Solved

Is it necessary to display a warning for missing fonts when importing from Word?Sometimes I don’t need it.I’ve already unchecked the “Check fonts” option under “Advanced Text” in “File Handling” in the Preferences. It doesn’t seem to be working.

Hello everyone,I am posting here because I am facing a very frustrating situation with my contributor account and I am hoping to get some clarity. My account was first deactivated on March 27, 2025 due to “suspicious or irregular sales activity.” I contacted contributor support and after several emails and a long wait, my account was finally reinstated on July 22, 2025 under Case #00386691.After my account was restored, I continued contributing normally and carefully followed all guidelines. In fact, I even contacted support to confirm that everything was fine and that no additional steps were required from my side. However, to my surprise, my account was deactivated again on December 11, 2025, with a similar explanation. Since then I have been waiting again for a response. My current support cases related to this issue are: Case #00463217 Case #00474767 This situation is extremely discouraging because: My account was already reviewed once and reinstated. I did not change my behavior

I haven’t used Firefly since my new billing cycle so I should have a full 4000 credits. I’m not sure why this happened.

I haven’t been able to work out how to copy selected art on a layer. Is it possible to make a selection, and then copy and paste it?   [Renamed by Mod]

No matter what I want to do in Lightroom, as soon as I click on something, I get a “No response” message for two minutes while the program freezes. When it seems to start working again, the same thing happens—it freezes at the first click. This happens at every move, no matter if just trying to open a menu or trying to use color grading etc. I would like to use it, after all, I pay for it, but no way currently. My Hardware is from 2026 with a Nvidia RTX 3080 and Intel Processor, so that should not be the problem (and LR Classic, Photoshop and all others working perfectly fine). Thank you very much.

Hello, everyone.I want to use ‘s.fit(FitOptions.FRAME_TO_CONTENT)’ to shrink the bottom of a text box, but I want to exclude cases where the bottom border is part of a table.I'm not sure if there's a way to do this.Thank you

I have an image in a file in PhotoShop Elements. When I bring the image up to print it, it shows the file name above the picture.  I don’t know how to get rid of this. Any suggestions, please?

Hello everyone.I had to do a full Recovery on my computer, Therefore I had to reinstall Premiere Pro. In the past I save my keyboard shortcuts file under this folder:C-User-Username-Documents-Adobe Premiere Pro-26-Profile-WinAlso, I copied it Inside Profile, and still not showingThanks.

I cropped the photo for this post because the file size is larger than 5mb

The screen recording that I’m exporting into After Effects, after exporting from Premiere is losing resolution - see attached images for reference. I’m exporting H.264, high bitrate, and making sure the frame rate is the same in the composition as well. The view is also currently set to fit, so that shouldn’t be the issue. Also tried creating a composition from the file in AE, but that didn’t help. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hello, My name is Bahrom, I faced the follwing problem: my account is not visible for other users. It shows : "Oops! We can’t find that page. I guess it is related to sending out resumes with behance links. I would like the problem to be fixed since I cant send my CV to employers. Behance support is not answering. My behance profile link - https://www.behance.net/bahrom_kholmatov   Thanks in advance!

When I go to my App Store it shows that my subscription is cancelled but I keep getting charged monthly ($10) for a subscription from adobe. I would like to cancel this charge on my account and receive a refund because I did cancel the subscription in the time frame it was supposed to be in.

Now you have to hold the shift key for it to pop up or select show more options. While it is a minor issue, I do this daily and it’s a nuisance now.

New to using ai's 3D inflate tool and unsure how to remedy an issue. I've made a couple 3D projects so far and haven't run into this yet. I keep getting very jagged edges and crinkles. Text is outlined and I've tried adding a bunch of space between the letters and curving each corner, but the jagged edges remain. Also tried these things with Ray Tracing on (and off) and the jagged edges remain. Tried messing with some other 3D settings too but nothing helps. It seems like something obvious but not sure what...thought maybe my hardware isn't up to snuff but seems to meet the minimum requirements unless I'm missing something. Attached images with and without ray tracing, as well as my settings. The deets:Illustrator 27.3.12019 iMac Ventura 13.0Processor: 3.1 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5Graphics: Radeon Pro 575X 4GBMemory: 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4)

I remember there was a feature in Lightroom iPad app and Web to pick the best X% photos of an album. However, I cannot see this feature now. May I know if this feature is gone? Or there is a new alternatives?

Hi Adobe team, I cannot add my Indonesian phone number (+62) to my Adobe Stock Contributor profile. When I try to contact support through Help Center, it redirects me back to the “Add mobile phone number” page, so I am stuck in a verification loop. Because of this, I cannot upload my designs. I already tried using +62 without the leading 0, different browsers, incognito mode, and different networks. Please help fix this issue or verify my number manually. Thank you.
