Solved

I am able to download a PDF document, and fill in the form. However, when I save the document, close it, and open it again, I cannot edit anything anymore. I also cannot digitally sign any of the signature fields. When I open the document after saving and closing, I get a message that reads,"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available."I have another fillable PDF document that works just fine after saving and closing and does not produce the error message, and can be edited after opening again. Can anyone help me out?

Hi guys,I have redeemed my stock contributor voucher code just now & rather than update the existing plan, it seems that a new plan has been created.I had to pay for one month as the last voucher you sent last year, expired before this year's came through, but when I go to cancel that, it's saying I need to pay £78.84. Can you urgently investigate & let me know how we can resolve this. Essentially I need one plan attached to my account & for it to be paid for by my earlier voucher redemption. My next payment is due to leave my account on 19th April, hence the urgency plea.Kind regards,JasonI have just read your FAQ's on this & feel it only partially answers my question. It says payment will be suspended, but doesn't say when or how quickly. Kindly advise - thanks for your help.I already have a Creative Cloud plan. Should I wait to redeem my code?If you have the exact same plan as the one you received as a bonus and redeem the code using the same Adobe ID, billing will be

Whenever I try to modify/read deeply nested MovieClip objects, output gives me typeerror #1009, but when I cast those objects as movie clips I get typerror #1010. I understand them both, but I don’t know what to do with that, as simpletrace(object.nestedObject.deeplyNestedObject);would give me errors. Details that might be relevant:Strict mode is on, and I want to keep it on. Those objects are nested via Adobe Animate gui and all of them have proper instance names. Advanced layers are turned off. Error is still thrown when code is putted inside deeply nested MovieClips frame. How can I fix this and how generally should I approach accesing nested objects?

Is there a way to disable the audit report (document history page) added to the file after signing?

I haven't been seeing any sales from my Adobe Stock account for the past few days. My account was downloading daily and suddenly it stopped selling. What can I do now?

Subject: Contributor Account Suspended for Suspicious Activity – No Response from SupportHello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was suspended on March 5 due to “suspicious activity.”I have already submitted an appeal through the official form and followed up via my support ticket (Case ID: 00480569), including a recent follow-up on April 7. However, I have not received any response so far.I would like to clarify that I am the sole owner of the account, and all content I uploaded is original and created by me. All uploads were done manually using my personal device, without any automation tools or third-party services. If the suspension was triggered by a high volume of uploads within a short period, I fully understand and I am willing to adjust my workflow to comply with Adobe Stock guidelines.I respectfully request assistance in checking the status of my case or escalating it for review.Thank you very much for your time.

Hi everyone,I have a problem with Adobe Stock. For the past 3 months, I cannot submit any files. The “Submit files” button is always disabled and shows 0 files, even after uploading images. Before this, some of my files were rejected. Since then, I can’t submit anything.Has anyone experienced this?Is this an account issue or something I need to fix?Thank you!

I once registered an account with Adobe Stock Contributor as a seller. But about a year ago, the company that operated this email service simply shut it down, and now I can't access my email. As a result, I can't use my account on other computers because I need to enter a verification code sent to my email. To add an additional email address, I have to enter this code again. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Is there a way to resolve the issue privately, providing all the necessary proof? Or is it possible to receive this verification code on my phone instead of by email?

I just do not want to do unpaid work for Adobe.I also want to point out a major flaw in this process. When I uploaded previews of these images to the AI checkers linked by a community member in an outline for reporting mislabeled AI images, EVERY SINGLE ONE of them failed to recognize the images as AI. It was only after I downloaded the LICENSED IMAGES and uploaded them to the AI checker, which directly gives these creators compensation. I was able to identify every preview as AI EASILY, just by se

I recently changed my plan to Adobe Standard, instead of the AI-bloated Premium version. I’ve always been able to use the Remove tool on LR Mobile (iOS), but now it’s completely paywalled and I can’t access it. On the help page, it says “By default, the Generative AI toggle is enabled. Turn it off before using Detect objects.” I can’t find any more details on any help/pricing/plans page.Is there a way to use JUST non-AI retouching, which should be accessible with my $60/month plan? I just want to do basic clone stamping, not generative AI anything. I’ve tried logging in/out, restarting, redownloading, but it just shows me the “pay more” splash screen each time.

Hello,I am working on creating a system of templates for my marketing partners at work. On occasion bleed will be necessary. I've been testing how to do this and so far I've not been successful. I've turned on margins and bleed and have ensured all elements extend beyond the bleed. However, when I download the pdf for print the bleed doesnt show up. What am I doing wrong or how can I resolve this?

I need a script that looks at a field and calculates a tolerance then looks at a separate text field and makes sure it is within that tolerance and places pass or fail in a separate text field

We use the Purple DS Hub content management system from sprylab. We are now looking for a possible integration to connect Adobe Express to Purple DS Hub. Our goal is to automate the creation of social media posts from the content management system as much as possible, while adhering to our design guidelines. Has anyone had experience integrating Adobe Express into a content management system via an API? Ideally, with Purple?

Recently, when I go to save a new file and write the file name the entire text will disappear after I enter a space into the file name. For example: if I want to write “3.27.2026_file name here” everything will disappear once I hit space after “file”. I can get around this by not entering any spaces, but it’s not an ideal workaround and more importantly just doesn’t seem to make any sense as to why it started happening. Can confirm that it happens on multiple Adobe programs; both Illustrator and Indesign have this issue when I go to save a new file. It seems to have started after a recent Mac update, but I only experience this issue when saving in Adobe programs.

Last year I took out a student subscription to use with a course I was undertaking. I understood that the subscription was monthly for 12 months and I had no issue with that. My issue is that the subscription has now rolled over onto a higher fee with no recent notice which is unacceptable. To get out of this subscription I need to pay a fine. I’m shocked at this poor practice by Adobe - surely the minimum I should expected was a reminder that the subscription would move to a higher rate. Has anyone else experienced this with Adobe and if so do you have any advice please. Thank you

My Mac is hanging when attempting to open any audio app. When attempting to open any Audio app on my Mac, i’m getting very long stalls.Audition stalls at “Initializing (AUui)” but will load after about five minutes.Reaper stalls at “creating Midi client”...I haven’t waited to see if it eventually opens.GarageBand opens, but reports “Error initializing CoreMidi” and warns “MIdi Services not available.”and the Apple Midi Setup stalls when Window>Show Midi Studio is chosen. I’ve cleared any caches I could find, deleted prefs, and replaced my Library/Audio folder with a TimeMachine backup, but the issue persists. I’ve unplugged my vocaster and my Korg nanoKontrol and deleted midi drivers. Any tips?Apple M2 Max,  OS 15.7.1

I am using Illustrator 30.2.1 on a Mac M1 Ultra. I have 2 gradients in my file and am trying to copy the value of a slider from one gradient and paste it into a slider in the other gradient. I am able to successfully copy the text to my clipboard, as I am able to paste it anywhere on my artboard as a textbox. However, when attempting to paste the value into the color value box on the gradient menu, nothing happens. I am unable to delete, edit, or paste anything into the text box.  Is there a known fix so this issue does not repeat or am I forced to use a workaround so I can copy/paste hex values? I assume this is an unintended bug but could be wrong.   Paste + Cut option greyed out on gradient slider color menu

Login issue, i was unable to login to Corporate profile hence changed the email address. Now i cannot revert back and still unable to login to Corporate Profile

We’ve been running into frequent issues of people on a Terminal Server logging into Acrobat Reader and upgrading it to the full version, then when other users login they’re unable to use Reader because it’s requiring them to log in. Is there a way to prevent this or easily revert back to Reader when someone does this? How is the end user able to upgrade that without administrator permissions as well?

I didn’t get my full 4000 credits this month. I’m wondering why this happened because I never used them since the start of the new billing cycle.
