Solved

Hello All, I have read articles from Adobe and followed the steps, and previously had been able to install luts to show up in the Lumetri panel (I speak of third party Luts). However with this new versions of 2025 I cannot find the folder to install the Luts. I do have the Luts that come from adobe appearing in Lumetri. Has there been a change for 2025?  Thanks everyone and yes I know this is such a basic question, but I have spent already 30+ minutes to no avail, and this should have been a five minute process like every other time I had done this.

Hi, whenever I paste text from word/power point to illustrator, I always get gibberish symbols like these: !"#$%. The object is recognized as characters in the Illustrator, and I can change its font type and size. Pasting chart however works fine. I have tried using different fonts, including those who I have made sure are available in the Illustrator but I still get the same result. I have also tried resetting preferences, uninstalling the program, uninstalling creative cloud, cleaning adobe installation using adobe cleaner tools, yet I am still getting the same problem.  My system is Mac Mojave, with Office 365 Subscription, and Adobe Creative Cloud (trial version) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi everyone! I am a PhD candidate at a U.S. university; due to budget cuts they unexpectedly cancelled the Adobe suite associated with my email address. This is unfortunate for a variety of reasons, but the most upsetting consequence so far has been that all my archival documents for my dissertation, which were organized and saved in the Adobe Scan app, no longer seem to be available. Every time I try to log on with my university account, it says “the Adobe ID doesn’t have access to Adobe cloud storage. Please sign in with a different account or create a new free account.” I am desperate, but can’t find a way to speak with a human at Adobe that might be able to help me. Please advise! Thank you.

For several weeks (since late Fall 2025), if I have a single PDF open and try to close it by clicking the red dot or by typing "command-W" [Mac], Acrobat becomes permanently unresponsive and must be force-quit. If there are several PDFs open (either as separate tabs or separate windows), I can close each of them this way *until* I get to a single remaining PDF -- and then the "close" process will freeze Acrobat. I *can* "Quit" the application with a single PDF displaying, but I can't close up that PDF *without* actually quitting. I have deleted and reinstalled Acrobat three times, and I believe I have the latest version of Acrobat: Architecture: arm64 Processor: Apple M4 Max Build: 25.1.21111.0 AGM: 7.1.19 CoolType: 10.0.7 JP2K: 4.0.2.54782]Can anyone help?

Hey everyone,I'm facing a recurring crash issue when launching After Effects. I get the following error popup:After Effects error: Crash in progress<EACL.CloudProjectsLogin> Finished sending new access token to LocalHubFollowed by a payload with authorized: true, connected: true, but also:forbidden: {"error_code":"","message":""}Even though the HTTP status was 200.It seems related to Team Projects authorization, and the app crashes immediately after this process.Things I’ve tried:Logged out and back into Creative Cloud.Cleared Media Cache and Preferences.Ran the app as Administrator.Tried launching without internet connection. My After Effects version:[25.3.2/windos]Anyone else experienced this issue or knows a workaround (especially to disable Team Projects completely)? Thanks in advance.

I have a Kobo Glo and I am now getting the following error message "Your eReader is not authorized to open this book. Because you previously deauthorized your eReader, you need to reimport the book using ADE". I have tried reimporting the book, and even returning the book and then reborrowing it before reimporting it to my Kobo. I have tried deauthorizing the reader and then reauthorizing it before reimporting it to my Kobo. Deauthorizing and reauthorizing my Kobo worked a couple of times, but not any longer. I have uninstalled my version of ADE and downloaded and installed the latest version. I have contacted Adobe and they checked my Adobe account and authorizations and was told that I still have unused activations and my authorizations appear to be in order. I can read my books on my MacBook using ADE, and I can even read them using ADE when I click on my Kobo icon in ADE sidebar and open the book. ADE seems to be working as advertised, but my Kobo is not cooperating. I have contact

I'm exported a video from Premier Pro 19 as an mp4 file. When I try to Air Drop the mp4 to my iPhone, I get this message on my phone: "Failed to save item. Save to iCloud Drive Instead?" Why wouldn't I be able to AirDrop this to my photos in a normal manner? Is anyone able to airdrop their Premier Pro exported projects to their iOS device?People have posted this question, but I found no clear answer:Can't airdrop premeire pro 18 projects to iphone helpPremier Pro Video Failing airdrop UPDATE:I was able to airdrop it when I followed these sequence settings and export settings.

Does anyone know a Mac program that will convert older .mov files and preserve the alpha? I cannot import them into AE since they are no longer supported. I've downloaded a few free trials, and when I convert to ProRes 4444, I lose the alpha and gain a black background. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks,Denise

Often when I am putting together a video project in Premiere Rush, I’ll get to a point when the playback goes black and I cannot see the video anymore.  I can hear the audio just fine, but the screen is black throughout the entire project.A couple of things about this issue:I’ve noticed that this tends to happen once I begin inserting titles and/or overlays to my videos. If I shut everything down and walk away for a long time (12-24 hours) it may work when I come back.  However, it often happens again shortly after I begin working on the project again. The videos that this happens to range anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.  Right now I have 4 videos that are under a minute each that has this happening.I’m not a professional video or audio anything.  This is just a fun thing that I do on the side.  That said, I don’t always have a lot of time so when this happens and my editing is essentially shut down for a day it is a real bummer. Any thoughts on how to keep this from happening?

Every time I drop a clip into a sequence, Premiere is now trying to Auto-Tag Audio, and I have to click to cancel it. How do I stop this from occuring automatically?

I created a live mirror using this line as an axis. I selected the line then went to Object> Repeat> Mirror and continued from there to create the photo below. Now I am stuck with no Idea how to get rid of that center line. How do I get rid of it???

Hello Adobe Stock Team,I am requesting a manual review for Case #00470056 (first submitted on Jan 18th). All of my 100% original hand-drawn illustrations were removed by the automated system as "unlabeled AI." I have already shared a Google Drive link in my first appeal containing video recordings of my iPad procreate layers and illustrator creation process for these assets. I’ve been a contributor since April 2024. I deeply value this platform and have invested significant time and heart into building this portfolio. My account was in a strong growth phase with consistent Extended License sales and peaks of 19 downloads per day last November. However, since this batch removal, my sales have experienced a sudden and sustained drop to near zero. This has been a devastating blow to my motivation and business as a creator. Could a moderator please kindly look into this case and help restore these assets from the backend? Re-uploading manually is impractical given the volume and loss of hi

I have the most recent updated version of Adobe Photoshop as of January 29th 2026 ( Version 27.3.0 release)  I created a file and save a copy as Photoshop EPS.  I’ve sent it to a printing company to print and they can't open it.  So I tried to open it right after I saved it in photo shop and I get the error Could not open “WinnerBackdrop copy.EPS” because Photoshop was unable to parse the PostScript. Something is wrong when I save a file in photo shop and it can’t open it back up?  Please help!

I canceled my adobe subscription half a year ago, now i have re-subscribed, but this time it suited me better to create a new account with a new email. But what i didn’t think about is that i still really want my old preferences from illustrator, indesign and photoshop, like workspace setup and all the small setting i have changed in the program over the years. I know there are ways export these settings when using the programs, but i cant open them with my old account anymore to create the export files. I still have access to the old adobe account, and i can see my old cloud files like brush libraries, but these i already have backed up elsewhere. I know these preferences are saved in the cloud in some way, just wonder if its possible to get to them somehow. My question is therefore if it is possible to export these program specific user preferences from one adobe account to another? Thanks for any kind of help, this is really a niché problem created by my own stupidity, and i realise i

Ever since updating Premiere I've had problems applying certain effects to cropped videos. Last month, I would apply a crop to a video - let's say for example the bottom third of the video - add Edge Feather and have equal feathered edges apply on all four sides. Now, it only applies to the uncropped sides leaving the bottom edge unaffected. I thought maybe if I tried nesting the video after cropping and then applying Edge Feather, it might work, but instead no feathering occurs at all. I'm having the same issue when applying a Drop Shadow Preset I use regularly (just a simple thick white outline) on cropped videos or graphics. These were such simple tasks in my workflow and now instead, I have to reach out for help cuz I don't know what else to do. Is this a bug? Does anyone have any other methods I could try?  No plugins. I feel like the live cloud connection in InDesign is making the program slow as molasses and I don’t use it.I don’t and won’t ever use Adobe cloud, so how do I terminate that live connection? When I click the “Connected” notice on my “Home” page when the program’s open (no files open) it doesn’t give any option to disconnect. It does show that I don’t have any files in the cloud and have used 0% storage. How do I close the connection???

Hello, great and powerful Adobe community.  I'm finding that no matter how I tweak my render settings, my video file sizes seem unreasonably large.  For example, today I rendered a 1hr Premier Pro edit using Media Encoder's YouTube 1080HD export preset, which produced a 1.8Gb file.  When I upload this 1.8Gb file to YouTube and then download it, the downloaded file is only 89Mb.  Seems like a huge disparity considering I'm using an export setting presumably optimized for YouTube specifically.  As you can see from my settings (below) I've got the target bitrates cranked down pretty low, to the point that the video quality already takes a noticable hit.  Any lower and the video quality is just poor.  What is YouTube doing to squish my 1.8Gb file down to 89Mb?  I notice a lot of 1080 video on YouTube looks crystle clear.  How can I acheive these small file sizes and still get acceptable video quality from Adobe Media encoder? - Preset Used:
