I’m at a loss as to why these photos were not accepted. I have a well-established portfolio of travel photography, and similar images have been accepted on other stock sites without any issues.Adobe’s rejection reason was simply “Quality Issues.” The photo below is a typical travel illustrative content, shot on mirrorless full frame, minimal post-processing:  Carved pātaka storehouse and palisade, Te Parapara Garden, New ZealandOk, this photo was processed as HDR to bring back the shadows. There is a bit of grain going on in the rocky part of the mountain, but I wouldn’t think this to be a reason for rejection: Car approaching Mount Ngāuruhoe on the Desert Road at dusk, New ZealandThese mountain parrots are quite rare, so I was very happy to get this shot in the wild. The bird’s eye and feathers look sharp to me. The background blur cannot be avoided: Kea close-up on rocky summit near Mount Luxmore, Kepler Track, New Zealand I am open to constructive critique. Does Enterprise Acrobat Studio include password protection and how does one use it? Is there documentation posted somewhere?

I am experiencing unusually long export times in Adobe Premiere Pro, despite using a high-end PC with powerful hardware specifications. It's no wonder there have been a few threads here about printing from macOS Sequoia.   I'm not an early adopter, meaning my main Mac is still on macOS Ventura and, mainly, PS24, so I've not experienced this printing issue.. But, today I experienced the Sequoia/Photoshop 25 print pipeline issue we've been hearing about here. I wonder about macOS Sonoma too now.    In Photoshop's print process, I prefer to use Photoshop Manages Color and select the ICC profile myself - meaning that, now, I just need to go to the Print Settings (which opens the Epson or Canon etc. print driver), and, there, under Printer Options/Print Settings I select the media type and also check that in the Color Matching section the options are greyed out - with Colorsync selected [here, as below, the options should be greyed, because selecting Photoshop Manages Color tells the driver to disable color management].      What's the issue with printing?Selected options within

I’ve been publishing for over thirty years and never had this issue. KDP demands exact dimensions for book covers, but recently, I am unable to resize images to fit those dimesions. I realize Photoshop uses pixels, but in publishing, you have to use inches. When i go to image size and deselect the resampling, as advised, and then insert my proper dimensions, Photoshop changes those dimesions so that the cover size is incorrect.I’ve tried checking and unchecking resample.I’ve tried starting over with a new template of the size needed, and it still won’t let me decide what size I need. The correct width and height is 13.198 x 9.25. When i can make those changes and save it, then open it back up, Photoshop has changed one or the other setting. The settings have to be exact, so without a solution to this, i can’t upload book covers.

What is the official process for a Mis-sold editable vector that is clearly badly traced from a different source?Downloaded File #:  2108030438 which clearly says “Editable stroke” - opened the file and it’s a very bad trace and the lines are not editable as they say - it’s likely copied from another source. This is slop and it’s a disgrace to be up on Adobe - are files not verified to be what they say they are? There needs to be a direct “report quality issue” button on Stock.

I have used the ‘edit video with a prompt’ function before on firefly, and today it says i do not have access to this feature and need to contact my IT admin support.  We have a premium account, with plenty of credits, and i have used the tool before and admin have not turned it off. What could be causing this? I am affected by lots of bugs at the moment making firefly completely unusable and this one is really the cherry on top. EDIT:  Looks like i can access all non-adobe models except for Kling 3.0 OMNI? Why would that be

In library, I hit R to open crop tool in Develop. But this opens crop overlay, with the Zoom tool, not the crop tool. Hitting R again (closes crop ), then R again, will open crop overlay with the crop tool. The in the Right-hand panel the Crop section is greyed out too.

I have been doing some searching over the past few days and finally discovered that the text wrap on my objects are all set to a defaut of “jump object.” I would like all text wrap options to be turned off unless otherwise specified. How do I ensure that text wrap is turned off as a default? For existing elements, is there anyway to globally turn this setting off throughout my document?Object with the “jump object” setting specifiedThanks!

I am working with an end user that is having problems with multiple non-form PDFs, where comments added to the PDF will seemingly randomly duplicate themselves when they open the PDF.The issue is happening across multiple files.  When they open a file, they will see the number of comments in the side bar on the right, and as they watch without taking action, the number will increase over time.Acrobat is up to date, and we’ve tried switching back to the non-New Acrobat UI, but the issue is persisting.  I’ve seen there is a tool to remove duplicate comments, but I’m looking for a way to prevent them from happening in the first place, so I don’t have to spend time and effort removing them.Anyone have a solution to prevent, rather than repair, this issue?

I recently upgraded my motherboard and now I can’t use my copy of Photoshop CS6 because it says my serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. Those computers no longer exist, so I have no way to deactivate the licences on them.I tried to deactivate devices in my account settings, but that didn’t help. Is there any other way to deactivate the old installs? Thanks

How to open a mp4 video in APPr? I tried but only sound file is opened.

Hola. Necesito instalar una versión de Illustrator compatible con Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 .

In an After Effects 2025 tutorial, the Camera Frustum/Wireframe is magenta, but the Focus Distance indicator line is clearly WHITE.In my After Effects 2026 installation, both the camera frustum and the Focus Distance indicator appear magenta.I am using Classic 3D and Depth of Field is enabled. Is there a preference, View Option, Layer Control setting, or any other setting that controls the Focus Distance indicator color?I don't want to change the Camera's Label Color because that changes the entire camera wireframe/control color.I specifically want to distinguish the Focus Distance indicator from the camera frustum.Screenshots attached:After Effects 2025 tutorial — white Focus Distance line + magenta camera frustum. My After Effects 2026 — both appear magenta. Was this behavior changed in After Effects 2026, or is there a hidden setting/preferences option?

When will Illustrator let users set a default font? After 30+ years, I shouldn't have to use Myriad, create templates, or change the font for every project. The software supports this choice; users should be able to set it once.

I have an unusual problem that I can't figure out. We're putting together a show where we need to edit vertical versions of a 16x9 timeline.   My timeline is 1080x1920 (Vertical video) - we want to have multiple "windows" in the 9x16 version. I've made a track matte with alpha in Photoshop that I'd like to apply to a video layer, so that I can scale up and down the original video to fit the vertical frame (essentially creating a split screen)   However, no matter how many ways I try, the track matte changes shapes and the original video scales in unusual ways.   This works perfectly fine with the same assets in After Effects, but will not work in any version of Premiere with any video.   The reason this appears to happen is because the original video needs to be the same size as the sequence in order for the track matte to work (it works if we nest the sequence, but this defeats the purpose since we're already cropping and downscaling the source video)   Has a

Hi, I am wrestling with the world’s most frustrating InDesign file. Whenever I drag an image near text, or rearrange text boxes on the page, the text disappears. Text over graphics (no styles applied).. it acts like I have all these words in the box that it does not have room for but when I extend the box the words are small and don’t have any spaces here is an example of what a current page looks like. I am trying to place the keymap next to the text in the subsequent image  here you can see that the word “source” disappears when I tried to drag the group of objects next to it In addition, whenever I start over and create a new file in attempts to clear any weird paragraph or object styles, the text box starts aligned to the bottom even though the text frame options are aligned to the top… what the heck is going on here?

InDesign 21.5 — Data Merge corrupts accented characters when running InlineMerge.jsxbinAfter updating to InDesign 21.5, Data Merge no longer handles accented characters correctly when I run my InlineMerge JSXBIN script. For example:Sección becomes Secci—nDescripción_ES becomes Descripci—n_ESThe problem affects both the Data Merge field names and the merged text.Steps to reproduce:Create a new InDesign document. Load a tab-delimited TXT file as a Data Merge source. The field names containing accented characters display correctly. Run the attached/linked inlineMerge.jsxbin script. Accented characters are replaced by incorrect characters, e.g. ó becomes —.Important: The exact same TXT file and the exact same script work correctly in the previous version of InDesign.I rolled back to the previous version and the problem immediately disappeared. This appears to be a regression in InDesign 21.5 affecting Data Merge and/or the scripting API used by the script.OS: macOSInDesign: 21.5Data source:
