Solved

I have two computers with same login, one I use with Lightroom Classic (some times Photoshop in swedish) on the other I use Photoshop in English so that I don't have to start and change language and start again. Now I'm getting warnings that someone is logged into my account, but it's none other than me. I received a message to change my password or Adobe would do it, I have changed my password and verified it with a numeric code. But still I get the message again. Shouldn't you be able to have the same login on two computers anymore?Regards Mikael Seise

I have a table in InDesign which I created in a frame. I struggled to thread the table into another frame but somehow managed to do it though I don’t know how - it was a nightmare. Threading works fine through these two frames but now I want to extend to a further frame. I have tried every which-way and it just won’t work - similar to when I first tried to link the first frame to the second. When I try to add rows at the bottom of the table I don’t get an overset text indicator, the new rows appear OVER THE TOP of the existing table. By enlarging the frame widthways the new rows then space out to the side within the enlarged frame which is not what I want.I have tried creating a new frame first and then linking the frames by clicking the out point of the first frame to load content and then placing into the new frame. This links the frames but does not load any of the table or text.If I load the content and then just place on the blank page a new linked frame is created but again no ta

Hey! Had to leave the PC for a bit. Saved the project, exited Substance and turned off the PC.Cameback and I can't open the project? Getting errors:[Scene 3D] Unable to open file "".[Scene 3D] Failed to load 3D scene.Unable to open file "".Please tell me there is something I can do to fix this. This is literally 20 hours of work wasted if it’s corrupt beyond fixing. I have no idea how this even happens?

Ever since I began using a CFexpress Type-B card, I've noticed that when I upload new files via Bridge, not all of the files are being read.As an example, I shot 34 images this morning, but when I began uploading via Bridge, it read only 24.I have my Bridge programed to open up the Photo Downloader when I begin the process. But, when I open Photo Downloader first, then Bridge, all of the files I shot are correctly read. Has anyone else have/had this problem? Is there anything that can be done to sort this out?

Good dayI have recently received a demand for payment for supposed copyright infringement for the use of an image which I downloaded free from Adobe Stock.  The image in question is AdobeStock_407400322 (attached). The company that contacted me is called COPYTRACK, email address is [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers],  and they claim the rights holder is YayImages. Please let me know what I should do about this. Many thanks

I saved a couple of tickets for shows in thr Adobe app on my iPhone, as I often do, but they have disappeared. I just went into the app to check the start time for a concert this evening, and the two files I uploaded yesterday were missing. I re-saved them, closed the app, went back in, and they are gone again.  This has never happened before. I’m not doing anything different to what I’ve done on 100s of occasions.

I’m already subscribed and the app still isn’t working it wants to me to pay again

Acrobat is fine for pdf writing but NOT practical for reading. Do it like Web browser side-by-side tabs. I am reading and comparing the knowledge on the pdf documents. Read one, close then open the other and close, open another.. annoying, tiring and unnecessary and absurd.

Hi, @Mathias Moehl Is there a way I can script a ‘get audio tracks of project item’. It’s not a built in block, but I see the API has a get audio tracks code.I’m still struggling with the custom-code block, but I’ll get there some day.The goal here is to identify project items that have 10 channel audio (or don’t when they should).

I was charged for the Adobe acrobat sign and edit. However, I tried editing my pdf, but the app says I have to subscribe first.I already have 1 year subscription that is supposed to end November 2026. I have cancelled the subscription, but I already paid for the 1year. Am I not supposed to still have access to use the product until November? Please look into this.

The image below shows a cello string running diagonally from point M to point F within a Transform control box.  Is it possible to freeze point F and move or rotate the transformation from point M?

After clean install of Win11 and reinstall of LRC and Photoshop, the icon for .XMP file is gone. Not a very big problem, but I was used to that icon, and find it a little confusing with both .XMP and .acr showing just blank sheets. Any solution?

My media cache only, as far as I knew, was in one folder location. Now, I am finding the ridiculously oversized audio files all over the place, which is utterly destroying the free space on my C drive. I don't know if this is a bug, but I never used to have this problem.  Currently, I have found in the hidden folder in the main user "AppData" folder under "Roaming->Adobe->Common" in the "Media Cache" and "Media Cache Files" (where it's always been) and also under "Peak Files." The strange additional location that I have no idea why it's putting them there also is under the "Public" user folder in the "Public Documents" folder ("Media Cache" and "Media Cache Files). I have a few questions: 1) How to I find if there's any other places Adobe is putting the files? I need to DELETE these space sucking monsters if there's anymore any place for old projects.2) Why is Premiere making multiple files of these giant sound files and putting them in multiple locations? How

Yesterday I closed the big Production that I do most of my work within, to work on a small stand-along project.Today, I’m back to working within the main Production. From the ‘recents’ screen on startup, I selected the Project I was working in before the weekend. It opened perfectly fine, but the Production itself didn’t open. The Project opened as a stand-alone, which it’s not supposed to be, it was created inside the Production. The Production is no long in my ‘recents’ lists, so I can’t open it from that shortcut. When I go to File/Open Production/Browse and select the folder by the name of the Production I’m working in, it warns me ‘The selected folder is not a Production. Do you want to convert this folder to a Production?’.I’m scared to do so, I don’t want to change or corrupt all the files the production was built on.How do I get the Production open again??? How do I find the actual folder that is the Production, if the one I’m navigating to isn’t (apparently) a Production??? I’

This is not the first time this happened. A lot of my images are not accepted for Intellectual Property Refusal, but a few days before about 10 images from the same venue and with the same description were accepted. Can someone explain? These were accepted a few days ago: File # 1877433579 File # 1877433111 File # 1877433362 File # 1877432910 File # 1877432339 and about ten more. Then about 30 images from the same series at the same venue and the same description are not accepted. Who know the answer??Greetings from the Netherlands :-)Mies

I have a ton of shape layers that I’ve placed in a Photoshop document, and they are all different sizes. I want to be able to select all of my shape layers and run a script or use a plugin that will resize them all to specific pixel dimensions (maintaining aspect ratio).This my first attempt: // Scale Selected Layers Scriptif (app.documents.length > 0) { var targetWidthInPixels = prompt("Enter the desired width/height value in Pixels", "126", "Batch Layer Resize"); if (targetWidthInPixels !== null && targetWidthInPixels !== "") { var doc = app.activeDocument; var selectedLayers = getSelectedLayers(); var targetWidth = targetWidthInPixels; // Define desired width in pixels // Ensure units are pixels for accurate measurement var originalRulerUnits = preferences.rulerUnits; preferences.rulerUnits = Units.PIXELS; for (var i = 0; i < selectedLayers.length; i++) { // Get current layer var layer = selectedLayers[i];
