Solved

Hello,I own a legitimate boxed copy of Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection for Mac, including the original serial number. After Adobe retired the CS3 activation servers, Adobe provided an activation-free replacement installer together with a new replacement serial number. I have been able to obtain the official Japanese Mac replacement installer from Adobe’s server, but I never went through the serial-number replacement process at the time, so I do not have the replacement serial. The original retail serial does not appear to be sufficient for this activation-free replacement version.I have read several other threads about this issue, so I realize that the situation may be very difficult now. Still, this particular version of Creative Suite means a great deal to me personally, and I have been searching for a legitimate way to use it again for about eight months. Is there any official way today for a legitimate CS3 owner to obtain or reissue the replacement serial number, or any other

Here is a screenshot of what I am seeing...

I've been using Premiere Pro to create 4K 60fps videos for a few years now.  So far I've uploaded more than a hundred of them to YouTube (most unlisted, but several published).  And I've never had a problem viewing these videos in 4K on my TVs... until now. Within the past few days, I've noticed that when I upload a 4k 60fps video to my YouTube channel (and then wait for 4K processing to complete), I can watch that video in 4K on my PC and phone, but on my TV the resolution is limited to 1080p.  Chromecast , Google TV Streamer, and my TV's native YouTube app all limit the video to 1080p, but all my non-TV related devices can show it in 4K. For example, a couple days ago I uploaded a 2 hour long 4K 60fps video.  I waited several hours for 4K processing to complete, and then tried viewing the (unlisted) video on various devices: Computer:  I tested multiple browsers (Chrome and Firefox) on multiple computers and they all let me view the video in 4K

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting in this forum so I’ll do my best to explain my issue. Today I encountered an unrelated issue regarding Photoshop brushes having seemingly random inputs. So, after a little reading, I saw that the solution seemed to be updating my drivers. I checked my laptop and saw there was a backlog of updating so I went ahead and installed those as needed. After rebooting and launching Photoshop, my brushes were fixed but I noticed the whites on my canvas, color picker, and layer thumbnails were tinted blue. I searched this forum and found someone else encountered this on this thread but the posted solution there did not work for me. Instead, I found a YouTube video from 9 years ago addressing a similar issue (instead of blue, it was yellow). They went into Device Manager and added sRGB profile to their monitor and set that as default instead of the monitor’s native profile. That semi-worked for me. The whites in my canvas and color picker seemed fixed, bu

Im a 15 year old who bought the FREE-TRIAL for fun because i saw you could do fun things with the AI to have fun with friends. After I used it I forgott to cancle the subscription. Since I didnt cancle it the subscription was ongoing until I cancled it. I was outside with friends after School and wanted to buy something at the Bakery and realized i didnt even have money in my Account. I realized it was Adobe and since i had to still pay more i couldnt cancle it unless i payed 9 euros. Im not wealthy and i get 20 euros pocket money i didnt want to spend all of my Pocket money for an App that i used once. So i just shut off online payments. Its been 4 or 3 months so i still have to pay either 20 or 30 euros eventhough i didnt use it. As i said i only get 20 euros pocket money so im Asking very politely if my Subscription can get cancled without me having to pay the fee Please. And could you make it a feature that if you get an subscription or a free one and cant pay the subscription and

My beginner prompts are very simple and clear:Set myself into the image ! (which works easily and well with Nano Banana, ChatGPT for example)It’s doesn’t work for me with Adobe FireFly and the Adobe-KI-model of myself. When I try to set myself into a picture of my hometown Dresden then the background gets changed into an irrelevant fantasy world, a weird mix of Prague and Paris with some Dresden buildings.I don’t want any building changed, absolutely please no, stop !Is there an easy way to do so ? I successfully tried the fill-feature, I can set a reference photo to fill me in, but I look for a way to use the KI-model of myself as well ?

Hallo . Wann adobel Acrobat etwas gespeichert habe , und danach öffne , verschiebt es die Dateien . Ist nicht gut ...

Heya! We are a small team which contains a few graphic designers. These designers create Illustrator files containing the font Inter. We can’t really change this font since it’s our client’s must use font. When the graphic designers open these files, they have absolutely no issues. But when the rest of the team opens them, they can see the text boxes displaying the right font but when they go to see the font used and determine if it’s the light or the regular version, the box is completely blank. It also just happens with the font Inter, all the other ones display their names with no issue. We have tried desinstalling Illustrator, making sure it’s the latest version, desinstalling the font, installing different types of fonts files for Inter, opening the file locally and in our One Drive. We don’t know what else to try :(

I have a document in which I want to attach a file.  I go to Tools -> Comment -> Attach File.  I've selected the file that I want to add, then I'm given the choice of icons that I want to represent that file on the document.  THIS is my question.  The Graph, Paperclip, Attachment, or Tag icons don't really appeal to me - I would like a different icon.  How do I do that? Thanks,

I have done this successfully before but cannot download a document. I finish and save a document. Click download. It goes where I save it to on my pc.  They I try to open it and the document looks like a screenshot that is greyed out. I cannot open it, click on it or do anything to it. This is a big problem if I can’t get documents out of Adobe Express other than to print them.

Hello everyone,I have a MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) running macOS Catalina 10.15.7.The latest versions of InDesign in Creative Cloud are not compatible with my OS, and the "Other Versions" option is not available in my account.I urgently need to install InDesign 16.4 (or any 16.x version compatible with Catalina). If anyone still has access to the official .dmg installer for this version, could you please share the download link?I have an active Creative Cloud subscription, so I will activate the software legally - I only need the installer itself.Thank you in advance for your help!Best regards,Junna

This issue seemingly sprung up overnight. Whenever I drag using the marquee tool I no longer see marching ants and now get a black line instead. It’s a nightmare when working on dark layers. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, reset preferences, updated version… Nothing seems to be fixing it. Any help would be awesome.

HiiI want to get a refund; I was charged for monthly subscription after cancelling in April. I want the months of May, June and July refunded. Thanks,

The Adobe Creative Cloud App keeps going blurry the instant I move my mouse after opening up the app. The left image is what the app looks like the instant it opens and the right image shows what happens the in instant I move my mouse.   Attached is a Pastebin link with my full DXDiag information: https://pastebin.com/xg7xRXeQ .

I’ve been unable to upload AI and EPS files to Adobe Stock for about a week. I keep getting the message “AI and EPS file uploads are temporarily unavailable.” Does anyone know when this issue will be fixed?

Aconteceu logo após alguma atualização do Android, depois troquei de celular e tentei novamente com o celular novo mas o problema foi o mesmo

After updating the app, when I’m trying to straighten my photos while in the cropping section, I can’t get smaller angles than 0.54. If I need it to be plus or minus 0.52, I’m not able to straighten my photo. This tool snapping to 0 can’t be intended behavior, correct?

The problem came up at the agency today, and it took us hours to figure out why the print shop kept rejecting our PDF. (We needed the stroke for a cutline)At some point, we found an answer online stating that outline strokes are only exported as such if they are aligned centered. Otherwise the object will be exportet with filling and no stroke at all. But why is that the case from a technical standpoint? Wouldn't it be helpful to receive a warning message during the export process? We just want to understand how this is working. Thanks in advance!

I'm posting from a temporary account because I can't sign in to my real one.My password was reset and two-step verification is enabled on my account. The phone number on file is an old Ecuadorian number I no longer have access to and cannot recover. I have access to my email, but Adobe requires a second method.I have an active, paid Lightroom subscription and years of professional photography work in my cloud storage. I'm a working photographer and this is my archive.I've tried the support chat — it won't let me in because I can't sign in. I've called the phone line and the automated system disconnects me every time.I can verify my identity with my billing card, billing address, invoices, and account details. I'm asking for help removing the old phone number so I can regain access. Can someone from Adobe please reach out?

I'm trying to make a label appear to wrap around a bottle from a front on view, like looking at it square on from the front. None of the Warp options seem to do it (please correct me if I'm wrong). I've tried Envelope Distort using Make with Mesh, single row, multiple columns, adjusting accordingly, but the words on the label look distorted. I'm thinking there surely must be an easy way to do this in Illustrator. Does anybody know?

Hi.  I’m trying to cut a hole in the “a” letter but instead I’m getting a compound path that is all white.  How can I fix this?  Images attached.
