Solved

I have a licence for my school to use creative cloud at home. Before I knew that I had a plan I did a free trial and tried to contact the support and ask if they know how I can activate my account. They did change my email to a one that doesn’t work anymore and now I can’t access my account. Also my school IT team is soo slow and I'm sorry to use these words but they are no help… I just need a human from here to help me… But for that I need an active plan, like what??? why??????? fml[Profanity removed by moderator]

Can I create a paint by numbers art of an adobe stock image and sell it? I just want to make sure so that I am sure about what I am selling.

Hi, I was hoping for some help/ advice.  I have created a brand in adobe express and shared it with my team. When they access the brand and try to use the template it shows up that the fonts in the template are view only.  We have tried uploading the fonts onto there adobe express however this only adds the fonts generally and doesn't replace the view only fonts. So it still says the fonts are view only even when they upload there own versions.  It seems to be whoever uploads the fonts to the brand can use them however everyone else it is shared with can only view them.  I was hoping for some help with this!

My premiere Beta 27 update (27.0.0.44) is incompatible with my older system and can’t access it.  Is there a way to rollback this update or download 27.0.0.39?  I’m guessing I’m SOL until I update GPU, but fingers crossed.

Does anyone know how I switch back to classic experience? This new experience is just awful and far too time consuming?! I use this programme every day to send bulk documents with multiple signatures and it's taking me an hour to do something that would usually take 10 minutes!!

I had been using Acrobat Pro on my MacBook with M2 Max chip,  MacOS 26.1. It opened PDF files, but would hang when exiting. Attempting a fix, I uninstalled Acrobat, reset my MacBook, and reinstalled Acrobat. Now, when I try to open Acrobat from the Launchpad or from double-clicking a PDF, 2 Acrobat icons appear in the dock (Acrobat and Helper), but the app does not open a window. The dock says, "Application Not responding" for both. After a few minutes, the Acrobat icon disappears from the dock; the Helper remains. I repeated the uninstall / reset / install 3 times with no difference.

I have a DNG from a scanner that fails to allow editing in Lightroom web. Other DNGs from the same scanning session work fine.I have edited previously the picture both in Lightroom app (Android tablet) and web (Chrome 150.0.7871.128 (Build oficial) (64 bits)). No problem switching from one version to another until now.I know that the edits are updated because if I edit in my tablet (I can still use it) I see the edits in web. But if I try to open cropping tool (or any other), the spinner keeps spinning but never opens the file. I’ve checked it in Chrome and Firefox with same result. In console I see: VM15 assets:2 ERROR: The JSX attribute "showUpgrade" was passed to a component declaring a property of the same name. Ignoring the JSX attribute.nrWrapper @ VM15 assets:2VM15 assets:2 preset: getMetadata returned no info, skipping /v2/catalogs/d87293a6359541dbb8c57a7da0eae33d/assets/9510c4c65d0e4c2f840a1dfeedca618c/revisions/1b2873bbdbf04cc29e3d001bcd343ba9/masternrWrapper @ VM15 assets:2a

In Lightroom once you apply AI denoise to an image, the program becomes nearly unresponsive so editing is impossible.  For that reason I always have to apply AI denoise last, and I do it in a batch.  However, if I should want to go back and edit my images further, I now have to remove AI denoise from each one individually in order to edit them without Lightroom hanging constantly and taking ~20 seconds to apply any changes I make.  Please make it possible to remove AI denoise from multiple images at once so that they can be edited.  At the moment if I try and copy the Detail category from an image with no AI denoise applied and then paste to other images, it does not remove denoise.

I have been editing flowers for over a month with absolutely no problem and all of a sudden I am getting shadowing appearing when painting back in on a mask layer. The only way to avoid is to leave a large gap around the edges which is totally useless and before I could paint right up to the edges of leaves.my process is1 open photo2 overlay a texture background (using pace embedded as Jo other way currently works with my version3 Add a mask layer4 set opacity of overlay to around 40%select mask layer and paint over parts of flower I want to see - before I could go right up to edge of leaves with no problem5 select texture layer and adjust opacity until desired effectworked perfect until today and now if I go anywhere near the edges of the flower, a shadow appears outside the edge and on the background texture :(any tips on what I might have accidentally switched on would be gratefully receivedthanks in advance

Hi, I'm using InDesign (Beta) via the AI Assistant panel, and every time I submit a prompt, I get this message:"This version of InDesign (Beta) is out of date. Update to 21.6.0.58 or later to keep working. Get it from Creative Cloud > Apps > Beta > InDesign (Beta)."The problem is, when I go to Creative Cloud Desktop > Apps > InDesign (Beta), it shows Version 21.6 as the currently installed version, and under "Other versions" it lists 21.6 as the latest version available (with only older builds — 21.5, 21.4, 21.3, 21.2 — listed below it). There's no option to update to anything newer than 21.6.I've already tried:Fully quitting and relaunching the app Uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign (Beta) completelyThe warning persists every time. Is 21.6.0.58 not yet rolled out to all accounts/regions? Is there a way to manually check for or force this specific sub-version? Any help would be appreciated — I'm trying to use the AI Assistant to set up a new document and can't get pa

i am used to a tick to the right of the crop tool options bar - its comforting - i know i can press enter but…...help please...

This is happening to several people in our org intermittently but enough to where they are reporting about it.Say there is a PDF, (A).When we go to the top bar and press view, then new window, it opens another PDF (A) that we will call (A2).So now, we have open PDFs (A) and (A2).The issue is that whenever we navigate through the bookmark selection on (A), the pages on (A2) change instead of (A). Our Acrobat is completely up to date, all Windows Updates installed, and we’ve reinstalled the program only for the user to tell us that it’s happening again a few days later.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want to install Encore on my new Windows 11 Pro computer.  I have a CS6 S/N.  I went to the Adobe web site and downloaded the CS6 installer.  I ran it and only picked Encore to install (it installed OK, I used my CS6 S/N).  But, when I start Encore, it wants an S/N (I give it my CS6 S/N and seems OK).  But it wants a second S/N and gives me about eight options of software that have NOTHING to do with Encore.  Please explain.

Hi Adobe Community & Moderators,I am reaching out here in absolute frustration as a last resort, hoping a moderator or community manager can escalate this case. My Adobe account has been falsely flagged and blocked for "fraud," despite being a legitimate paying customer. Here is what happened: The Billing: On September 2, 2026, I was billed normally for my monthly Premiere Pro subscription (€15.99, Invoice No: IEE2026016419410). The Sudden Ban: Shortly after this successful payment, I received an automated email from noreply@adobe.com stating that "fraudulent behavior" was detected on my Premiere plan and that my subscription had been cancelled and blocked. The Costly Support Loop: I tried resolving this through support. First, I got no proper help. Then, I had to make an expensive international phone call from the Netherlands to the US, which cost me €60 in phone bills. The agent promised to call me back on Monday, but completely ghosted me. Conflicting Chat Support: Today, I

Hi, I know that this has been discussed in other posts, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer for this. In the attached I'd like to align the white stroke to the inside, but as you can see in the appearance panel that option is not available. How can this be remedied? Thanks!

Greetings, I have pro plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro on my company account (this profile). Yesterday I have switched computers and now I have to install my Adobe apps on my new company computer.I am trying to download the Pro version for editing, however, all the link are directing me to Adobe Creative Cloud and it does not have Acrobat Pro. It only has the Reader version. I have checked my plan several times even though I am pretty sure my plan is not expired - and there is no problem with it. Attaching 3 screenshots below:1- Account details and apps which are included in my program. (see Acrobat Pro is listed.)   2 - Download screen on the web, all links direct me to use Creative Cloud App. 3- Creative Cloud App. The Acrobat Pro is not showing up. The only app is the Reader version. I believe I have been specific enough with my issue, however, if requested more information can be provided. I am expecting your help since our IT department could not develop an

Premiere pro shows log footage with a REC709 conversion, and clips I have already graded on DV appear darker than what they really are. This didn’t happen with previous versions of the program. How can I revert this? I have searched before for answers on the internet, but it didn’t solve the issue.

Hi, im trying to duplicate a composition in after effects and make it independent from the original but it seems to be imposible.. im working on CS5. Can somebody help me PLEASE??Thanks

Hello,I need to purchase an emergency editing PC for Premiere Pro and am trying to find the best pre-built system in my budget (in Canada)I use a lot of mogrts and will be shooting on a variety of devices.  Gopro, phones, osmo etc... budget is about $2500 to $3000 - can add my own extra RAM if that is an option. Many thanks!!! It's an EMERGENCY!

Missing fonts are Minion Pro Semibold, Minion Pro Italic, and Myriad Pro Semibold.

As of today, I am unable to delete some editable text and/or images in familiar pdf files. I can put a bounding box around the item that want to delete and I can resize it, copy it, paste it and I can even move it off the page, but the delete button has no effect. This seems to only affect some of the editable items or images on the page and not others. I have been following through on some suggested fixes on Copilot but nothing has resolved it so far. I am guessing an update has caused some issues as this is not the only thing that I have encountered with Pro today. Other settings have changed, which I have had to reset. Would be good to get some prompt attention from Adobe on this. Using V.2026.001.21789
