Hello,I like to cancel my Adobe subscription, but I am having trouble finding the option to cancel it under my account management page (account.adobe.com). My payment was processed directly through Adobe (not via the Apple App Store), but the cancellation button is not appearing for me. Could you please assist me with canceling my plan and checking if I am eligible for a full refund? Thank you!

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with Adobe Firefly’s AI video tool repeatedly ignoring clear camera movement instructions. The first video was close to the brief, but it added an unwanted zoom-in. I used the edit function and clearly requested NO ZOOM.The next version changed parts of the video but still included the same zoom.I tried again, explicitly stating I did not want any zoom, but it still applied one.On a third attempt, I requested a static camera to ensure no movement at all, but the result still included a zoom-in.Across three separate edits, the system has repeatedly ignored the same instruction, resulting in around 1,600 credits being wasted trying to fix the issue. The concern is not the initial generation, but that the editing tool does not seem to respect repeated, explicit instructions to remove a specific effect. For a credit-based system, it is very frustrating that clear requests like “no zoom” or “static camera” are not being followed, leading to repeated failed

My computer is quite old and I am unable to install the current version. My computer has:Windows 10 Home, 64-bit Intel Celeron N4000 processor @ 1.10 GHz 4 GB of RAMWhen I open Creative Cloud, InDesign appears as version 21.5.1, but it says that the application is not compatible with my computer.I have already enabled the option to show older applications in Creative Cloud, but when I click the three dots next to InDesign, I only see “Manage add-ons”. The “Other versions” option does not appear.I also checked Adobe’s page listing available application versions, but InDesign does not appear there.I found information indicating that older versions, such as InDesign CC 2019 (14.x), had lower system requirements and could work with Windows 10 64-bit and 4 GB of RAM. However, I have not been able to find a safe and official way to download it.Is there any official way to install an older version of InDesign that would be compatible with my computer? If so, which version would you recommend a

LrC --> Library --> library Filter: when I set on filter type "raw" and I view date by date, with every change of date the file type filter switches to "all types", so it does not stick on type "raw".  Can I keep it fixed on a certain type?

Oftentimes, I cull my images in Lightroom and rate my selections from 1–5 stars. Once I’m finished, I want to filter the images to show anything rated one star or higher. However, Lightroom frequently defaults the filter back to “equal to”, so clicking one star only displays images rated exactly one star, causing me to miss images rated two stars or higher.I recommend adding an option to lock the star-rating filter setting to “greater than or equal to” so Lightroom remembers the user’s preference instead of continually reverting to “equal to.”Rating is equal to - This auto populates all the time and sometimes I dont notice.

How do I sort bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat Pro, 2023 numerically or alpabetically? I deal with medical records that are not necessarily in date order, and it's rather frustrating to have to move every single bookmark around as I enter it to keep it in order. And then, I may have to still change their names. I CANNOT access the registry [this is a company machine.] There is NO entry in the ADD INS section. I am not a programmer and if you give me instructions for something in Java, please give it to me step-by-step, 1-2-3. Surely a company as large as Adobe can put in their database a SORT BY parameter option in the database...that Relational Database 101. Not a hard fix if the database has been programmed correctly in the first place. Does anyone have anything HELPFUL? I am so frustrated now...I've spend over two hours searching. And then I'm dealing with the limitations of Win 11 upgrade...sheesh. Just make things WORK!

I am trying to understand if authentication of the signatory through Email OTP only qualify as EU Advanced Electronic Signature when using Adobe Sign, or if another authentication method is required (such as government ID)?Does Email OTP alone really fulfill the following requirements which must be filfilled to constitute an Advanced Electronic Signature (AES):The signature must be uniquely connected to the person signing it. It must be capable of identifying the specific person who created the signature.

I'm experiencing a reproducible issue with Adobe InDesign 21.4.1 on Windows 11.Environment:- Windows 11- Adobe InDesign 21.4.1- Single monitorIssue:If InDesign is closed while the Pages panel is the active panel, opening any .indd file by double-clicking it in Windows Explorer causes InDesign to freeze during startup. The loading cursor continues indefinitely and the document never opens. However, if I launch InDesign first and then use File > Open, the same document opens normally. What I tested:- The issue also occurs with a brand new test.indd file.- It is not related to a specific document.- Resetting InDesign preferences temporarily fixes the issue.- Other panels (Layers, Links, Transform, etc.) can be moved or docked without causing the problem.- If I close InDesign with the Properties panel active instead of the Pages panel, double-click opening works normally.- Simply displaying the Pages panel before closing InDesign causes the issue to return, even without saving the workspac

I legally own a perpetual Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection license. The Adobe activation server reports that my serial number is already activatedon two computers. In reality, I currently have access to only one activatedcomputer. The second activation belongs to an old system/computer that nolonger exists, so it is impossible for me to deactivate it locally. My Adobe account shows no activated devices, which is expected because remotedevice deactivation is only supported for Creative Cloud applications.I am not asking for technical support for an unsupported CS6 application.I am asking Adobe to correct/reset an orphaned server-side activation recordfor a perpetual license that I purchased.Could an Adobe employee please escalate this to the licensing/activation team?I can provide the serial number and proof of purchase privately if required.
