Solved

Already posted in the Acrobat forum but I think it belongs here.Machine is a Zenbook Duo (Windows 11). When exporting a relatively small (five page) document to PDF, InDesign hangs and never recovers.Workaround is to tick the “Create separate PDF files” checkbox and combine the pages afterwards. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong? I’ve used InDesign for years and have never before seen this behavior.

HELP WITH REINSTALLING OLD PHOTOSHOP VERSION 26.2 (2024) After updating Photoshop software to 26.3 (2025) from Photoshop (2024) (old version deleted in the process) it came up with the following message when opening Photoshop: "macOS 14.6.1 or later is recommended for maximum performance and correct operation of Adobe Photoshop 2025. An earlier version of macOS was detected." As I'm not able to update to macOS 14.6.1 (see operating info below), I decided to uninstall Photoshop 26.3 (2025) and reinstall the older version Photoshop 26.2 (2024) so I would have no issues using Photoshop. The app shows that I have installed the 2024 version and that an update is available, showing it correctly, HOWEVER when I open Photoshop, it's actually the new version 2025!I have uninstalled and reinstalled (via 'other versions' on the app in Creative Cloud), restarted the computer several times without any success to get the old software back. Question:Is there another way to go

Hi everyone, I have a question about Adobe Illustrator’s Generative features.I created a vector artwork manually by myself, I drew all the shapes and chose all the colors myself. I did not intentionally use Generative AI or click the Generate button. However, I noticed that the Generative/Generate Vectors icon appeared blue in Illustrator, and at one point I clicked the Generative icon/menu just to see the options.Does the blue icon indicate that Generative AI was used on my artwork? Or does it simply indicate that the Generative feature/tool is available or selected?I want to make sure that my artwork is still considered manually created and that I did not accidentally generate anything with AI.Thank you! This is before i click itAnd this is afterThis is when im clicking it

Greetings! I would like to ask about my refund. A month has passed but the refund in my account hasn’t arrived yet. I cancelled my subscription the same day it was renewed.

Hello, everyone. In Illustrator, when I use the color wheel, I can no longer find Pantone equivalents for my CMYK (or RGB) colors. The software consistently converts the color to grayscale. This used to work perfectly. Now I have to use Photoshop to convert these colors to spot colors. I should note that I’ve added .acb color swatch files to the designated folder:C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2026\Presets\fr_FR\Color Swatches\Color Catalogs This seems like a bug caused by a recent update.Thank you for your help.

Hello,I want to cancel both my Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat subscriptions. However, my account has a billing issue, and Adobe does not allow me to manage or cancel the plans. I reached the final cancellation step, but the “Confirm cancellation” button remained disabled.I also tried contacting Adobe through the Virtual Assistant, but the chatbot did not respond or connect me with a human agent. I do not want to update my payment method or continue either subscription. Please help manually cancel both subscriptions, stop all future billing attempts, and confirm that both plans have been cancelled.Thank you.

Hi everyone,I'm working on an online CRS Calculator for Canadian Express Entry applicants, and I'm looking at ways to make a simple PDF worksheet that users could download and use alongside the calculator. For example, I'd like the PDF to have fillable fields for things such as age, education, language test results, Canadian work experience, foreign work experience, and other CRS factors.I'd also like the final PDF to be easy to use on both desktop and mobile, with clear instructions and possibly calculated totals where Acrobat supports it.The online calculator I'm working on is here:https://crscalcu.ca/For anyone experienced with Acrobat, would you recommend using Acrobat's Prepare a Form feature for this type of worksheet? Are there any particular best practices for creating accessible fillable forms and making sure they work reliably across different PDF viewers?I'd especially appreciate advice from anyone who has built interactive PDF forms with calculations.(Third-party URL removed

I'm trying to update some settings on multiple images. In Develop mode, I start by making the corrections to a single image, and then click the "Copy ..." button. I then select multiple images in the Filmstrip and click "Paste". This works just fine, but only on the 1st image/highlighted image, and not the whole selection. Am I doing something wrong here? Shouldn't I be able to update multiple images, at once, like a batch process? Thanks in advance.

In the past, when tracking a mask in Premiere, one could preview the mask in real time (there was a preview option under the “spanner” icon, this option is not there anymore). Is there a way to enable live preview while the mask is being tracked to stop it when it goes wrong?

I design a map and I need to keep each element on different layers (for example a layer for roads, a layer for buildings and parks, a layer for legends, etc). Thanks for your help

Hi I'm new here! I’m a video editor working with an agency, and I’ve hit a roadblock while creating a dynamic gameplay video for a client (snakeaimtool.pro) where I need to anchor effects like heat distortion and UI overlays to the game’s crosshair. Despite trying standard workflows, I’ve hit three stubborn issues and would love guidance. First, motion tracking struggles with rapid camera movements. The crosshair jitters or loses alignment during quick pans, even with AE’s Camera Tracker and 3D Camera Tracker. Manual keyframing fixes misalignment temporarily but creates choppy results. Could planar tracking (e.g., Mocha AE) or specific plugins improve stability for such fast-paced footage? Second, effects gradually detach from tracked points. Heat distortion and UI elements drift over time when parented to nulls derived from tracking data, especially in scenes with motion blur or compression artifacts. Are there compositing techniques, blending modes, or matte adjustment

Hi Team,I would like to kindly request a full refund and the immediate cancellation of my subscription. Here is my situation: I am a student, and I only signed up for this trial to complete a quick assignment for my school project. I only used the software for one single day. I was under the impression that it was a 1-month free trial, but I was suddenly charged after just 1 week. My payment method (TnG Wallet) only had RM20, which was deducted, leaving an unpaid balance of around RM85 on my account. Due to this pending balance, the system prevents me from manually cancelling the plan under "Manage Plan". As a student with limited financial means, I cannot afford this unexpected plan. I kindly ask for your help to: Waive/clear the unpaid balance of RM85 Refund the RM20 that was charged Cancel my subscription completely Thank you so much for your understanding and help!

Hi, I’m trying to soften the edges of the shading on a tree (pictures attached.)  As a possible workaround, I added a gaussian blur to the shading as my expectation, but I can’t get a similar look if I were to choose Object<Blend<Make.  Instead, it gives me some wonky results.  What can I do differently?

I show that I have the adobe photoshop elements on my phone to download. I purchased it by mistake. I didn’t want it. I can’t find anywhere in the app that shows the subscription so I can cancel it. My bank credit card has already been charged. In the amount of $65.10. How do I cancel and get a refund?

In Photoshop 2026 (ps ver 27.9.1) and Photoshop Beta 27.11 on both Mac and Windows, when you create a Clarity and Dehaze Adjustment layer, painting on any layer masks below that Clarity and dehaze Adjustment Layer results in the effects of said Clarity and dehaze adjustment Layer turning off until one stops painting on a layer mask, which of course makes it quite difficult to erase or add to a layer mask when one doesn’t see the results “live”. In addition, the same thing happens if one uses the Properties panel to adjust either the Density or Feather of any of the layer masks below the Clarity and dehaze Adjustment layer.  Clarity and dehaze Adjustment Layer added with and adjustment to both the Clarity and Dehaze sliders   Painting on or trying to adjust the properties of any Layer Mask below the Clarity and dehaze Adjustment Layer hides the effects of said layer.

actually my frien use it on MacBook Air M1

I never thought I would have to use a messaging board to try and connect with someone who can actually help me. Anyways back in October I subscribed to Adobes 7-day free trial to edit a document for a scholarship. The day of, I cancelled that subscription so I would not be charged. A couple months later I look at my billing history on my credit card and see I have been charged $19.99. Apparently I have been getting charged for the past few months AFTER I canceled my 7-day free trial. This is absurd and I want a refund of the times I've been billed AND my subscription cancelled without the cancellation fee. I am a college student and am barely scraping by. The last thing I need is hundreds of dollars from my bank account gone over a program I used once. I find it very slimy for this company to do this and not even send an email letting me know that I am being billed, I am very unhappy about this.

I got charged aswell and i cancelled my trial before date ended. Go into manage accounts and its saying suspended billing issue. But theyve taken money 38.06 out of my account.
