray panel area; fails to redraw Edit/Basic panels. ·  Product: Adobe Lightroom Classic v15.4.1 Release (Camera Raw 18.4) ·  OS: macOS 25.6.2 ·  Description: In the Develop module, using Solo Mode with the right panel visible, activating and then closing the Remove (spot removal) tool completely breaks the right panel interface. The panels vanish into a blank, dark empty column. Global panel keys (F8, Shift+Tab) and top menu toggles fail to restore it.  Workaround: Clicking the Edit icon (sliders) manually, or toggling Crop (R) or Masking (M) or Red Eye Removal icons on and off forces Lightroom to redraw the UI, successfully bringing the Basic and edit panels back.   Exiting the develop module to the Library module, (G or E) and then re-entering the Develop module (D) will also bring back the Basic and edit panels. ·  Camera model:  N/A ·  Steps to Reproduce:Open Lightroom Classic 15.4.1 in Develop module with Solo Mode active.

Hey,I’m stacking in PS from LRC, saving works fine, flagging, color label works fine. During the same session, these files disappear from LRC. They’re on the disk. I can’t import them, the import module won’t “see” them.

I have my Creative Cloud open, I go to Firefly, in my account it shows I have 1500 credits available, I place a prompt and then get: Can't access You can contact your admin to request access. You don't have enough credits for this generative action. You can contact your admin for continued access or wait until your monthly reset.

I had a student discount 12 month subscription to CC, it has just auto-renewed at a crazy amount of money which I cannot afford and don’t want.  I only use AE, which I’ll re-start when I need to use it next.I cancelled the plan to CC but says I’m paid up until July 2027, I REALLY need that money back ASAP but cannot see a way to request an immediate refund.

Hi everyone,I'm building a premier pro plugin with uxp and stuck with a problem as I'm facing a challenge to mimic the razor tool feature.I'd like to - Programmatically create these cut sections in my original video/sequence - Add markers or tags to indicate which parts came from the original source- Place them in a new sequence one after another- Export srt file programmatically- Extract video metadata programmatically Is there any way to do this using the UXP APIs, or would I need to fall back to CEP (ExtendScript) to achieve it? Thanks
