Hello everyone,I would appreciate your advice regarding my Adobe Stock subscription. Here is what happened:I signed up for what I believed was a 7-day free trial.Unfortunately, I did not realize it was an annual plan paid monthly.I missed the 14-day cancellation period. The subscription was set to be paid using my Visa card ending in 2477.For the past few months, the payment on that card failed because there were insufficient funds. On July 27, 2026, Adobe emailed me saying there was a payment issue and asked me to update my payment information.I did not click the link, update my payment method, or make any changes to my account.Later that same day, Adobe charged a different credit card that was already saved on my Adobe account for another subscription.I was surprised because I never changed the payment method for this subscription and did not expect Adobe to automatically use another saved credit card. Now, if I try to cancel the plan, Adobe asks me to pay an early cancellation fee of ap

I haven't saved the files on my local computer, only on my adobe cloud, and now I don't have access to it anymore, it's all gone. Is there a way to recover it?

I edit a TV series. There’s one more editor beside me and we share the projects through Team Projects. It doesn’t work right from the start, we have lost much time just by waiting for the projects to be opened, updated, published, but today I found no projects in the Manage Team Projects window on neither of computers. So as of today we cannot access the 10 episodes we’re working on, and our editing stops here. I won’t describe how I feel about that. What should I do to get our projects back?  WINDOWS INFO:Edition    Windows 11 Pro for WorkstationsVersion    25H2Installed on    ‎4.‎12.‎2024.OS build    26200.8894Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.334.0 DEVICE INFO:Processor    Intel(R) Xeon(R) Silver 4210 CPU @ 2.20GHz (2.19 GHz) (2 processors)Installed RAM    128 GB (128 GB usable)Graphics card    NVIDIA RTX A4000 (16 GB)Storage    17,88 TB of 29,03 TB usedDevice ID    33DEA5C3-8E63-4A0A-BB62-C252FADB0446Product ID    00391-50002-93814-AAOEMSystem type    64-bit

My Adobe account service plans will not show up. This wasn’t the case last time I extended my free trial. For context, I signed up about 2 weeks ago for a free trial, and then on the day it was going to expire, I saw that it can be extended for another 1 week, so I chose that option. Then today, as I am about to cancel my extended trial, my plans conveniently will not show up. Here is everything I have tried:cleared my browser cookies and cache signed out and signed back in again tried using Safari browser (instead of Chrome) tried it on my phone tried to remove my credit card information so that payment will not go through, but apparently there is not option at all to remove your card information. I can only edit the card details (it will detect if there is a wrong digit or cvv) or replace it with a new payment method. No option to remove at all. tried to look for a way to contact live support here: https://helpx.adobe.com/ph_en/contact.html and saw a “Start now” link at the bottom un

SummaryLightroom Classic’s built-in catalog backup takes approximately 14–16 minutes to create a 39.1 GiB ZIP containing 39.7 GiB of nearly incompressible .lrcat-data.I tested the same catalog with two local internal storage destinations: WD_BLACK SN850 1TB, PCIe 4.0 NVMe NAND SSD Intel Optane SSD 900P 280GB, PCIe 3.0 NVMe 3D XPoint Changing the destination from the SN850 to the Optane 900P reduced the duration by only 105 seconds, or 11.24%. The completed ZIP remained approximately 39.1 GiB.The main issue is that almost the entire backup consists of .lrcat-data that provides very little compression benefit.Actual resultsWD_BLACK SN850 destination Source catalog: D:\Lightroom\Lightroom Catalog.lrcat Backup destination: same physical WD_BLACK SN850 Completed ZIP: 39.112012 GiB Backup folder creation to ZIP last write: 15 minutes 34 seconds Intel Optane 900P destination Source catalog: same catalog on the WD_BLACK SN850 Backup destination: separate Intel Optane SSD 900P Compl

Hello,I created my Adobe account in February 2023.I can still see two photos that I edited in 2023 in my Lightroom account. However, I edited many more photos recently using the same Adobe account. Unfortunately, my Android phone was reset, and after signing in again, all of my recent edited photos are missing.Could you please check whether my recent photos or edits are stored in Adobe Cloud? If possible, please help me recover them.Thank you.

I was charged Rs 6200 after the 7 day trial period. I cancelled the subscription but got no refund. I want to cancel the subscription and refund the money

The free website tool appears to only allow 2 merges before locks into continual display of Adobe Pro offer every time you try to select files. This has nothing to do with number of pages etc. It is tied to number of uses/pdf(s) attempted to be made.Is the number of pdf(s) merged for free limited and why?

Virus: when attempting to install Adobe Reader, two additional viruses are installed. one named McAfee and another named Adobe Express Photos. The moment a program enters my computer without permission, scans files, and spreads across the system without authorization, it becomes a virus.

I am compositing a Redshift Render EXR in Photoshop. The compositing itself works fine, thanks to the OCIO implementation and the image looks as expected. However, when finishing the image for 8bit export, there is a problem with the "Duplicate to Profile" functionality: it shifts my colors. What's worse, adding an extra Step to the conversion process seems to fix this, so I think it's a bug. What's happening:I have my composited 32 bit ACEScg file. I press Edit > Duplicate to Profile and choose "sRGB 32 bit" as "Target Settings". This way, the colors change / desaturate, especially the blues / cyans. At first I though that this is expected behaviour due to sRGB having the smaller gamut, but then I realized that OCIO is supposed to preview the ACEScg file how it looks in sRGB, so it should NOT change when converting. After some more research, I confirmed this. Now the part why I think this is a bug, or jank:If you take that same 32 bit ACEScg file and use Duplica

I just discovered that my ColdFusion PMT 2023 server had run out of disk space on the volume where the PMT is installed (separate disk from where Windows is installed). This is a dedicated server running on Windows Server 2022.I added more space to the volume and tried to restart both the data store service and the PMT service.  The datastore service will start, but the PMT service will not. The Windows Event log had no useful information about why it won't start.  The PMT exception log says: [ERROR] 2026-07-17 12:38:46.675 com.adobe.pms.es.client.ElasticSearchClient - Datastore Service not available. TitleHow can I automate replacing model images in hundreds of Photoshop PSD files? (JavaScript, UXP, AI, etc.)BodyI manage a large number of Photoshop PSD files for an e-commerce website.Due to licensing agreements with manufacturers, we have to replace all model images with new licensed images every year.My current workflow is:Open a PSD file. Identify the model image being used. Search the new year's image folder for the corresponding replacement image. If a replacement exists, replace the model image. If no replacement is available, remove the model image and replace it with a product-only image. Save and close the PSD.I have to repeat this process for hundreds of PSD files, so it's extremely time-consuming.Current situationPhotoshop 2026 Some model images are Smart Objects, while others are placed JPEGs or EPS files. Layer names are not standardized. The image files provided by manufacturers have inconsistent filenames every year, so matching by filename is not reliable. Product nu

Is there a way, from an admin level, select which third party models we would like enabled? Or is it the case if we enable this, all third party models selected by adobe will be accessible by users?

Just upgraded from Phootoshoop 2025 to Phootoshoop 2026 (27.8.0). When running large batch jobs get this [removed]:Have 40GB RAM so that’s not the prob. My (wild) guess is that the Phootoshoopers have messed with the “close” command - files are closed but their RAM remnants are not purged.End up having to split single jobs into multiples (huge headache), never happened with Phootoshoop 2025. New versions are supposed to be improvements,  Phootoshoop????[edited by moderator]

I have watched this video which tells you how to export some metadata to a spreadsheet, but it uses “Get Attribute Name” under “Sequence Clips.” Unfortunately, metadata fields like “Description,” “Tape Name,” “Scene,” etc. do not seem to be available there. Can someone tell me where to find them? Many thanks!
