Solved

I logged in and instead of being brought to my most recent project I was brought to the home page. On the home page none of my recent projects were available to me. I clicked on “your stuff” to see if I could open the project I needed from there. Nothing was in there- every time it loaded it told me to refresh the page. Refreshing the page did not work, I signed out and signed back in and that also did not work. I exited my browser and relaunched it, trying all the same steps above and still no luck. I need these projects for work, how do I get them back? They don't even show up in my Creative Cloud library like they used to.

How do I permanently disable continuous scrolling?  The option via View > Page Display will only switch to Single Page View for individual documents - when I open a new document it will automatically default back to scrolling. I have already gone to Edit > Preferences > Documents and ticked 'Restore last view settings...' but this applies only to individual documents I have already changed the setting for. I want all documents to default to NOT scrolling without having to change the setting on each and every one.  This was possible in my previous version, but since updating to version 2019.012.20034 there is no obvious way of disabling continuous scrolling. Help gratefully received!

When I open Photoshop (Version 27.7) , the Adjustments panel disappears from my workspace’s docked panels. Also, when I try to open the panel from Window > Adjustments, nothing happens. The panel does not open, and no check mark appears next to Adjustments in the Window menu to indicate that it is active. The Adjustments panel reappears when I reset the Essentials Workspace, but the Adjustment Panel disappears again after I close and reopen Photoshop. Currently, the only way to restore the Adjustments panel is to reset the Essentials Workspace each and every time I launch Photoshop. This is not a great workaround because it requires re-customization of my workspace every time I open Photoshop. Could someone please help me resolve this issue?

I had sent all my music to a submix as I was using several stems for each music track. I mixed all the music on the whole seq by writing keyframes on the fader as it played through. I then wanted to make a shot longer after I had finished and came across this problem. The keyframes on the submix don’t ripple with the extending of a clip. I then needed to add a clock on the front of the timeline and the submix keyframes didn’t ripple and just started under the clock where the start of the seq had started before adding the clock. There must be a way of keeping the keyframes in sync?

I have created a quiz template and interactions and brand etc in one captivate 13.1 project. I wish to copy to another project (captivate 13.1) so I don’t have to do all the coding manually all over again. Is the same possible?

I have a very strange problem. Some folders have randomly disappeared recently on my computer in Lightroom Classic (I am running Mac OS 14.6.1 on a 14 in Nov 2023 MacBook Pro with 4TB drive and Lightroom Classic 14.2) giving me the folder with the question mark on it. I had edited some of the photos in that folder after importing them and was even able to export them, but after switching between catalogs, those photos are no longer to be found even though the thumbnail image is there. All of the photos this has happened with were imported from cards where I imported some of the photos from the card into one catalog and then switched catalogs and imported other photos from that same card (not the same photos) to a different catalog. I did not remove the card in between imports. It's not often that I will have two different projects on the same card, but it's sometimes the case if I'm out shooting at two different locations back to back. Has anyone else encountered this? Any so

Hi, I am trying to create a paragraph style that contains a Title and Subtitle.I will ultimately create a TOC that contains just the Title.AFAIK, the paragraph style is accomplished by created the Subtitle style, then nesting the Title as a character style through n words/symbols etc. I don’t see a clear path to generate the TOC I want based on this approach. Can anybody offer any suggestions? Thanks!

I had a trial and I missed the day to cancel subscription and it has charged my account. It is still in 14 day refund period. How do I contact Adobe to do this? It is really difficult to find contact details on the site. Thank you.

Hi! Could I get a refund, i simply forgot to cancel my subscription as I was dealing with many stuff in real life.

I want to add videos onto the website portfolio I’m currently making. I can add images, but videos are unsupported at the moment apart from if you added it as a singular video. I wanted to add for example four videos in a row together that you could click on and play.  Additionally, if you’ve got four pictures in a row is there any update coming where you can put text under each individual picture instead of summary caption under all?

Hello everyone,I'm a contributor and I'm hoping to get some help understanding why a recent batch of my images was rejected. They were all flagged for "Quality Issues," but I'm having trouble pinpointing the exact problem.I know that "Quality Issues" is a broad category that can cover everything from focus and noise to lighting and artifacts. Before I spend time making adjustments and resubmitting them, I was hoping the community could take a look and offer some guidance.Could someone clarify what might be the specific issue(s) with these images? I'm looking for honest feedback so I can learn and improve my future submissions.I'm attaching a few of the rejected images below.Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.

As soon as i want to upscale to 4K, then nothing works anymore,  i cannot push the generate button, it does not work! VERY Frustrating as it put my work behind, i want to cancel my subscription as it does not work and would rather get another program without issues!

I did my searching and found nothing so far.The Issue:In a comp view pane, if you use the hand tool or shortcut to move the comp view around, is there a way to recenter the view to default?  This would be useful, if I have three or more comps that I want to click the tabs to compare for differences.  As it is now, each comp has an view offset setting remembered.  I would like to recenter the comp view for one or all comps. Is this possible? Thanks!

I am doing a course part of it specifies (after creating your video clip) CTRL + M to export, the video clearly shows Video and Audio checkboxes, which you select to export both, when I process the clip as MP4 it does NOT play the audio channel. Can anyone say where I can find/turn on the shown checkboxes?

Bonjour, L’imprimante Adobe PDF a disparu. Ce n’est pas la premiere foisAuriez vous un patch pour corriger cela ? Ou si je réinstalle completement le programme cela corrigera le probleme ? Cordialement,MRO

Need ICC Profile in LrC. For creating JPEG to be sent pro print house for large print. That failed the previous time because of the missing ICC profile. Now I have the profile, know how it works, have installed the profile, but LrC refuses to display it in the Other… dialogue for selectable profiles. How could I solve this? Because of the Pro edition of Windows, I reviewed profile-file authorizations too. There should not be a problem there. All application packages have execute and read.Running LrC with Admin rights does not solve it either. Is the profile file corrupted? Print house created the file in 2013 and it comes in zip form (with error protection). I presume the ICC file is fine.
