Solved

Just recently, fonts from Adobe Fonts are not loading up in Illustrator 2025. My OS software is up to date, I have logged in/logged out Adobe and apps, attempted to resolve missing fonts, cleaned out font cache, etc. with no resolve. Illustrator is stating that the fonts are not loaded up on my computer (though the fonts originated from Adobe Fonts/Creative Cloud). I have followed a lot of guidance via google searches, without any resolve. I would be incredibly grateful for any guidance for resolving this issue.  Thank you in advance!!

Hey y'all, Could you please help me figure out how to add items to a list as I am iterating through all items in a system folder? I know I can do "list all" in a "for each" but I need to filter out what gets put into that list, and so far the best way I can see is iterate through that files inside that folder and add them to a list one by one. Ultimately I need to compare what files are on disk and what files are imported into premiere and see what is missing. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I very frequently need to do this routine: choose Organize Pages, select all odd pages, rotate 90º CW, select all even pages, rotate CCW. I'd like to create a Custom Tool to do this but don't see how to select odd/even pages. Any advice?

I am entering a photo contest that has the following format requirements: "Format: Images must be in RGB color format, horizontal, 300 dots per inch, 8 bit, and at least 9x12 inches when printed at 300 dpi. The pixel width should be 3600 and pixel height should be 2700."  I have no issue setting this in Photoshop, however, the submission page requires maximum of 5mg size.  How can I reduce the MB size without reducing the format required. I have tried saving as jpeg, gif and png and using Windows 11.

I would like to know if the 10 images I download in the free trial of Adobe Stock can be used in commercial projects?

Hi! I need to create a script that replaces a clip on a sequence, adjusts its size to fit the frame and also changes a couple things on a mogrt. Would anyone be able to hop on a call to help create that kind of script? It could be a paid collab if needed. Thanks!

I have been searching for a while for a standalone pen sensitive tablet that can run adobe photoshop and/or adobe illustrator. However every single tablet I see seems to either only run Android to which Adobe does not seem to want to provide a version for. Or Apple OS, whos systems never mesh well with Windows setups. I used to have a Wacom Cintiq Companion 1.... However it was increadibly bulky and heavy, overheated easily and had a ciritical design flaw where the power port connection had such tiny solder connection to the motherboard that it would break with repeated use and had to be replaced several times until the warantee ran out.... At which point it would cost more than a new replacement tablet to get it fixed... And the local repair shops cant help because the solder points are too small for the smallest tool they have. I think they have since made improvements and have a new standalone tablet, however those cost a ludicrous ammount which I cannot afford. &nbsp

hello, the following script is not able to undo its actions in one go, any ideas of where I am making a mess? Also it deosnt work on mac, I think the file path in it maybe wrong havn't sorted that yet.  The script makes guides   and here is the entire script  /** * Illustrator Margins, Grid & Baseline Guide Script [CLEAN MODERN VERSION] * No geometry/visual styling code—pure guides only. * All settings and UI logic are preserved; all RGB/stroke/fill logic is stripped out. */ var settingsXMLPath = Folder.myDocuments + "/IllustratorGridSettings.xml"; // --- XML functions (unchanged) --- function loadSettingsFromXML(xmlFilePath, abIdx, defaults) { function stringifyDefaults(defaultsObj) { var stringDefaults = {}; for (var key in defaultsObj) { if (defaultsObj.hasOwnProperty(key)) { if (key === "BaselineInc") { stringDefaults[key] = defaultsObj[key].toString() + "pt";

A client sent us a pdf of something that they wanted us to print for them. They later sent us a new copy with some changes that had been made. So we completely deleted the old files and saved the new ones to the same folder. The new pdf opens the way it should in Acrobat, Photoshop, internet browsers, and the preview in File Explorer. But when I import it to InDesign, it pulls up the old version of the file every time, even though they have been deleted and didn't have the same file name anyway. So I deleted the contents of InDesign's cache folder and used the shift+ctrl+alt shortcut on startup to delete the preference file. I also tried it on a different computer. I also saved the files from the email from the client to a different location and imported that copy. All to no avail. Is this a problem with InDesign or could it be something in the way he made the changes to the pdf? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

To comply with the task in the tutorial, I was prompted to use the Content-aware fill icon in the Contextual task bar. I do not have a Content-aware fill icon. However, the Remove icon completed the task needed.

As adminstrator I have signed up members of my company to an Adobe Corporate Account. Now that I have done so how do they log-in and start using? I thought they would get an automate invite email or something but dosent appear that this is the case.

I know I am late to the game on this but need help.  Have Photo Elements includong Photo Shop etc. in 13.  These opened in Application Manager which is no longer available.  Creative Cloud repplaced it. How do I get the apps moved to crective cloud so I can open the apps?  Didn't find a solution in posts. Thank you

This blue box pops up every time I open a document, and the need to X out of it every time is intrusive to my workflow, it has no relevance to me whatsoever. Please tell me there is a way to disable this notification? Thank you.

Adobe Premiere Pro : Keyboard shortcuts :1. How can I see the keyboard when going to Keyboard shortcuts? 2. How do I install a keyboard shortcuts file downloaded from the internet?

I recently upgraded from a MacBook Air to a Surface Pro 4. I've found that while making lines in illustrator on my surface, they look very strange, with an almost jaggedly patterned edge. I've tried messing around with settings and uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but nothing helps. It's very annoying, especially when I just want to play around with lines. I never had this problem on my old laptop with the same version of illustrator.I'll include some screenshots of how it looks at a distance and zoomed in. It doesn't matter if I change the stroke width or color either. It's very frustrating and I just want to create, but ever since I noticed this problem, I haven't been able to work as efficiently, as the jagged lines really bother me. Whenever I used the Mac it worked fine. Any fix or solution would be greatly appreciated!

I searched for some information. Is this it?WhenScalingOptions.ADJUST_SCALING_PERCENTAGFor example, if I select an object like this, how should I write it?var sel = app.documents[0].selection; After moving and zooming the image multiple times, the frame becomes misaligned. I want to clear it.

I used:var sel = app.documents[0].selection; sel[j].visibleBounds = [sb[0], lcb, sb[2], rcb];to control two charts.I noticed that sometimes 00001 is placed at the front, and its height is used as the standard for changes. But sometimes 00002 is placed at the front, and its height is used as the reference. These are not based on which one was originally at the front, but seem to be based on the order of the filenames 00001 and 00002. Is this random? It doesn't seem so.How to ensure that the initial top-ranked item remains the standard reference and continues to rank first. That is, make it sb[0].

Hello Adobe community, I'm new here, and just starting to upload AI generated images for stock photo purposes. Could you guys help me to understand better the reason as of why my images are all getting rejected? Sorry that I think the Adobe guidelines are too general without showing explicit examples, IMO. If the problem was blurry backgrounds, there are a lot of photographers who intentionally use blurry backgrounds, and many are accepted here. So I think probably that wasn't the problem? I'm not sure. Attached are some of the images. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks before.

I've tried this on 3 photos and this is always the results I get. I've also included a screenshot of my iMac's specs. specs.

I was deducted even i cancelled the free trial before it i ends ! I need a refund.

When I edit an image in the Lightroom app and save it to my camera roll, the result NEVER looks the same. Does anyone know why this happens?

I am looking for advice on a graphics tablet for use with Photoshop (and Illustrator).I purchased a Wacom Cintiq 16 but it had cables that would not connect to my Macbook even though it said it was compatible. I see I could buy a $70 adapter from apple, but when I delved more deeply into the Amazon reviews for the tablet (which were stellar overall) - I found a lot of negative reviews from Mac owners with horror stories, so Im returning it. What I want out of a tablet:Be compatible with my MacHave cables that will actually connect to my mac - I only have the four USB-C (thunderbolt) portsWill work with my Adobe Suite programs - specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorHave a screen on the tablet itselfIt doesnt have to be top of the line - but I do want the pen to have decent pressure sensitivity. For everything I have researched there seems to be quite a lot of negative experiences with Mac users so if anyone out there is using something that they like with Photosho

I am so frustrated with this.. I can barely use the program. I am latest macos, sonoma 14.4.1 - m2 max pro 96 gb ramAny ideas what I can try--I tried uninstalling, starting with preferences reset--nothing. I am wondering if it is a plugin that ruined this? I did install "Overlord" plugin which is used to more easily transfer layered files to AE-- but I unstalled that so not sure how that would still be part of the equation. Any tips or help would be GREATLY appreciated, thank you
