I forgot to cancel my free trial and was charged €75. Is it possible to get a refund?

Hello, i want to unsubscribe from Adobe Scan before my 7 day trial is over so that i wont get charged  Thanks

Illustrator 2026 displays the colors of a placed PSD file differently than Photoshop.I checked the software settings in the screenshots below: both files use the Adobe RGB (1998) color profile, and the color management settings have been synchronized via Adobe Bridge. I’ve also attached a minimal reproduction file. I hope this bug can be fixed soon.

Even the Adobe docs under: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/layer-opacity-blending.html are not very good. AFAiCT Blend If does one thing and one thing only; it changes the Transparency of the pixels in the upper layer.    I tried Gemini AI and it returns a short and completely wrong answer.

I can't open Lightroom Classic on my laptop, and I haven't been able to for weeks now, despite resetting my computer, doing a full CC clean of my laptop and doing a clean re-install of Creative cloud, I've tried setting it to high priority, launching as administrator, doing the weird Catalogue thing where you delete the LRCAT file and let it reinitialise it. Nothing has worked, and nothing listed in the old threads regarding this issue has worked either. Getting desperate as I really need Classic to work for my projects, and really quite fed up with Adobe at this point. The app launches and is visible in task manager, but never actually opens on screen. It does use up RAM and seem to really be running, but it's always just a background process and nothing ever shows up on my screen. I am using the latest version of Adobe InDesign which I believe is 21.2 and my operating system is Windows 11 latest version. I have a 200 page book (In three sections) and the client has asked for the top margin to be changed. I've done that but I now have 200 text frames that were exactly matching the margins but are now a few millimeters too tall. Is there a straightforward way to select all the pages and snap text frames to margins? Or do I have to do it manually, page by page?

All of a sudden, I am having issues with adobe Premiere Pro not automatically rendering effects or color corrections for clips in my timeline. In order for me to see the effect I applied or desired color correction that I applied, I need to manually go to “Sequence/Render Effects In To Out,” in order to see the effects in the Program monitor. For example: I have a clip a person in front of a green screen. Even after using ultra key to key out the green, the program monitor still shows the green screen. If I export the premiere pro project file, it exports properly, without the greenscreen showing (with the green keyed out).  I’m essentially editing blind when it comes to effects and color corrections. Premiere Pro is adding the effects but it is just not displaying them in the program monitor. The project file is exporting correctly. Copying a sequence into a new project is not working. This is an issue for both older projects and new projects. Another issue th

Hi! I just upgraded to OSTahoe and now my Photoshop Elements & Premiere Elements will not work...something about needing an OS later than X

I work for a government agency that uses an Enterprise Creative Cloud plan for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. With the recent rollout of third-party AI models across Adobe products, I noticed that attempting to use any model other than Firefly results in the following message: “Your system administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now” (see attached screenshot below) Third Party AI model limitation within Lightroom attempting to use Topaz Labs generative upscale. After contacting our IT department, I learned that our agency has disabled access to all third-party AI models within Adobe. However, when I asked whether access could be enabled for a specific, pre-approved model (in this case, Google Gemini / Nano Banana), I was told this was not possible. According to our IT team, Adobe’s current enterprise controls only allow all-or-nothing access to third-party AI models — meaning administrators must either enable access to all external models or disable them entirely

Suddenly I am unable to choose sequential signing - did that function disappear? I use Adobe Sign with Enterprise.

Hi,Is there a way to transfer the Translator Pro Plugin that we purchased for one user that no longer in our company, to one of the existing Adobe user?We purchased the Translator Pro in exchange.adobe.com.Thank you,Allen5FDB

I am experiencing an inconsistency between the Adobe Acrobat desktop application and the web interface. While the "Request E-signatures" feature works perfectly on the desktop app, I frequently encounter the error message "Please contact your admin to access this feature" when attempting the same action via the web browser.Since the feature works on my desktop, my permissions should be active. Could you please investigate why the web portal is intermittently failing to recognize my access rights and advise on a fix?

Is there an easier way to insert pages from one InDesign file to another InDesign file, rather than copy and paste? Is there a script for this?   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi! I'm kind of trapped after reinstalling my Win11 earlier today. I thought I backed up everything but my creative cloud app was logged-in on my laptop for so long I forgot it exists. The problem is, I work in photoshop and premiere every single day and now I can't log in to account I pay for every month lol. After a year or more of using the account and paying for it, I can't remember email adress I used. As mentioned in the title, I have name, surname, (obviosly) and credit card data (the one used for monthly payments). Phone number I think I used doesn't work... I can also check when the payments started. Is this kind of info enough to verify the acc being mine? How can I recover my account or at least get to know what email I used back then? I know all my passwords so recovering will be easy from then on.Please help! 🙂

I signed up for the trial version of Adobe Sign yesterday and tested how it would work to solve an issue with clients I can't currently meet face-to-face with because of COVID-19. It worked great. I sent a document from my (work) trial account to my personal email account, signed the document, and then opened the document in my (work) trial account. Super slick, I thought - this is going to be great!    But now I can't find one single way to delete the signed (completed) agreement from within Adobe Sign and the document doesn't even appear anywhere in my Adobe Document Cloud. There are no options for deleting the document at all. I've contacted Adobe through chat and they have no solutions for this and have referred me to this page instead. I've read through past discussions and the solutions posted don't work - the screen options I get are not the same as in those solutions - perhaps because since those were posted the product has changed.   I would love help figuring o

hello I bought a plan but I can't see any confirmation that I bought it and I can't find anywhere to see my credits. Can someone help? Did I waste my money? It's still telling me to upgrade when I create videos, but I've only created 3 videos

I am modifying a template I purchased and trying to get the paragraph styles and baseline grid to work together nicely. At the moment, when I set the paragraph style leading equal to the baseline grid (best practice, correct?) InDesign adds extra line breaks at the head of the paragraph. Example:Two blank lines between paragraphsThis is all in one text frame. There are two blank lines between the first paragraph and the block quote, and between the block quote and following paragraph. The baseline grid is 14pt. The leading for the paragraphs is 14pt. When I reduce the paragraph leading to 13pt, it goes back to one blank line between the paragraphs, which is what I want.Paragraph styles do not include any spacing before or after paragraphs that I can see. Am I missing something? Why is the grid/line spacing behaving this way?EDIT: Apologies, never mind, I found it. There was in fact space added after the paragraph in two of the styles that I hadn’t seen yet. I didn’t realize that there

Hi, I did sliced canvas in Photoshop 24.7 and after I clean all the slices. I try to export with “Save For Web” and this window appears. How can I fix it?

Does Acrobat Reader use Simple Mapi or Extended Mapi? Were there any changes in the in the last 2 Years?

Hi,Recently when I open an inDesign file of which a linked file (in these cases .xlsx files) needs updating, it shows me the prompt at startup that Links have been modified. But it then completely freezes (file does not open). I then have to kill inDesign through Task Manager. After that the same file does open (but doesn't show the prompt) and I can update the link within the file with Update link (but no warning sign that a link is not up to date in the Linka pane, there is one on the text frame).Using version 21.2

Where is the Add On option in the new version
