Solved

At first when I tried to synchronize a folder in Lightroom Classic, Synchronize said there are 424 photos to import, but then it did not import any. I am on release 15.3.1, which I am told is the latest, and Windows 11 Pro. I have installed all operating system updates and GPU updates. I have also restored preferences in LR Classic. At the top level of my catalog, selecting All Photos, I have tried looking for specific files that are not getting imported, and LR can’t find them, so they can’t be there somewhere else in my catalog. I have never had this problem before. I have quit LR several times, and it sometimes would tell me that there was a corrupt file, so I deleted those files from my system. Now when I try to synchronize, it says “importing files at their current location”, but nothing ever happens. When I ended the import, it told me that 2 files were unsupported or damaged. The files are type .ARW, created by a Sony A1 camera, that I have had no problems with in the past.I have

The iPhone app has stopped working. Will I lose my previous scans if I reinstall it?

Olá, estou procurando o Illustrator 2022 v26, por gentileza, quem tiver e quiser repassar

For myself (and it appears many others) this is the worst feature Adobe Acrobat (maybe Adobe period) currently has. Trying to edit a PDF is a nightmare with this idiotic scan. It repeatedly scans, over and over (once isn't enough?) it takes forever, and oddly it tilts random images off center. What is the purpose of this? To frustrate users into using another PDF editor? I could understand if it was a work in progress, but you can't even turn the damn thing off. I've tried all the "steps" recommended and nothing. Yes, I have the latest version. Threads like this appear through-out Adobe support. It's currently a garbage feature - allow me to turn it off until it's useful. Until then, I'm using another editor.

Issue summaryOn my Mac, Lightroom Classic 15.3 becomes unresponsive after some period of normal use. I have to Force Quit it. After that, Lightroom Classic can relaunch, but RAW files can no longer be opened properly. I cannot guarantee exact reproduction steps every time, but the issue has happened multiple times in 15.3 and has not happened for me in 15.2.1 on the same machine.Environment- Lightroom Classic: 15.3- macOS: 26.4.1- Apple Silicon Mac: M1 MaxWhat I can confirm- This issue started after updating to 15.3.- It happens after some time of normal RAW workflow use, not immediately on launch.- Once Lightroom hangs, I have to Force Quit it.- After relaunch, RAW files still cannot be opened properly.- Downgrading to 15.2.1 on the same Mac resolves the issue.  Relevant lines from the report:Process:      Adobe Lightroom Classic [12526]Version:      15.3OS Version:      Mac OS X 26.4.1 (25E253)Exception Type:      EXC_CRASH (SIGTERM)Signal Number:      15Publisher Process Name:

My work relies heavily on collaborative project file sharing, we are constantly passing project files back and forth. When I open a project that used the masking tool, I can see all of the keyframe data points for a tracked mask, but the mask is not showing in the Program window. It’s like Premiere is recognizing the mask but not displaying it. I downloaded the “masks” data folder, and Premiere is clearly reading the files since they are not flagged as offline masks.Attached a screenshot of the mask data, showing how the data is there but when I click on the mask it does not appear in Program window, and there is no active mask working on the output. For reference, the mask should be isolating the woman from the background. EDIT: I just isolated the layer and realized it is actually displaying completely black on the Program monitor. When I move the mask back to Unassigned Masks I can see the image again, but moving the mask to Opacity makes the Program completely blank.

Is there a way to apply an input LUT to a clip using UXP?  In the Premeire Pro UI, with a sequence selected,  it looks like a LUT can be used from Window->Workspaces->color->Lumetri Color→ Basic Correction->Input LUT and pick a LUT. How can this be done through UXP?

I’ve been working hard to create original, high-quality content for Adobe Stock. Tired of relying on AI images, I invested in a new camera and dedicated many hours to shooting and editing real photographs myself. I was proud of the results  the quality was excellent, with strong composition, lighting, and detail that I believe surpassed many similar submissions already accepted in the same categories.Unfortunately, all of my submissions were rejected. I’m genuinely confused and a bit discouraged, as I put significant effort into creating authentic, meaningful work. Could anyone please provide specific feedback on why these images were declined? Any guidance on what I can improve would be greatly appreciated so I can meet Adobe Stock’s standards moving forward.Thank you for your time and support.

I want to assign a hotkey for "Snapping" check mark/switch but I didn't find this option in the keyboard settings. Is there a way to do this? I use it very often and on a huge screen it is very inconvenient to constantly reach the top left corner.

Hello Adobe Support,I subscribed to Adobe Lightroom in April. At that time, my monthly payment was around ¥1,480. However, I recently noticed that the monthly charge increased to ¥3,828, even though I have not been actively using the service.I also discovered that there is an Adobe Stock 10 Assets a Month subscription on my account. I do not remember subscribing to this plan, and I was not aware that it was being charged to my credit card. For the past four months, monthly payments have been charged to my credit card. Today, when I checked my account, I was surprised to see these charges. I have now canceled the subscription, but the cancellation page shows an additional charge of ¥13,920, which I cannot afford.I kindly request that you review my account, explain how these charges occurred, cancel all active subscriptions, waive any cancellation fees if possible, and consider a refund for the charges because I did not intend to subscribe to Adobe Stock and have barely used the services.

I cannot get my properties panel to appear no matter what I attempt to do. (Ctrl f3 etc.) In the Window dropdown menu it is checked, but not visible. Has anybody had this issue before? How did you resolve this?

I've been using the Ai supported denoise feature, and while it works well, I receive an error message and I have to run it twice instead of once. The program makes me do it over again before export, and both processes take up two hours each. The error  says to reach out to customer support and post here. I use a Lenovo, and recently this has been adding more unnecessary time to my workflow. I’ve made sure everything is up to date, and to my knowledge, my computer is capable of running the program and operations.

When LR Classic opens I can see all of my folders but the previews are all grayed out as the screen shot shows. I tried uninstalling the application and reinstalling it but the problem still happens.

I like to keep the images as they are when I import then in the app.

Hi there, I have an Adobe Acrobat subscription but today after saving a file like I have done many times. I reopened Acrobat and it is just a blank screen. as shown below. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated windows, uninstalled every adobe product and file with a cleaner and without but still no matter what Adobe Acrobat looks like this when opening it. Any suggestions? I use Acrobat every day. This is what i looks like every time I open it, whether from a file or from the acrobat exe

Hi,We have created the following accounts for Adobe Acrobat Pro. The money has been deducted from our account, but when we login to the individual account, we cannot see any invoices. Would you be able to confirm if the payment was received? Because users are seeing expiry message when they log in. The accounts are:<Email address removed by mod>Appreciate your kind assistance on this.Thank you.Kenny

As the question and attached pic shows, I can’t validate due to my serial number being “in use by the maximum allowed computers”, but my account shows “you have no activated devices”.How can I get Adobe Acrobat Pro “active” on my new laptop?

I used 140 credits on 8 images (two of which where 10 credits) - no video this month, however, my credits went from 3,860 to exactly zero instantly when I tried to create a new asset.

Neo can still be used as an externl editor and it works ok as a plugin with PSE2024,

Why is Adobe Light Room so slow? Simply scrolling through the film strip can take seconds between images. Newly added images can take up to 30 seconds. Stitching is super slow to create panoramas compared to other programs like PTGUI. Simply selecting the crop tool causes the LR screen to go grey and then refresh. Everything I do in LR is slow and I’m constantly waiting on it.

Can't believe have to post about this This  ANNOYING thing block layers, so cant see what doing in photoshop.  I played the annoying video, still comes up! Help! thanks. Im a 25 year user, what have some department at Adobe, just dedicated to annoying it's users? Thanks!  Too many employees?

I have tried a dozen different ideas from the forums and can't find a solution.Windows 10, i7-7600 cpu @ 2.80GHz8gb ramAME CC 2017 (version 11.1.2.35 of AME)Created a video in Premiere and AME just stops and hangs when it reaches a certain part of the video. Premiere won't export it either. I have created dozens of videos so I have no idea what's different this time. The video is about 10 minutes of 4k drone footage with a music back - super simple.I have reset Premiere (shift-alt on startup) and deleted all the cache files. I rendered the clip where encoder hangs and then added it back, then I deleted the clip entirely, then I deleted the clip and the music track and no matter - it stops in the same place every time (about 14% done with Premiere, and about 14 minutes in on what AME estimates is a 2 hour job).I read a few places that people had a "bad clip" in their video, and once they removed it it worked - how on earth am I supposed to find the one "bad" clip if premiere previews fi

This quest is regarding the TIMESHEET function in workfront. Is it possible to hide the task name under the project name in the timesheet weekly dashboard? We are logging hours only at the project level, and the additional task name is causing confusion. Please suggest. Regards,Diksha G.
