It is fantastic there is an option to create your own templates, but not everything is saved unfortunately.

I am experiencing an issue with EXIF metadata preservation in Photoshop.My workflow is: Open a JPEG file that contains complete EXIF metadata. Edit the image in Photoshop. Export the image as a JPEG. After exporting, all EXIF metadata is completely removed. Camera model, lens information, capture date, exposure settings, and all other EXIF fields are missing from the exported file.I would like to know: Is this behavior normal? Which save or export method preserves all original EXIF metadata? Is "Export As" designed to remove EXIF metadata? Is there a Photoshop setting that ensures all EXIF metadata is preserved when exporting JPEG files? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I am currently using an account that is created in China, and have since relocated to U.S. Every time I go to the app page, it tries to tell me to switch to United States and when I do, it will continue to stay in China region but giving me the same popup over and over again. Anyway to change the region? I have also tried to change email address to another one, so I can use this one to register a new account in U.S, but it just says “error with changing email address, please try again later”. Any suggestion?

After Adobe Acrobat creates form fields, there are many accessibility errors.  Is there a way to add form fields in Adobe Acrobat and not get accessibility errors?

I exported an InDesign file to Adobe Express. I opened the file in Adobe Express, and there’s no content at all, nor is there any way for me to edit or resize the project. I’ve tried uploading the .indd file itself in Adobe Express, same story. Nothing seen, nor can I edit. I tried just creating a new file, opening a template file, and same story….I can’t see the job, nor can I edit. I’ve quit Creative Cloud, deleted preferences, restarted the computer 5 times, and I’m still stuck with this issue.

I am having constant issues with Adobe Acrobat saying "An internal error occured" everytime I scroll through your files or try to open something. It keeps making my file explorer go unresponsive and not sure how to fix this.

The relink button on the Links palette cannot have a keyboard shortcut assigned to it. It should. This would save many people hours of time and frustration. And it would allow many people to use Illustrator for placing art instead of InDesign, which has too many other limitations for serious illustration production work. This is NOT the same as the place command with “replace” selected. The Relink functionality allows you to select multiple objects and update each of them one at a time, from front to back. Place doesn’t do that.When updating a bunch of files, this is the functionality that is needed. I use Replace multiple times a session, sometimes dozens of times in a session, and clicking that tiny button is annoying and slows down my workflow significantly.Adding Replace to the keyboard shortcuts menu is fairly straightforward and could be implemented and tested easily. This would also allow for additional automated testing to be done on workflows that current require manual manipu

Hi there to All,Is there a way to apply a background colour to a charcter style in Illustrator? I’m after an effect like so (please see screen below), which I’m currently achieving by having placed a colour-filled rectangle behind the text. The trouble is that when I alter text (add/ remove some) and the text changes position, the position of the rectangle doesn’t change and I have to manually adjust it. It would be so much chandier if I could somehow integrate it with the text, so it all moves together…Also - is there a way of adding a custom colour into the ‘Character colour’ palette (in ‘Character Style Options’> ‘Character colour’)? (I tried adding it as a swatch first, but it doesn’t seem to work).Thank you!

I managed to desync my folders from lightroom classic and have lost all my edits in progress, and edits made ready for export. Is there a way to restore this?

The Philippines has a new regulation from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). This is for companies to only use digital service providers (DSPs), in this case, Adobe, that comply with the regulations. The criteria is as follows:Have a local presence/office in the Philippines, ORAs a non-resident digital service provider (DSP), be registered with the BIR for compliance.Does Adobe check either?Thanks.

Can you set up a series of text fields so in the form the cursor moves from one field to the next on pressing tab

I use adobe forms for my contracts in a roofing business. I need my sales staff to be able to fill in the prices for several options and lock those fields before sending to customer. I will then need the customer to be able to select contract choices, color selection and sign. The only option I'm tech savvy enough to know is to make the price fields "read only" after filling them in. My staff aren't quite advanced enough to do that every time. I'm sure there's a more efficient method. **I have no idea how to create a javascript code, button or bookmark**

If you move multiple items at once in the Project Panel, you then have to Undo each item move one at a time. This could be really annoying if you accidentally move a bunch of items. The expected result would be a single Undo Group for the entire move. This bug is in the latest update as well as the Beta

 Hi Adobe Team,I'm facing an issue in Premiere Pro 2024 while using Motion Graphics Templates (MOGRTs) for transitions—specifically the AtomX (or similar third-party) transitions. Previously, it was straightforward to replace dummy media clips within these MOGRTs via the Properties panel, but this feature seems to be missing in the current version.Problem Details:you can see in 2025 version there is no option for replace media to replace the dummy placeholder for transtition, in 2024 its easy changeable in essential graphics panel in second imageI'm using the Essential Graphics panel to apply transitions from AtomX (or similar).These transitions typically come with placeholder/dummy clips that you replace with your own footage using the "Replace Clip" section in the Properties tab.However, in the 2024 version, when I select the MOGRT layer (transition layer) in the timeline and go to the Properties tab, the usual Replace Clip interface is missing.The Effects Controls panel shows a

I would like to create an upside down portrait artboard.let’s say you have two artboards side by side one is normally reading. if it had page numbers they would be at the top of the artboard. I then want to create a second artboard that is rotated 180 degrees from the first one.  So looking at it in illustrator the page number is now at the bottom of the page and upside down.But if you go to print I need the printer to understand that they both need to print with the page number at the top

The translation tool has been amazing but recently I am getting more and more restritive word alerts and I have no idea what words are restricted or why? The other day I was doing a tutorial on how to install a curtains and it wouldn't translate. I'm OK to find another word but I need more information? Why certain words and what are they and why is it so deeply restrictive. I have normal every day conversations in my videos and yet more and more they can't be translated. It's all or nothting and that's not helpful. Even if I can get a sense of where the violation is I can edit around it. It's becoming more and more unsusable.

Whenever I try to generate a video using Sora 2 the past few days it loads for 10 minutes before saying something went wrong and to try again.

I’m done with this. With every single update, Lightroom becomes more of a mess. Now, out of nowhere, the brush tool and masking have completely stopped working. I can't get any work done.I have already tried all the standard "fixes":Toggling GPU acceleration on/off - no effect.Restarting macOS and Lightroom multiple times - no effect.Resetting preferences and clearing cache - still nothing.And don't even try to blame my hardware. I am running this on a Mac Studio M1 Max and a MacBook Pro 16 M1 Pro. The exact same issue occurs on both machines after working for a while. This isn't a hardware limitation; this is your buggy, unoptimized code.I posted about this exact problem months ago in this forum, and nothing has been fixed. You keep charging a monthly subscription fee, yet you fail to provide a stable environment for basic functions like masking. This is my last year with Adobe. I am officially looking for alternatives that actually work and don't waste my time and nerves.Fix your sof

I’m a bit confused about the different ways to implement dialog boxes, so I threw something together but it doesn’t work.I want there to be a default value in this purple area, but I want users to be able to modify it and submit it.Thank you.makeDialog();var listA;function makeDialog() { //the dialog object var theDialog = app.dialogs.add({ name: " CopyToc", canCancel: true }); with (theDialog.dialogColumns.add()) { staticTexts.add({ staticLabel: "OldStyle：" }); staticTexts.add({ staticLabel: "NewStyle：" }); } with (theDialog.dialogColumns.add()) { listA = [] for (var i = 1; i < app.activeDocument.tocStyles.length; i++) { listA.push(app.activeDocument.tocStyles[i].name) }; oldStyle = dropdowns.add({ stringList: listA, selectedIndex: 0, minWidth: 80 }); //newStyle = inputGroup.add("edittext", undefined, "Index"); } var res = theDialog.show(); if (res == true) { oldStyle = listA[oldStyle.selecte
