Solved

Hi,just recently bought Premiere Elements 2026 but I have huge issues on Windows 11. When importing 4K/50 videos from GoPro (25 videos) into Premiere Elements, I got 1st huge issues with generating Peak files. It sometime hangs and Premiere is restarting. If I overcome this by importing one file at a time, my timeline starting to be constantly frozen, when I open project media browser, I usually got freeze of Premiere, amount of RAM used by Premiere is going into values like 30 - 40 GB (I have 64GB RAM) and then app crashes leaving huge dump file (like 40GB) in the AppData folder. Switching nVIDIA support not helps. I have check on 2025 version trial, and no issue at all. Also there are no issues on Mac with 2026 version…. Any idea what is happening with Windows version of 2026 and what can I do with this issue?

What is the best workflow to retrieve process color mixes (RGB, Hex) from a CMYK brand color via an ICC profile conversion in Illustrator? In other words, how do I ensure the correct ICC profile is being used for the conversion? Color Settings: North American General Purpose 2RGB: sRGB IEC61966-2.1CMYK: U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 Should I change the document color mode from CMYK to RGB first, then retrieve the color mixes? (See below) Proposed Workflow 1:Document color mode is CMYK Assign Profile to document: Working CMYK: U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2 Change document color mode to RGB – Changing the document workspace to the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 profile. The swatches and graphics are also converted to the sRGB color profile. Open up swatch options to retrieve RGB and Hex numbers Or, can I leave the workspace color mode in CMYK, and simply retrieve the RGB and Hex color mixes? Will I get conversions via what I have set in the color settings – North American General Purpose 2: sRGB? Or, will be

Video Transition Handles is a new feature in Premiere 26. Great if that’s your style but I’m doing hard cuts 99% of the time. The icons keep getting in the way of dragging the clip as well as extending or trimming the clip. Looking for a way to turn it off.

I find it very difficult to find a book with all the answers for Photoshop 2026. What I am looking for is a book without too much technical advice, but simple things like basic editing and, probably more important to me, how to get the correctly printed photo. Does anyone know if such a book exists?

Hi, I'm on the latest Indesign version (21.0) and my Save and Save as dialog windows are blank. It started last week, before that I did not have this problem. I am using a work-around as Save a copy window works. I already tried setting preferences to the old dialog window, deleting caches and force restarting Indesign. So far to no avail. Adding a screenshot of the Save dialog window.

I have reinstalled windows a few times over the years and I recently had to do it again. So of course, reinstalling and getting everything back. Photoshop, CS5 version, tells me I have two other computers with the serial and I need to deactivate them first before putting on new computers. Well, can’t do that seeing as they do not exist anymore. I contacted adobe support but they referred me to adobe/community and to post for a solution because they can’t help me...wild. Hopefully someone has a solution on deactivating my “computers” that no longer exist so I can use my serial on my new build. Just trying to use Photoshop CS5 version that I have a legally bought license for.

Hi, Can you please help me with this problem? The Premiere Rush mobile app is not working at all on my phone. It won't let me load any media or create a new project, even when I'm using mobile data or wifi.Do you have any idea why this is happening? I've already reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, put it in airplane mode... nothing worked...It's quite frustrating when I pay for a product that constantly has errors or doesn't work at all. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks,Klára

Hello, good afternoon. I need your help, please. I need to cancel my subscription and get a refund. I didn't even use the app; I didn't know  was $80.

I am trying to "Prepare a Form" on a PDF workbook I have made in Canva. I have done this dozens of times, but just today, I am getting an error "Bad PDF; could not read page structure. [3]" My goal is to create a workbook that is fillable. Again, I have done this many times before in the exact same way and never had an issue. I went into my previously downloaded files and tested one of those, and they worked fine. Is there a possibility this is an issue on Canva's end? Does anyone have suggestions?
