I need to move some of my text layers on an invitation to add one in between them. When I do move a layer, or turn off it’s visibility, it leaves behind a white cutout in the original position.See here where I’ve moved the black text up.

I’ve always had the glitch where if I change the name of a folder - if it's already a shortcut in my Mac OS Finder window it doesn’t change. It keeps the old folder name. Weirdly I just did that today and rather than drag the folder out and then drag it back in again, to get it to update, I just left it. Then I noticed this weird thing happening. When I’m in Illustrator and hit save, the folder name has the new updated name. But then when I leave illustrator and look at my Finder window the folder has the old name. I took screenshots of both (the old name had ‘Craig’ in it). Whats goings on here then? Why is it different?

I am a tech for a company trying to learn more about the Adobe ecosystem to help my clients get their work done. One of my clients has Adobe pro 2024 and has suddenly lost the ability to request e-signatures. It was visible before. Other users still have the functionality. My client does have a paid license and is on Windows 11. Steps taken:Repaired the install.I used acro cleaner to uninstall and reset defaults then restarted the PC.I reinstalled adobe pro-2024.I patched the installation 2400130264.Language set to Match the OS.There is no option to Disable new acrobat reader. The option never returned. Am I simply missing a setting within the app to put the option on all tools bars?I’m looking for a little guidance, if possible, on this issue. Thank you!

Hi everybody, I have a very big file which I can’t open in PS because the scratch disc is full. The size is 6800 x 4900px. The advice I have found online suggests creating 100GB of space. I have roughly 25GB on my Mac which only has 251GB in total. Is there a way of working out how much space you would need to open and work on a particular file rather than creating 100GB of space if that’s not necessary for that particular file. My file is very big at 6800 x 4900px but it’s only 4 layers. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks,Gareth

In Portfolio, it would be handy to add an option to download the pictures like in Lightroom mobile.

Started to get reports in Acrobat Pro v26.001.21691 watermarks set to “appear behind page” are sporadically not showing on the page at all.  We’ve never ran into this before.  We’re replicated this behavior across several machines and different PDFs.  Is this a known issue?

Hi everyone,After installing the latest Photoshop update, the application has become extremely slow. Opening PSD files, switching layers, using the Brush tool, applying filters, and saving files all take much longer than before.I've already tried:Resetting Photoshop preferences Clearing the cache Updating GPU drivers Enabling GPU acceleration Increasing RAM allocation Disabling pluginsUnfortunately, nothing has improved. My PC meets the recommended system requirements, and other Adobe apps work normally.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround? For reference, I also document software troubleshooting on Workervoice.in.

I'm using AcrobatPro (fully updated) on a Mac with macOS 13.6.7 and when I click the share button or select share from the menu the dialog box is blank. It was working peefectly fine until a few days ago. See screenshot.

I activated a free trial. Now I can’t cancel it in Google Play Store and I’m being billed.

For the first time since 2018, both my personal profile and my studio profile have been flagged as spam. I am absolutely shocked by this situation. Over the years I have received 34 awards on Behance, including Best of Behance, as well as recognition in Photoshop and 3D categories.   Some of my projects may share structural similarities, but this is purely a publishing system I created to make it easier to present new work and it has nothing to do with spam or deceptive behavior.I was proud to be a Behance Pro member, but I am deeply disappointed that such a serious decision was made without any clear explanation or evidence. Simply labeling my account as spam and removing my work from search visibility negatively affects both my business and the promotion of my projects. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed as a matter of urgency.Best,Artemii Lebedev

Using the cloud is a painfully slow process even though I have a fast internet connection.  plugging the phone into the computer provides access to apple’s camera files but not Lr’s.  I want to speed up that process.  Some other third party camera apps put there files into the same folder that Apple does but Lr does not

For some reason Premiere Pro won't let me save, save a copy, or save as for my project. I'm literally just stuck and can't save any work I do. I tried closing and restarting Premiere. I tried restarting the whole computer. Every time I open this particular project, it won't let me save any work I do in any form. Any ideas? Help! Relevant system information:

Copy / paste form fields between pages in a document behaves erratically.  After copying all (or a subset of) the form fields on a page, pasting them into another page only pastes some of the fields and changes their location and size. Acrobat DC 26.001.21691 on Mac 26.5.1

I'm installing CS5 on my new pc and got error, activation limit. PS is already activated on 2 other devices. Those pc's are long gone, formatted and sold.I'm looking for advice on support, they point me to forum. I read forum, they point you to support. I'm being balled around. Support says "I would like to inform you that we don't manage activations as well as deactivations of the perpetual Licenses from our end. Being an owner of your perpetual licenses you only can manage deactivations and activations from your end"How the heck am I supposed to de-activate them my self? I dont have access to those pc's anymore. Support don't have ability to deactivate my old product? I'm not buying that. They're saying no-can-do and are trying to sell me their new subsriptions too on the same breath. Every time on chat.Am I screwed now and forced to buy new photoshop? (certainly not any kind of subs.based software!) Is this how support is treating their customers nowadays?

Currently Lightroom Mobile on iOS can only import photos from the Apple Photos app. It would be great if we had the ability to import and save to iCloud Drive. I would also like the ability to be able to choose Lightroom as an app to open photos with when selecting “Open With” within iCloud Drive.

Hello there,I am new in 3D modelling and I am looking to experiment 3D models and animate them frame by frame for a video. My question is, which Adobe software should I be experimenting with? I know with Adobe Felix you can import a model and arrange it but is it only for still images? or can you potentially use it for frame by frame animating?I know its unlikely but is there anyway you can import a 3D model into After Effects and animate it there?Thank you for your help guys!

I have tried on every browser on my computer (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari) and the same thing keeps happening. The window pops up BRIEFLY and then the small red box appears at the bottom with “Something went wrong.” I saw online that maybe my work laptop’s VPN could be an issue, so I tried to change it on my phone. The pop up window appeared for a full 2 seconds before closing and the same thing happening. While the window is open on my phone, I can’t click on anything, and then it closes.A coworker had helped me purchase something a year ago because I didn’t have a corporate card. Since last year, I haven’t been able to change the payment information. Now if I buy anything, it automatically charges my coworker’s card. I need to change the payment method because this coworker is on a different team. They have a different budget and I can’t keep charging my team’s stuff on their budget.

Premiere Pro's media browser does not open Dropbox folders. Can't link files in the Dropbox folder. Is there are way to fix that?

I am a Adobe stock image contributer from India, recently my account deactivated without giving any reason. Adobe should give an opportunity to rectify the problem before deactivating any account without any proper communication with the contributer.
