 I made a shape with the pen tool and then put a grid over it. I wanted to use the paths on the grid to divide the shape but it is not working. I make sure the path was above the shape, I tried just cutting with the scissors, and even making another shape with the pen tool but nothing works.  

Hi!I have been having an issue with my libraries being extremely slow for uploading, viewing, and even scrolling through the panel. I am drawing in Fresco, using Photoshop to label and upload to libraries, then animating in After Effects. My drawing canvas is large (6000x6000px) so I can zoom into the assets when I animate and there are a lot of assets in my libraries, but I've never had a problem in the past.The past few weeks, I've only been able to upload two or three assets at a time before the library gives me spinning wheels in all the thumbnails and takes about five minutes to freak out before letting me put anything else in the library. At times, all the asset thumbnails are loaded, but it just won't let me drop in an asset. In After Effects, the library panel will freeze and I won't be able to click or scroll. Closing and reopening the panel does not work. Restarting the program only lets me upload a few assets before it reloads or freezes again. This has made librar

I’m working on making my PDF exports more robust and accessible, and therefore including Articles. In a recent project, I fumbled through InDesign’s Articles panel (not a great experience) and managed to see the <Art> tags appropriately names and exported across into the resulting PDF. But in Acrobat, there’s also an Articles panel that shows nothing. What gives?Is there a separate, different thing in Acrobat for articles outside of Accessibility Tags? Or did I miss something to have InDesign automatically build these, too? Any insight is helpful. I am trying to tether my Sony A7V to Lightroom Classic on my MacBook Pro.  When I try Lightroom just gets stuck trying to detect my camera.  I was able to connect my camera using Imaging Edge Desktop so I know it's not an issue between my camera and computer or my USB-C cable.  Both my camera and Lightroom are completely up to date.  I’ve tried following every tutorial I can find but I haven't found any specific to using the A7V.  My menu titles are all slightly different and in different spots than older versions of the camera so I’m not 100% sure I have everything set up right on my camera.  Since it is working with Imaging Edge though, I assume I am.  I’ve also tried deleting Lightroom Classic preferences on my Mac which I saw in a few posts with similar situations but the files I was supposed to delete did not exist.  Could it be something to do with my camera being a relatively new release?  I have only started being able to open RAW files in adobe in the last couple months becaus

I am trying to sign a PDF content with a digital signature certificate created through ADCS Internal Root CA. When I open the signed PDF document to Microsoft Edge it is showing “Signature Valid” but when I open the signed PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (latest version) it gives -“Error during signature verificationAdobe Acrobat error.Bad parameter.”I am using BouncyCastle for CMS signature generation. I have tested my signing code with just PFX loading and CMS signature generation steps on a small text and I have found the CMS verification is successful. But whenever I use the same code to sign the PDF it gives “Bad parameter” and also the openssl cms verification test fails. Based on these observations I feel there is something regarding the PDF structure after embedding the signing part into the original PDF which causes the “Bad parameter” issue.I am hereby providing some structural information of the signed PDF as attachment.Any help will be highly appreciated.

I’m curious if there is the ability to filter images by color label in Lightroom Mobile? This doesn’t seem immediately obviously possible.

Hello all This has started happening a short while ago. If I want to change the CMYK values on a colour in the 'Color' window and change the C value, then tab to M and change that, when I tab to Y the whole set of percentage values goes blank and the color preview has a question mark. Example:I change 40% in C to 50%, then press the tab key to move to M, then tab to Y to change that, everything goes very odd - screenshots attached... Is this a bug? Been using Illustrator since Illustrator 3...not something I recall coming across before.  Simon 

There’s a paid third party software, Syncalia 3, that has been incredibly useful to me. I create a 42 page pdf and images are missing.  The error is “Version 4 ICC profiles were converted to Version 2 ICC profiles during pdf export.  Error encountered while ready tiff image.”  The indesign file is a file linked with other indesign files.  No error occurs when creating pdfs individually from each of the indesign files, so images are not damaged.Is it a indesign glitch or a acrobat glitch.

I am updating an old document and the color palette shows the PMS colors with CMYK preview. This is “probably” all right but when I use Pantone Connect to add the colors again using the spot color, they won’t update. I can add a new PMS color but I’ve tried putting the art into a new document, making a color swatch in a blank document, and several other options and nothing is work. In the screenshot below, the Pantone colors on top are what were already in the document (2016) and the CMYK equivalent is what happens when I click on Add to Swatch from Pantone Connect but the color below (PANTONE 4072 C) adds as I would like these other colors to be in the document (see preview icon on the right).Any idea what might be happening here? The document is CMYK but that shouldn’t prevent me from adding PMS colors to it (at least, it never has before). 

Hello, I’ve tried to install première pro but I keep getting the error 127 during installation.I have more than 100gb available and tried everything in the help centers/videos I’ve found but nothing seems to work. (Disabled anti virus, checked storage, emptied adobe temp file, added administrators and system to full control, reinstalled crative cloud after using the cleaner tool)Any other adobe app installs just fine, but not premiere proAny ideas?(I’m on windows 10 on an Amd ryzen 7 3700X cpu)

Greetings, I have an employee who is receiving fillable PDF forms for work via email. When opening file preview on the form within Outlook Desktop the form is displayed and the field data is in the fields designated. When opening the PDF with Reader or Acrobat Pro the forms field data is blank. Clicking on fields to highlight test does not reveal anything, and trying to insert a space and delete the space within the field nothing is revealed. When opening the file with MS Edge, all the forms field data is then viewable. I have another employee that was able to open the same form using their Acrobat XI and was able to view the field data as well. With opening the PDF's via Edge, we are able to print form to MS Print to PDF and upon doing so and opening with Reader or Acrobat Pro the form data is viewable.  I have checked the versions of Reader and Acrobat Pro and both are up to date as well. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I am trying to re-edit a video in Premier Pro.  Using keyframes and opacity changes I am fading several video clips out.  Everything looks and plays well in the timeline but when I export, the opacity fades just snap to black. This is happening on my laptop, and on my desktop with completely different project files.I have tried the following;Toggle Composite in linear colour.Have tried using software encoding.Have tried unchecking Maximum bit depth and maximum render quality.Have tried rendering before export.Have tried nesting.Have tried checking Include Alpha I am working with Notch LC Thank you for any help.
