Hi! I use TotalAV as my antivirus and apparently it found two threats by the name of “ame.app.sv_SE.dat” that seemed to have come from Abobe (Not sure what app). It labeled the threat as a TR/SNH which I have no idea what that is yet. Could someone help me out? What does this mean exactly?

Dear Adobe Support, I hope you are doing well. I forgot to cancel my student plan before the subscription auto-renewed. As it is quite expensive for me, I’m unable to continue the plan. Could you please help me cancel it? Thank you.

Hi thereI need to merge two different templates into one. So I've opened the two templates in two projects in the browsers tabs. Now I want to copy one slide of project A to the other project B. When I do that, the proportions and the positions are completely wrong and it's not usable. What I've tried:- select all with cmd + A or the mouse- copied the slide when the "all pages view" is open- add a new slide from the library In my opinion it must be possible to copy a whole slide with content and paste it with the same positions into another project (same slide size)  in Adobe Express. Howerver, I couldn't figure out a way.

Hello I have a shape layer with only one path. I would like to retreive the points of the path My layer :“Arrow”|_Content  |_”CArrow”    |_”CPath”      |_Path My code    comp=app.project.activeItem;    shape=comp.layer("Arrow");//I try these two possibilities    sPath=shape.content("CArrow").content("CPath");    sPath=shape.content("CArrow").content("CPath").path;//I also try these two possibilities    sPoints=sPath.points(); //I got an error    sPoints=sPath.points; //I got “undefined” I don’t understand where is my error. Could someone explain how to retreive points coordinates ?

in Windows 10, it is easy to "print to pdf", but is there a way to set the default so that the new pdf document always opens automatically?  In Word, using the "save as" function, and selecting pdf, there is a box that can be checked to achieve this - but can the same default be achieved by "print to pdf" rather than "save as"?  This would make it suitable to applications other than Word, like printing to pdf from iTunes.

I've seen a lot of articles discussing the best video, sequence & export settings to get that crystal clear resolution on Instagram, but none of them are consistent with each other lol. If I'm shooting video on an iPhone 13 or newer, is 4k at 30fps best? 4k at 60fps? or 1080 at 30fps? Should I be shooting HDR? It gives that weird bright look that also dims the screen which I don't like at all. What about the format? Most compatible? And then in terms of the sequence settings in premiere....I'm assuming 1080x1920? Do the sequence settings have to match the settings of the video I recorded? Or can they be slightly different? In terms of the export I get totally lost, I need to learn more about bit-rate anyway, but for codec I've heard adaptive medium bitrate at H.264 is best, but I'm not sure. What about CBR/VBR? Are the aspect ratios for stories and posts different? Do I need to shoot with a specific camera to get that better-than-eyesight look? What about using slow motio

I need to cancel a subscription on my debit card, but I don’t have the sign in information. Can you please help me cancel this subscription from my debit card information and not from signing information because I don’t know where that is

HII have a seemingly silly question , but I'm getting sick of it 😉how to draw a rectangle without filling ?-when I change the coverage % in the tab “fill” , it changes at the same time in the tab "edge" - I have no option to set, for example, in one 0% and the other 100%-I do not have the option to deselect one or the other either-I don't see the option of unchecking the color in any of the tabs either-attached are pictures of my tool panel

In microsoft edge, i can find a spot on the page without any text and highlight my document.  In acrobat, it recognizes that as a pencil. The problem with the pencil tool is that the annotation is above the document, obscuring the text or object underneath. The highlight tool is able to perform this better by placing itself under the objects of the document. How do i freehand over with the highlighter? the only option is to highlight text, and i cant override with a certain key.

When I crop things move about wild like how do I stop it.  I just tried to crop and I moved up and the next thing I know I have a document that is 250" high.  Is there a setting someplace that sayswith a check box. "Don not move document background all about wildly when you try to crop. " ?

I am using the Acrobat Android app, and the podcast feature has recently disappeared. I still have the AI summarize feature. Any guidance on how to get it back or access it? I am not seeing it anywhere in the app.

Hi! I have my PS files on Google’s MyDrive in a folder. MyDrive and the folder are clearly visible and functional on my iMac and MBP M2 at the Finder level. However, Bridge doesn’t see them, although the files are off-line downloaded, physically, on my iMac’s external disk. ChatGPT tells me that I can work with my files in this way (and it sounds just rational). By now, my iMac and MBP are working fine. I haven’t any other issues with my two Macs. This is (once more) a strange thing with Adobe products. No other app in my life has ever objected to follow Finder in my Mac! So, how can I see the files on my Macs?? Regards, TuomasPS. Photoshop user since v. 3. 🙂 Sorry, originally I sent this message accidentally to the Fresco group, as it was not obvious to find, as to how to find “Ask a question”, in contrast to the previous situation (when the tab was clearly visible on the front page).

I am using Adobe Acrobat PDF extension in chrome. Today when I opened a PDF, the view was too small. It was fine before. There is no option menu to change a setting so the PDFs open bigger. I have to zoom in every time I open a PDF and there is no way to change the default size. This is on my work computer - I cannot download anything or get into any computer settings.  The extension worked fine until today. I tried uninstalling the extension and reinstalling but the PDFs are openining too small and I cannot read them unless I zoom in.

This PDF has missing text layers that should be showing up. The layers appear when viewed in the Chrome Acrobat app, but they’re missing when viewed in the Desktop app. When going to Edit mode for this PDF, the text are highlighted (so it knows it’s there, but just not displayed). Editing any of them by adding text, changing font color, etc. would cause the layers to appear. Undoing these changes and saving the PDF again fixes the issue but is not an ideal workaround.I’ve tried checking if fonts are embedded via Preferences, turned off Security Enhanced, toggled with Overprint Preview, ensured Recolor options were turned off, none of which worked.

I have CS3, and have had problems with activation failure. Got told that this would do the trick: Activation or connection error when starting CS3 or Acrobat 8   "Receive a new serial number and installer  Get a new serial number and installer so you can reinstall CS3 or Acrobat 8 applications successfully. These special versions do not require activation."   I followed the instruction very carefully, yet everything is exactly the same as before, same message about activation failure. What's the catch? Do I have to say a magic word or something?   I really need to get this working, please advice.

Is DW a dead product?

I have this same issue with every accessible document I export from InDesign and open in Adobe Acrobat. Under the Oder panel, everything is sectioned out correctly but under the Accessibility Tags, the sections are divided into individual lines (see the purple boxes). The only way I have found to fix this is to manually drag the containers together in the adobe Content panel. I have gone through every variation within the export settings and have combed through paragraph style settings (like turning off baseline gridding and optical margin alignment) to try and figure it out with no luck. I am working with a very simple test document with minimal formatting to try and solve it but am out of ideas.

The newest Lightroom Update from February 2026 (Version 9.2) is still missing in the macOS App Store. Is there a reason for this? Thanks!
