Hello Enterprise & Teams Support,We are seeking assistance from an Adobe engineer to recover a corporate software asset. We purchased a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020, but it was registered to the email address of a former employee who left over a year ago. We currently have no access to that email account and no records of the credentials. This is due to a complete IT department personnel turnover a year ago, which unfortunately left us with no handover documentation. Here is the current device status and the sequence of events: Hardware Status: We currently have the specific laptop in our possession. It was repurposed by our HR department for a current employee. Incident Timeline: On June 15, 2026, the user was able to successfully open a PDF file at 08:15 AM (Taiwan Time). However, at 09:30 AM on the same day, Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 suddenly started prompting for an account login and could no longer open PDFs. Troubleshooting Performed: Our IT personnel attempte

When in Libary, move to a day with has a DJI Mavic 4 still photo .dng (114MB) the application becomes unresponsive showing the spinning colorwheel.  When Importing from the DJI media, it also imported the .jpg file.  The apps needs to be Force Quit.Loading a .dng file takes very long (~15 sec) and then after another ~15 sec it becomes unresponsive.Easiest to see experience with a second monitor, but also happens in Library single photo. The import also contained .mp4 files.  Lightroom Classic version: 15.3 [ 202604090947-8f3672ed ]Apple M4 Max - MacOS Tahoe 26.4.1Screenshot does not show the spinning color wheel but the zoom loop (in the center of the controller display)

I have two computers. Both have Photoshop Elements 2025 installed. If I try to print from either of the computers Elements closes. My old version of Photoshop (CS6) has no problem printing. I also have the latest version of Affinity and again I have no problem printing from it. I have tried all the fixes suggested by contributors to the Adobe and other forums without success.  My computers run Windows 11 pro. The printer is a humble Canon G650 Pixma. Can any of you bright people suggest a solution? Thank you.John

i select it and deselect it under the Window menu but do not see it

Why would 100% of my images be refused for Intellectual Property Refusal? I posted a number of very general city street-scapes, random buildings store fronts, etc. Very basic imagery of which can be found across the stock platform? Seems very odd that ALL images were refused, even those without any distinct logos or artwork. Very frustrating since this was a pretty substantial upload.

I wanted to follow up on this topic as it's been radio silence on it for nearly 8 months since AI DeNoise was launched.  In the meantime we've not only had multiple updates by Apple to Ventura, we've also had the release of MacOS Sonoma which is rapidly approaching the release of version 14.2.   While I have pretty much left Topaz behind with the release of Adobe's DeNoise and my dissatisfaction with earlier releases of PhotoAI, I just checked it again and with their model updates its now back to being the equal of Adobe's Denoise, but it's a lot faster--it takes less than half the time to process a file on my M2 Ultra with Topaz as it does with Adobe DeNoise.  They are using the Apple Neural Engine, regardless of any bugs--and this is confirmed as I can monitor the power draw of the neural engines in the console as I process images.  DxO is also using the neural engines.  Clearly there are ways to work around the bugs, or these companies have already taken adv

We have had one of our Office Admins leave and her replacement has started.I transferred the Acrobat Pro licence to her and installed Acrobat Pro. She is getting a different view when attempting to:Add recipients to e-sign this document ...on any pdf. The view she is getting is attachment "Incorrect e-sign add" The view the other admins see is the "Correct e-sign add" Is there some config option that needs changing? The defaults are the same on 3 machines.App is definitely Acrobat Pro. I have run the Clean Tool. Reinstalled. Removed. Reinstalled.Logged out and used the web app then back to the desktop app.And cannot find what is causing the difference.

I would like to add text to cover up old information. I add a text box and i want to fill it with a white background so you dont see the old text. How to do this?

I have be able to successfully compress PDF files with embedded greyscale images very effectively using your ‘Optimized Scanned Pages’ tool, but I am only able to use this tool on one file at a time from within Acrobat Pro.    I have been able to successfully compress legacy PDF files using your ‘Optimized Scanned Pages’ Tool but I am only permitted to use this as a menu option on 1 file at a time.   Is there a way to have Acrobat process multiple PDFs with this tool?    Is there a way to invoke this tool as a CLI command that I can run iteratively with a Python Script? Alternatively, can I use your Action Wizard to process and save multiple files?Thank youDavid.

Hi, for a few days now, when I click on "Modify" or "Add a stamp", the left column of the menu opens but is totally empty, impossible to select anything. Anyone has an idea of what's wrong and how to fix it? Merci !

I’m getting the “AI Edits Storage Error” in Lightroom Classic, and I’ve already followed all the steps listed on Adobe’s help page, but the issue is still happening. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Confirmed there is enough free disk space Restarted Lightroom and my Mac Ensured only one instance of Lightroom is open Gave Lightroom Classic Full Disk Access and Files & Folders permissions in macOS Verified my user account has Read & Write permissions Checked that the catalog and .lrcat-data folder are accessible Not using any cleanup tools or cloud sync on the catalog while Lightroom is open Despite all this, the error continues to appear and AI edits fail to save properly.

Hi all,I've searched the forum but can't find a thread about this... I'm experiencing a strange feature/bug that's pretty irritating. A few minutes after I start Premiere, the timeline will start scrolling whenever I move my mouse cursor away from the center of the screen. You can see this happening at the link below:Private Video on Vimeothe password is: autoscrollTo be clear: this doesn't happen when I first start Premiere. It's usually 5-10 minutes into a session, and then I have to quit and re-start the program to get a few minutes of peace. Is this something I've accidentally turned on, that I can deactivate? It's really annoying to have the timeline scroll to follow my cursor, when I go for my effects or media browser.iMac running 10.10.3, Premiere Pro CC 2014Thanks for your help!Paul

Hello, my name is Pasindu and I'm reaching out from Sri Lanka regarding an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor registration. The phone verification step is not completing successfully for me. I've attempted the process using two different local carriers - Dialog (+94 77 number) and Hutch (+94 76 number) - but in both cases, the verification SMS never arrives on my device. Is there a way for someone on the Adobe support team to manually approve my account, or suggest another method to verify my phone number? I'd really appreciate any guidance here.My registered email for this account: [removed by moderator]Location: Sri Lanka

The letter U in the Avenir Next bold font (which installs with the Mac OS) has a problem that is showing up only when used in Adobe applications. Look at the letter U in this screenshot. It appears larger than it should All characters are the same size, no stroke, no scaling applied. This does not occur in any non-Adobe application. Is there a bug that needs to be fixed?

Is anyone here that think differently? some humble people around?, or everyone got too much of themselves? i’m really really impressed, and not in a good way. May be some cultural thing.
