Solved

I obtained access to Premiere Pro about 3 weeks ago and began the tutorials that were provided when I opened the app. However, I had to step away and today I noticed there is a new series available with a different instructor. While trying to download the sample files to follow along, I get the following error: This is true in either Chrome or Edge. And I have followed all of the steps recommended to get past this type of error (up to and including our IT folks and internal security protocols). This leads me to believe the issue is with where the files are being held. I do not have this issue with the advanced course files or the course files found in Ae and Ch tutorials.

How do I stop Acrobat from displaying these annoying and instrusive banners whenever I open Acrobat on my Mac?I feel like I'm running crappy adware…

I want to convert a folder full of HEIC files to JPEG and I was hoping Bridge could do this as a batch process.I am getting the following error message in Bridge (which spawns Photoshop CC in the process) when I try to open an HEIC image file:"Photoshop Camera Raw does not support HEIC files on windows". The Adobe Help page titled HEIC and HEVC media files support in Lightroom and Camera Raw says:"In the Camera Raw Preferences dialog box, ensure that the JPEG/HEIC field is set to either Automatically open JPEGs and HEICs with settings or Automatically open all supported JPEGs and HEICs. To access Camera Raw Preferences, click the Open Preferences Dialog button  in the Camera Raw dialog box." Whether from Bridge or PS I do not see the above text in my Camera Raw Preferences dialog box even though I just updated LR Classic CC, PS CC 2019 and Camera Raw this morning. Why is the Program Monitor displaying a negative image?  I have a new install on a new computer, going from a WIN10 to WIN11 machine.  WIN10 was fine.  In the PM settings, it is set for composite video,  resolution ½ (tried others). This is the first project and first opening of Premier, with the first source video I put in.   I have not made any changes. I tested export or the source clip and the rendered video looks fine.  Stumped.

I am tryin to edit a multi angle concert. All Audio works fine until I right click my files, go to Multi-Camera and click enable. Then my audio doesnt play back anymore. I have "Audio follows video" selected in the muli-cam playback monitor as well. If i disable Multi-Camera on the files the audio works again. Please help. I sent the audio away to be mixed/mastered and want to get all my video editing done for when the file is back on monday.

Photoshop 2025 Elements won't open, says I need to “buy now”. It let me use it for 7 days by clicking free trial, but now since the 7 days won’t open I’m unable to open it on my PC. I bought a 3 year term lease on 3/5/2025 so I know it hasn’t run out yet. I reinstalled it and I still get the same message. I tried the chat but because it says I don’t have an active plan it won’t let me chat with a human, and AI doesn’t have a clue. I’m using the same email address I did to redeem the code from Amazon. Please help!!!

I am having an issue with the font Grappa Variable not showing up as available in my iPad Illustrator app. I’ve synced it to my Adobe CC account and it shows up in the iPad Photoshop app just fine. Other variable fonts from Adobe CC have synced just fine to my Illustrator app on iPad. I have a 6 generation iPad Pro, and I’m using the latest version of the iPad Illustrator app. I’ve tried removing and re-syncing the font to my account, quitting the Illustrator app, logging out and back in, and restarting my iPad, but nothing has worked to make Grappa Variable show up in Illustrator. Is there anything I can do to make it work?

I was planning to subscribe to Acrobat Standard, but the Adobe sales rep talked me into the new Acrobat Express to save money but without a feature comparison available yet on their Web site.  Now I’m completely lost in this new software. One of the main features I wanted was OCR, which Standard seems to offer on the desktop, but Express seems to be pushing me off to the Cloud version (included) for that and other services.  I have no intention of using the cloud; I want the advertised features local on my desktop. Can somebody please explain what the how to get OCR of scanned documents on Express?

Hi! I’m hoping someone can help me figure out how to cancel an Adobe free trial before I’m charged.I previously had access to the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite through school  while I was a student. That access has since ended. I was trying to make sure I could access/back up some of my files, so I created an account/profile and started a free trial for an Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise/Teams annual plan. I personally started the trial and entered my own payment information. The problem is that I cannot find any way to cancel it. When I go through my Adobe account, there is no option to cancel the plan. When I try to access the Adobe Admin Console, it says that I do not have access and that I need to contact my administrator.I’m confused because I am the person who started this new trial and entered the payment information, so I don't know who the "administrator" would be. I’ve also tried going through Adobe Support, but it continues to direct me to contact my administrator, so I

I had canceled my subscription on my phone app and was still charged the money. I was given an automatic refund but it was takwn away. Id like a refund

I used to do some amateur video editing with premiere and other video editing software when I was a kid (20yrs ago). I don't have the time like I used to and I have a lot of raw clips over the years of various events. I want to upload a bunch of clips, have AI review all the clips and put together a short video based on my input (quick highlights, theme, vibe, etc) Is Fi the tool for this? I tried other lower cost software but it seemed to just track random clips, randomly cut them and slap together with transitions and music/audio and not actually review or understand the raw content on what was a good shot/moment. I believe this is where AI has struggled in the past so wonder if adobe has this.

Since Dreamweaver 21.8 (on a Mac running 26.5.2) some on my old Project VII extensions have disappeared. Not all of them, but more than half. I had installed them using DMX Zone Extension Manager 1.3.0 (newest) years ago. The missing extensions still show as active in DMX. Now, with Dreamweaver 21.8, If I try to uninstall an extension (to then re-install it) I get an error saying that my menu.xml file is corrupt. There seems to be multiple files named that associated with Dreamweaver!Any thoughts?

How can I prevent the ‘Path/Simplify’ operation starting immediately, before I can access the Simplify options window? Every time I use ‘Path/Simpliify, I am unable to access the options window, because the Simpllify operation always starts immediately.

HI,I have PP and use MP4 files like most people do.I've now just discovered I can't add MP4 files to my cloud. So what's point of it then??Very disappointing! Can anyone explain the resoning behind this?Cheers,General cloud document storage: Only native formats like PSDC (Photoshop Cloud), AIC (Illustrator Cloud), XD, INDC, and certain PDF and InDesign files are supported. Direct uploads of MP4, MP3, AVI, GIF, JPG, PNG, DOC, PPT, XLS, and similar files are now largely blocked for upload as generic files.

I signed the free week plan but than the week ended and I forgot to cancel it and they discounted on my bank account, Can I be refunded?

I have a new Mac and tried to install photoshop.  It stalled at 48%.  won’t move forward can’t uninstall it.

I received this email from a fake Adobe site that I need you to look into:

Dear allThis photo is shared https://adobe.ly/4qauno1 but you cannot zoom 100% on it. The photo is 500Mpx (yes Five Zero Zero) it is not coming from Lightroom Classic with a synchronization and is not limited to 2650px. The 116Mo Jpeg of 500Mpx has been directly uploaded on https://lightroom.adobe.com/ with the full definition   The maximum Zoom level I get on the shared version is this    When the 100% zoom is that So my question is, why cannot you zoom 100% on a shared photo Kind regards

In one of the recent updates to Ai (Beta), I noticed that when I select an object it wants to hold onto the arrow automatically. It gets very frustrating. I tested the issue in the standard Ai and it didn't seem to click and hold onto items like beta. Is there a way to turn this "feature" off in the beta version or do I just need to just ditch the beta version to get away from it?

Hi,I just finished building a new pc, and I want to use my CS6 Production Premium on it.But, after installing CS6 Production premium, it tells me that the serial number X is already in ue by the maximum of 2 computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.I do not have access to those computers that are currently using my serial number, so I need help with remotely deactivating those computers using the serial number. And i was told that asking in here was the way to do it. :).

Gracias.

Hello People,May I request your help and assistance?Current Situation: I currently use two devices for my post-processing (Lightroom Classic & Photoshop):- iMac 2019 (Intel-based) - [primary device]- Macbook Pro 2019 (Intel-based) - [secondary device]Problem Statement: I have stopped receiving newer OS versions on my iMac, and every security update is slowing down the iMac. Therefore, I have decided to shift my post-processing to the MacBook Pro.My question: How can I transfer my settings and presets from iMac to MacBook Pro? Settings primarily include:- Work environment settings- Image export presets- Image processing presetsCaveats: The last attempt at transferring presets with the help of ChatGPT resulted in a disaster, and I lost 30-odd of my presets. Many thanksWith kind regardsTanmay Joshi

So I'm not new to print, having worked on some glossy perfect bound magazines for a few years. I'm due to start a new role on a newspaper. As it is UK tabloid size, I thought I'd mock up some layouts based on sizes available, but clearly this was before seeing the product – my InDesign margin, trim, bleed seem way out. So far what I gather: newspapers don't have bleed, I assume this is correct. Editorial, and adverts are type area only unless going across two pages where you have to account for the extra 20mm centre gutter. Also, what is this? The front half of the newspaper overhangs the back? Should this be accounted for in InDesign, or is a quirk of printing newspapers? I'd appreciate any pointers or tips on setting up InDesign, or newspaper production in general. I'm sure all will be clear once I start, but just wanted to get ahead.

I don't want any of my data or property stored outside my control. This is a real problem for security and NDA compliance.
