I have a business account with multiple users. When one user activates a font, is there a way to activate that font for all other users on my business account? We use a combination of Adobe and non-Adobe apps. We have frequent issues where non-Adobe apps don’t have the fonts and get converted to paths. Ideally, there would be an option that when one user activates a font, it becomes active for all users and is made available in non-Adobe apps. Is this possible?

Boah Leute...

So I've been trying for a couple days to install Lightroom and Lightroom Classic. I initially tried using Lightroom_Set-Up_787q.exe, then after that gave me the issues I'll describe in a moment, tried Lightroom_Classic_Set-Up_747q.exe.The issues here apply to both installers. This is on a Windows 11 machine with up to date patches on both Windows and all drivers. I tried running the installer, then it launches a Firefox tab to login to the account, and does that three times. Then it gives me a 206 error, saying "installer cannot download Lightroom Classic because Adobe's servers aren't reachable."If I try to login via the installer itself, it still ends up with the 206 error. So it isn't a problem with Firefox. After some research, I tried launching it with Administrator privileges. This time, it does the login via Firefox only once. But then it just has a spinning circle that goes on and on. I've let it go for over an hour with no change to anything. Now when I do it via run as adminis

Hi Adobe Community & Adobe Staff,I am in desperate need of a human agent to help me. My main Adobe account (which hosts my entire professional Behance portfolio) has been locked out for over a month. The issue is a system loop: When I try to log in, it forces me to change my password. When I attempt to change it, I get an immediate error: 'Your account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts. Try again later.'Waiting days does not clear the lock. Standard Adobe Twitter Care and Behance Support both sent me automated bot replies saying they cannot bypass the security system. I am completely locked out of my own intellectual property. Can an Adobe Employee please DM me so I can provide my main account email and have this backend lock manually removed? This is severely impacting my career as a visual designer. Thank you.

Hi, I realized I was being charged for a subscription I thought I canceled after free trail. I am requesting a refund as I never used the service.

Help please! I have been charged 2 separate amounts by Adobe for the last 7 months (around AUD $420) and I don't have any subscriptions! I can't cancel my plan because there isn't one to cancel. I can't find any chat help or any phone number to call. How do I get these charges refunded?

Where the heck do you report a bug?  Now I know why the Adobe developers say they don't have any bugs in their queue.  No one can figure how to report one.I was also told they offer free installation support.  Where and how do you reach them?  I've scoured the website and can't find it.

Hallo! Hi everyone,Fit Clip dialog box is no longer appearing when I click OverwriteI'm having an issue with Premiere Pro. I checked the "Always Use This Choice" option in the Fit Clip pop-up during a 4-point edit. Now, whenever I click Overwrite, the "Fit Clip" dialog box (shown in the attached screenshot) no longer appears, and Premiere automatically applies the saved choice without asking.I want to know how to remove this default choice so that the dialog box shows up again. Here is what I have already tried: Went to Preferences > Timeline and clicked the "Reset Fit Clip dialog" button. Confirmed that "Show Clip Mismatch Warning dialog" is checked. Restarted Premiere Pro. Despite resetting it in Preferences, clicking Overwrite still bypasses the dialog box completely.Does anyone know how to clear the "Always Use This Choice" setting and bring the Overwrite dialog box back? Thanks in advance,Marcos A. I have Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Android cellphone (with the newest Andriod version) and on my iPad. I can easily connect to my OneDrive Account on the iPad app, but I keep on getting these messages when trying to connect the Andriod App to my OneDrive. I have tried on more than one Andriod device, but the problem is the same (both Samsung phones). I have also contacted out IT department. Can someone please give me an answer or guidance on how to solve this, please?  Thank you.

I create a website in portfolio ad I have two problems: 1) I add a new page and i choose Lightroom Collection. I then choose a collection that is still synchronized. I can use this page because I can point it as a link on another page. But why I don't see it in the list of pages?2) If I later add another photo to the collection it does not sync with portfolio and I do not see it on the web page that calls that collectionThe photos are perfectly synchronized with Lightroom Web. Why do not they synchronize with Portfolio? I tried:- disconnect and reconnect Lightroom Classic from my Adobe account- clear the browser cache- delete entire site e restart from scratch I am on Windows 11 and the Lightroom Classic version is 14.2 Build 202502071718-3869eef7Thanks in advance for any help you can give mePaolo

I’ve been experimenting with Photoshop for creating Roblox-style gaming thumbnails and profile graphics, especially for mobile viewers on YouTube and Discord. One issue I keep running into is that some text effects and character outlines look sharp on desktop but become blurry or overcrowded on smaller screens.I’m also testing different username styles and invisible spacing characters for cleaner gamer tags, but compatibility seems inconsistent across platforms. For creators working on gaming thumbnails or Roblox-related graphics:What canvas size works best? Do you sharpen before or after resizing? Are there recommended export settings for mobile clarity? How do you preview username formatting across platforms?Would appreciate any workflow tips from people designing gaming content in Photoshop

My contributor account was automatically deactivated yesterday right after I updated titles and keywords to clear up "Data Issues" on roughly 70 files that had been sitting there for quite some time. All assets in my portfolio are 100% my own original work.Portfolio had just started getting traction and making good money. And now this road block. I have already replied to the email ticket with full context. Could a staff member please escalate Ticket ADB-46534604-H1Y9 to the Compliance team for a manual review?Thank you,Mike

I've looked at all the posts and their answers. It's very frustrating. I've done all the suggestions. Still no scrollbar. If I adjust the page size manually -- pull it in or out -- the bars appear for a few seconds then disappear. I can't grab them. I cannot scroll up/down or side to side. Mac Ventura. Acrobat Pro version 2023.006.20320 Any other ideas or will there be an update to fix?

I’m using Adobe Acrobat on Windows 11.I opened a PDF in Acrobat and later closed the document. After closing the document, Windows still reported that the PDF file was in use by Adobe Acrobat and would not allow me to rename or move the file. The Windows message said that the action could not be completed because the file was open in Adobe Acrobat.Closing just the PDF document was not enough. The file became available immediately only after I completely exited Adobe Acrobat. After Acrobat was closed, I could rename the file normally.Expected behavior: once the PDF document is closed in Acrobat, Acrobat should release the file handle so the file can be renamed, moved or deleted without closing the entire application.Actual behavior: Acrobat continues to keep the PDF locked until the whole Acrobat application is closed.Environment: Windows 11.I can provide a screenshot of the Windows “File in use” message.

I am wanting to make name place cards for a wedding and have two copies of the place card on a single art board so these will print efficiently.I have done a data merge in word before but as my text is curved, I was hoping to do it in illustrator. Is is possible to use the one list multiple times on the same artboard but get the second place card to have the next name? In word you just add the phrase 'next record' at the beginning of your placeholder. Is there an equivalent option in illustrator?  Worst case my work around will be to split the first names into two columns but I'd rather see if this was an option first.

hii copied my lightroom catalogue to an expernal encrypted usb-drive. I can’t open it directly on the external drive (because it is read-only) so i copied it on my notebook (windows). When i open it in Lightroom it updates the catalog (which works fine) and then opens it …. unfortunately not a single preview is shown although i also copied those files with the catalogue(yes, i did not take all original photos with me as i intended to do most work in the catalogue section (where the previews would be enough to have).can i somehow get those previews to be shown in the catalogue?
