Solved

Dear Adobe, I was charged by Adobe a monthly fee which I did not authorise since I do not have an active membership. I finally decided to stop my visa card - in a last attempt to stop the payments. I do request reimbursement of the last years subscription. Kind regards

I use Adobe inDesign in pallet mode, so not 'Application Frame' mode, with toolbars at the top and left docked and pallets docked to the right. Click the the expand traffic light button in the top left used to just expand the window so that it still showed the dock at the bottom and the pallets to the right, if they inadvertently went behind the pallets or dock. Now it just goes full screen mode which I don't use and is useless for a pallet rich application like InDesign, and is impossible to get out of, unless you move & undock the toolbars out of the way so that when you move your mouse to the top, the window buttons reappear. This is so broken it's unbelivable you've shipped it like this. The only fix for this is to go into Application Frame mode which doesn't work for me because I need to see the Finder desktop when there's no documents open. It's a bug because holding down the option key and hovering over the expand button, changes it into a + sign but

I am trying to use JSFL to adjust an instance's Advanced Color Mode (Alpha). My Action:I manually select a keyframe on the timeline, then in the Frame Properties panel, under "Color Effect" -> "Advanced", I adjust the Alpha value there. The Problem:I tried using getDocumentDOM().setInstanceAlpha(60), but this only adjusts the transparency in the "Object" tab, which is not what I want. I need to modify the Alpha property as seen in the "Frame" tab's Color Effect. I tried capturing the code from the History panel, but it generated getDocumentDOM().setElementProperty(%S, %S), which throws an "Argument is invalid" error when played back. I also tried getDocumentDOM().setElementProperty("alpha", 50), but it had no effect.I have checked the official tutorials but couldn't find the correct property names for this specific panel. My Question:Could any experts tell me the correct JSFL syntax to adjust the Alpha transparency within the "Frame" (Color Effect) panel?

Hi Team, I tried print as pdf using adobe PDF saving as .log extension. I could not convert any file into pdf. Please let me know what is an issue.

Hello Adobe Firefly team,I am evaluating Adobe Firefly API for commercial use in a production SaaS workflow (image generation and post-processing).I would like to confirm the following points at a high level:1) For images generated via the Firefly API, does Adobe’s copyright indemnification apply when the output is used commercially, assuming compliance with the Firefly terms?2) Firefly-generated images include C2PA Content Credentials. If the original Firefly output is preserved unchanged, and a derived image is created separately for publishing (e.g., resized or with a visible disclosure watermark), does this affect indemnification for the original asset?3) Is there any official guidance on how C2PA metadata should be preserved or handled in commercial workflows using the Firefly API?This question is intended to understand the expected and supported usage patterns. If detailed legal confirmation requires a support ticket, please let me know the correct channel.Thank you.

Last year I decided to try substance painter for free as a student. I provided necessary data, and everything went ok until today…I received mail that i need to provide payment method. I can't cancel the plan nor delete the account. I thought that after 1 year the acces to 3D Substance would just stop. So what are my options here? I dont want to pay annual fee... I still have a valid student id, can i renew the free acces?

Hi, Dear Friends! I need to change the font size of a certain letter, but also its vowels (in Hebrew). If i just search for the desired leter it doesnt help for the vowels, which are usually 1 diacritic AFTER the letter itself, but could be up to 4 diacritics. I guess the way to do this would be to search for CHAR + anything after it until, but not including the next char. But alas, I could not write grep expressions even if my life depended on it…Can anyone help?TIA to all! Thank you, and have a good day!Susan Flamingo

Hi all! It seems like no matter what I do, when I place anything from my CC Library into InDesign it immediately corrupts the file and I’m unable to save. Then, when I close and reopen the app I’m prompted to recover the file, but doing so only makes it crash and send a report to Adobe. This is my first time using the CC Library, so is there something I’m fundamentally missing? I’ve found it’s the only way I can get the graphics I made in Illustrator over to InDesign without losing quality. Help! (Both apps are fully up to date)

Hi - I have a filled path that I need to divide into even segments: The end result should look like a dotted line, similar to this image: I have found tutorials on how to divide shapes but nothing for a filled path or curve like in my situation. Also, the path cannot change shape or be distorted in any way since it represents data. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached). However, despite this cancellation, my account was charged on 4 September. Could you please help me resolve this issue and get a refund?I have proof of the cancellation email, so I believe this payment was made in error. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,

We've all had the experience where Premiere couldn't auto-sync audio and video, and so we switch the timeline to Audio Time Units and get to nudging. (I've also recently learned that you can use a multi-camera source sequence to auto-sync and merge audio and video). That is only where my problem begins. Once the video and audio are "linked" together, either through merging it myself or via multicam or nesting, THE AUDIO IS NO LONGER ALIGNED! This is after Premiere supposedly aligns the audio by its exact waveform, or I do it manually by eye. I've tried switching the timeline back to frame count after aligning via ATUs, trimming the video and audio,  and then merging, and it still happens. Here's an example of auto-synced multi-cam on my timeline. This is a clap, and the de-sync creates a very audible clap-clap. Here's an example of a manually synced & merged clip, placed back into the timeline:  Again, the clap very distinctly sounds like a clap and a

The problem:I've enabled Time Remapping on a composition and am using the loopOut() expression to repeat a 16 second animation until the end of the video. When I apply the expression, it places a keyframe at the beginning of the clip and at the 16 second mark. When I look at the single frame at the 16 second mark, the composition is not visible. (The object boundaries are visible to scale/move but the image is not.) This also occurs at the 32sec mark, 48sec mark, 64sec mark...The solution I found (that's not working for me):Create a new keyframe one frame before the 16 second markDelete the keyframe at the 16 second markWhat happens instead:Once I delete the keyframe at the 16 second mark, the keyframe at 15;29 becomes blank. The last keyframe will always be blank, no matter where it was placed, before or after the original. If I have four keyframes and delete the last one (#4), the third keyframe will become blank. If I then delete the third keyframe, the second keyframe will become bla

I’m having an issue with Photoshop 2026 showing a “Time Limit” prompt. I have an active Photography Subscription (Lightroom + Photoshop), and my payments are up to date. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop, but the Time Limit warning still appears.

I find it very weak that the user does not have the ability to replace one text (Replace all) from all pages at once,Since 2017 I use Acrobat professionally and for 2 years now Acrobat Pro DC with monthly syndrome.I work in the field of construction and in large projects we receive PDFs with works that reach 1500 pages and it is impossible to delete a text, a word of 1500 pages every time (next).I find it unthinkable to be able to do this for free online on various pages and not on Acrobat Pro DC!So you lose customers without knowing it!

Windows 11 Pro with 48 GB of RAMInDesign 20.4.1InDesign is giving me fits. Yesterday it would not recognize certain fonts. So I downgraded from version 20.5 to 20.4.1. That fixed the font problem. However, now I have a new problem. I can only Undo ONE TIME, or at the most (occasionally 2).Troubleshooting so far: I have restarted InDesign.Restarted the computer.Rebuilt preferences and cache using this guide:https://www.rockymountaintraining.com/adobe-indesign-rebuilding-preferences-cache/Does anyone know what else I can try to get my unlimited Undos back?I work at a very busy print shop and this nonsense is just killing me. Any help very much appreciated. UPDATE: it also doesn't seem to want to remember settings, like "Show Import Options" when placing a file. Every time I place a new file I have to check that box--it used to remember my last choice on that.

Hey people,I am using illustrator since 2 weeks and I can't get the glow to the front. I tried previously answered questions but those solutions don't work. Any help?

I was trying to Upcale in Photoshop (Creative Cloud subscription) as LRC does not allow upscaling if the denoise option has been used, and there is no Generative Upscale option in the Image dropdown. What am I missing? All apps have been updated
