Under Plans & Payment there are no activated devices, I guess because it’s not a Creative Cloud license.  Support chat is no help and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to email.

We identified what appears to be a bug introduced in a recent Adobe Acrobat update. After updating Acrobat, PDFs fail to print correctly when "Choose Paper Source by PDF Page Size" is enabled. We were able to reproduce the issue on multiple machines and confirmed it was introduced by a recent update. Rolling Acrobat back to a previous version immediately resolved the problem. This particularly affects workflows using the PDF Printer, where the setting is required to preserve page orientation when packaging documents for digital signing.Posting this for Adobe's awareness, as we have implemented a workaround by rolling affected users back to an older version, but it would be great to see this issue investigated and resolved in a future release.Affected versions:26.001.21771 Planned update, Aug 01, 202626.001.21745 Planned update, Jul 23, 2026Previous version working:26.001.21691 Planned update, Jun 25, 2026

Hi!Working in a big organisation would it be possible/realistic to smoothly work with both Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve and  side by side. This meaning sharing projects, templates and graphics between the two. For example using the same graphic templates for lower thirds, credits etc without having to maintain two different setups? Thanks in advance for all input on this matter!

Hi! not sure how to use Communities, but Portfolio REALLY needs to let us choose the thumbnail in our videos! A default frame is NOT acceptable! Any info on how to get this to the right person is appreciated. Please help! Thanks! 🙂

why is it that Adobe have completely isolated themselfs from their customers, there is no email support only a ussles chat bot. i just want help from a real person, who knew how hard that would be in this modern day and age.

I need to change my password, because I can't remember my previous password, but there's no forgot password option

Hi

This only started happening I think with the previous (25.4?) update, or at least a couple months ago. Basically the Layers panel always starts collapsed after opening a new blank document. See screenshot below. I have to double click it to expand it. At first I thought it was an issue with my custom workspace, but then I tried enabling Essentials (Default) and resetting it, and it still does it! Things I've Tried:Switching to Essentials (Default) and then selecting "Reset Essentials" to be sureEnsuring the preference for "Auto-Collapse Iconic Panels" is uncheckedEnsuring "Auto Show Hidden Panels" is checkedEnabling / Disabling "Lock workspace" Things I've Noticed:For both the Essentials workspace (and even my custom workspace), if I hit Reset workspace, the Layers panel DOES expand how it should. However, if I then close Photoshop and re-open, new documents again start with it minimized. The panel is indeed collapsed, not just shrunken like you'd drag it small. Because w

My Photoshop subscription payment failed because my TrueMoney Wallet didn't have enough balance. I have already added enough money. I tried to update the payment method with the same TrueMoney Wallet, but Adobe still shows a payment failure. I need help retrying the outstanding payment of THB 350.96. How can I fix it?

I don't actually know for sure if these are smart guides or some other type of guide, but after the most recent update, this cross-hair started showing up over my cursor when the rectangle tool is selected:I always use only grid for snapping and have toggled Smart Guides on/off, restarted the program, looking around in preferences, etc. But I can't figure out what setting this cross-hair actually is, if it isn't a Smart Guide. I've never seen it before and it's extremely distracting. It shows up in every workspace and every document now.

Since updating to the latest Photoshop 2026 (27.x), the keyboard shortcuts (Mac) no longer work. However, they still work properly in Photoshop 2025 (26.2).How do I fix this?

Using Photoshop 27.4.0, Mac Tahoe 26.4, using my computer when working in Photoshop.  I used to be able to use Command H to hide the application as I worked between LR and Ps.  That shortcut continues to work on my older computer, on my new laptop, but for some reason no longer works on my Mac Mini.  The only way I can minimize it is to click on the yellow circle in top left corner.  I’ve gone into Keyboard Shortcuts, to View > Extras which shows the Command symbol+H.  How do I get the shortcut back the way I want it to work? Thanks in advance.

こんばんは😊YouTubeなどでよく見かける添付画像のようなものはプレミアプロでテキストの枠を作ることは可能なのでしょうか？

Hello everyone.I always select 2 objects. One of the objects must be a text box.The other object is a non text box object.(Note: Another object is also an image, but when the image is pasted inside the frame, I cannot access it.)Originally, a function of m1b could be specifically used to obtain image frames. But it is invalid for the exceptions mentioned above. So I came up with two solutions: non text objects and text boxes. Now I don't know how to modify the code below to obtain non text boxes. There are attachments. notTextFrames = getThingsWithFilter(items, function (item) { return item.hasOwnProperty('texts') && item.texts.length == 0 }, true); The current issue is that I don't know how to modify the code for notTextFrames. How to express the antonym of “hasOwnProperty”?Complete code:var doc = app.activeDocument, items = doc.selection,//graphicFrames = getThingsWithFilter(items, function (item) { return item.hasOwnProperty('graphics') && item.graphics.length > 0 },

Hello Team, I have tried on several attempts to connect my Facebook and Instagram account in Adobe Express and I keep receiving the message "Connection Failed"

When attempting to use the “Rotate Object” tool, it starts the process and right when I’d expect it to allow me to rotate the object it puts me back to before I’d hit transform with a pop up that fails to load. I initially thought it could be a credits issue however I have ample credits and have used the tool before. If I’m missing something I’d appriciate some help. There should also be a video attached to this. Thanks.

Can i use Lrc both on pc as well as mobile?

I'm reporting what appears to be a GPU rendering bug in Photoshop.I recently purchased a new HP Omen laptop specifically for Photoshop work, but I'm experiencing a persistent graphics issue that only occurs in Photoshop.SystemHP Omen Laptop Windows 11 AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU AMD Radeon 610M (integrated GPU) Photoshop 27.8 (also tested with 26.11.6)IssueRandom black horizontal lines appear only inside the Photoshop canvas. The artifacts usually appear while:Moving the mouse Panning the document Zooming Moving or transforming layersThe important detail is that the artifacts are limited to the image canvas only. The Photoshop interface (menus, panels, toolbar, etc.) remains completely normal, and the artifacts never appear elsewhere in Windows.I've attached a screenshot where the black line is visible only inside the canvas.Sometimes the issue becomes worse:Photoshop freezes. The screen briefly goes black. The laptop suddenly restarts. There is no BSOD.Importan

HI:I’m working on a facial rig. All the elements are shape layers. I want to drive the eyebrows with Nulls that control the path. I made the face shapes a few days ago. Today I went in selected the layer. Opened its contents and selected path. Then I went to Windows>Create Nulls From Paths and selected Points Follow Nulls. I got an error message stating, “Error: No paths selected.” Huh? There is a path selected. I went and created a new shape layer, set down a new path and tried to run the script again and it worked. Why is the older layer not functioning as expected?

I’m troubleshooting a PDF created from an HTML page using Print --> Save as PDF.Acrobat reports Tables > Headers – Failed even though the <TH> cells are correctly configured. I found a decorative vector Path associated with the <Table> tag, and artifacting that Path makes the Headers check pass.Is there a way to fix this at the PDF-generation or source level so the Headers check passes without manually artifacting the Path or deleting the tag in Acrobat?

I was on a monthly Plan & wanted to switch to Yearly Prepaid, I tried through my main account to change but didn't work, so I cancelled the subscription, tried to renew, purchase new one, & tried even different methods of payment monthly, annual monthly paid, Annual prepaid, from different bank accounts, UPI from different mobiles, PC & even Created a New Adobe account & tried to purchase from there also but the same response was there!  "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank.". My work has stuck because of it.
