Solved

Both my 2025 and 2020 versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements have started to crash as soon as I try to print a photograph. Any ideas?

Moticed Photoshop 27.1 stopped opening when trying to edit from Lightroom, or Edit as Smart Object from Lightroom, Then tried to open Photoshop on its own Initial screen checking memory appears then nothing. Checked up to date in creative cloud all up to date, tried launching from Creative Cloud again splash screen checking memory then nothing. Rebooted system checked all above again nothing. LRC and Lr both working fine problem is only with Photoshop

Acrobat 25.1Mac OS 26.3.1 (a) Just discovered droplets and they sound great, but every time I make one I get the same error. “Droplet is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.” I’ve gone into Security and Privacy and allowed the app to open by entering my admin password, but then the very next time I try and use it, I get the same error message all over again. Is this a recurring problem or is there a setting I have wrong somewhere?

Hello, yesterday I purchased the platform for 9.99 and I cancelled the subscription in the afternoon because did not met my expectations, no refund, and no credits available, basically you took my money.

Acrobat Pro doesn't let me run a preflight without me having to choose a coated category, which doesn't apply to my printing.I need to run Preflight in Acrobat Pro on aPDF but it asks me to chose a type of coated stock to work with.  I just need it to analyze the formatting as it did in the past to know if it’s compliant or not.

With the latest Bridge update, I see that the keyboard rating method now required me to hold the command key (Mac OS) and then a number 1 to 5.  Previously it was simply just the number.  Seems simple, but my habit is strong and this is a nuisance.  How can I set it to just require the numeral keys?  Thanks.

Everything seems to work fine for basic editing, but I'm starting to notice some inconsistencies when working between the two apps.A few things I'm specifically unsure about:When you send a project from Firefly Boards to Premiere Pro Beta, do all the assets, sequences, and metadata transfer completely — or are some elements missing or broken compared to opening in the stable version? Has anyone noticed timeline or color grading differences when the same Boards project is opened in Beta vs stable Premiere? Is there any official Adobe roadmap that confirms when full Boards support will land in the Beta channel?I've already tried reinstalling the Beta and making sure Creative Cloud is fully updated, but the behavior still feels inconsistent.Would love to hear from anyone who uses both tools regularly in their workflow. Any tips or workarounds are appreciated!

I do product photography for a small clothing brand and I'm trying to streamline part of my workflow. Right now I shoot flat lays of garments, then use Photoshop's Generative Fill to place them on stock model images, but the fit and drape often look off around the shoulders and waist, especially with fitted pieces.Has anyone found a good pre-Photoshop step for this? I've been testing a couple of standalone AI model generators to get a cleaner base image before I bring it into Photoshop for final retouching and colour correction, and the results vary a lot depending on the garment type.Specifically I'm running into:Fabric texture flattening when the garment has any pattern Awkward hand and finger placement on fitted sleeves Lighting mismatch between the garment shot and the generated modelCurious what others are doing here. Is anyone using a dedicated tool before Photoshop, or is Generative Fill alone getting good enough results now that a separate step isn't worth it?

Firefly Image 3-5 is not generating images and displays the error message: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” This issue has been occurring since 8/20/2026.

During the AI-generation of a video using Kling 3.0 I submit the first frame for it and the prompt. The AI starts to generate the video, but after couple minutes it gives out an error, saying it is unable to download or show the created video. No credits are spent on the unsuccessful attempts. The problem is staying for 4 days now.

Is there a way to cancel my plans without pay the canceling fee. it is lot of money just to cancel it and i dont have the money but if i let my plans then i will always have to pay for something that i dont want.

Please add a preferences toggle that keeps the active path/drawing tool engaged when a user switches to the zoom tool or uses zoom commands. Constantly losing the active anchor point during view changes slows down my drawing workflow.Again, I just want to be able to zoom and have the path still active instead of having to click on the most recent anchor point to reactivate it. Also, make the hit box bigger for users with a wacom stylus. Thank you!

In V2 I have a moving ball in a clip with some camera movement. I can track that ball easily with an object mask.In V1 I have a .png of an apple.I could use Opacity or an Ultra Key with that mask to make the ball transparent and position and scale the V1 apple to fit the V2 “hole”. That’s an OK method for one frame but what I want to do is to automatically let the apple position and scale in V1 follow the mask I have in V2.Is this not possible in Premiere? No keyframes worth trying to copy are in the mask. Mask properties are all in Tracker and I cannot copy those keyframes to the V1 Motion or a Transform effect. As of now Im manually keyframing position and scale of the apple to follow the ball and its too much work and not looking good./G

Originally I copied and pasted from a client’s document to mine in Photoshop. The problem text includes these words: Post Office. Any attempt at changing the font for those words leads to the app shutting down. It doesn’t appear to be font related because no matter what other font I select, the app shuts down. No other word within that paragraph is affected as I have been able to change those, no problem. I’ve tried restarting. I’ve tried manually typing in the word rather than a copy and paste. I tried a new page containing those words. I’ve tried clearing the font cache and a few others and nothing has worked. It’s the same thing. It always shuts down.

white screen pops up when i try to install any adobe app/adobe creative cloud. already tried to go into internet options and enable internet zone options/set it to medium and restart, nothing works

I purchased Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign 2026 software that was advertised as legitimate.I received an invoice, product keys, and links to the installation files. It turned out that none of the products were legitimate versions.I initiated a chargeback with my bank, but the seller’s bank rejected the claim, stating that they did not consider it justified. My bank advised me to obtain stronger evidence. For example:A response from Adobe Customer Support The results of an Adobe license verification An email from Adobe confirming that: the product key is not genuine, the license is unauthorized, the software is not intended for official Adobe use, the key has been revoked or blocked. Additionally:An Adobe Support chat transcript An Adobe Customer Support ticket The results of an Adobe technical investigationIn addition to the above, screenshots showing errors related to the license. For example:“License invalid” “Authentication failed” “Non-genuine Adobe software” “License revoked

Me gustaría cancelar mi cuenta de adobe, pues actualmente no me han estado saliendo trabajo de fotografía y me gustaria activar la despues cuando tenga flujo de trabajo, se puede ?

Hello all,Today I am facing a completely new issue, at least for me: my boo document is open, I work on it, add some body text and photos, but when I try to save, Ctrl-S doesn’t work, and when I open the File menu, all Save options are grayed out.InDesign knows that my document has been modified, as you can see from the little asterisk in the attached screen captureA.When I try to close the document, InDesign asks logically if I want to save it, but when I click Yes, it tells me that it “cannot save the document”, without any explanation (see captureB attached).I am quite puzzled and would love to hear your ideas and suggestions. Many thanks in advance.Dominique

Hi everyone,I have an active Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription, but recently I noticed an unexpected $50 charge on my account from an app/service named "higffield" while using Photoshop.I did not knowingly authorize this purchase, and I'm trying to figure out why this happened under my CC Pro account. Is "higffield" a third-party plugin, stock asset provider, or extension associated with Adobe? How can I track down where this charge originated from and request a refund?Any advice or guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

I am having trouble with Adobe Digital Editions. I am not receiving the OTP when trying to register with ByteBooks. I am an avid reader and I own an old Kobo. I can’t put the library books that I’ve borrowed on my Kobo without ADE. I have been having issues with this for nearly two weeks. The support from Wipro is absolutely woeful. I have had one reply in that time suggesting that I send screenshots which I’ve done but no reply since. I am getting very frustrated with this situation. I can’t possibly be the only person experiencing this. I just want to speak to someone. By the way, I have tried on my phone without Wi-Fi too. I have checked Junk and Spam but not one OTP has been received and yes I’m receiving them from other companies.
