Hi,I can’t upgrade from the 25.2.3 version, because if I do so I experience an import issue with all .MTS files. Only with .MTS files. In short:.MTS file import works fine with version 25.2.3. I can use any .MTS files and it works just fine. in later versions only the .MTS file import fails. There is no error message. Nothing happens. I cleared media cache, tried the import using the Media Browser panel rather than File and Import. I have Dolby codec installed.I’m using Windows11 Enterprise 24H2 version. Fort he video card I use NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, 576.02. We had audio issue with later NVIDIA versions in Premiere Pro therefore we are using this version.Could you please give me solutions for the issue?Thank you.

What happened to the line and character spacing option for text in Adobe Express? The icon and control is just completely gone. Help! This app is useless without this.

I have been a member of Adobe creative cloud for many years now, a faithful customer with all apps. I retire this year and will have to give up my Adobe account due to the cost. Now I only do a little photography and digital artwork but will have to find another way of doing the editing. Adobe do not support retired or disabled customers which I am both now, I find this quite dissapointing from a company that is so big and makes so much money from us. My account will stop in October of this year and in the meantime I will search for other options and download all of my content and hope I can still use most of it when I want to. Does anyone else with an Adobe account find adding Adobe to a dwindeling retirement package a strain and, why oh why does a company of such size and stature not help or even be seen helping people in the same position, I know veterans that would love to get into Adobe but just can not stand the cost. Come on Adobe, get seen helping.

Dear fellows, Does anyone know when the new version of FrameMaker is expected to be released? Currently, the product fate and roadmap is absolutely unclear and Adobe do not seem to share any details regarding the product's future. Thanks!

When placing an image at 100% the Links Info panel is reporting that the link is at 24% scale when it should be showing as 100%. Its not effecting the physical scale of the link but it is showing the incorrect values. How to fix? Seems to be a problem since 2025 update.

Hello, I had Photoshop 2024 (v25) installed and Creative Cloud proposed me to install Photoshop 27, which I did. I thought it would be in parallel with the other version, as usual. But in the process, it removed Bridge 14 and Photoshop 2024 and now it's become impossible to install the version 25. Only versions available in the "Other versions" menu are the 26.x series, the 27 and, for some reason, the 22.2 Where has Photoshop 2024 gone?

I came across an interesting portfolio - https://stock.adobe.com/be_en/contributor/207325322/quicklinestudio?load_type=author&prev_url=detail The author has an outstanding result. It turns out that some people can have only about 230 illustrations in their portfolio and almost all of them are in the top of the search engine in Adobe. Is this normal?

What services does Adobe Aero offer for businesses to create branded AR experiences??

Hello all, this started happening happening on the latest update of InDesign. When I export High Quality or Press Quality PDFs from InDesign, my output PDF shows images as pixelated and with jagged edges. Jpgs come out blurry too. This was not happening before. Here is an example:  Here are my settings for Exporting PDF.   If my memory serves me right, this was an issue on 2018 CC version. I think it's happening again.  Any ideas or fixes? Thanks!!
