Solved

In the Lightroom app on my iPhone,I can’t delete any imported photos,Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app,the problem still remains

Updated my OS and now Adobe Creative Suite doesn’t seem to work. Photoshop will not load at all and says broken. Have tried uninstalling but now cannot re-install.

I see today that the Creative Cloud Desktop app has changed. I use (or I used to use) this app to keep track of the different versions of Ps, Br, ACR installed. I could uninstall a version or reinstall an older version. I could also see whether there were any pending updates for any or all of the different version that I have installed. I currently have three version of Ps and three versions of Br installed. But with the newest version of CC Desktop I cannot see any Br or ACR app, and I only see the latest version of Ps. It did briefly flash that a new version of Ps was available, but then it also said there was a new version of CC Desktop. Now I can’t find the update for Ps.Very, very confusing.Any insight, observations, or suggestions would be appreciated.Peter

I am doing some improvement to scanned vintage wedding photos for a client. Firefly continuously changes the faces so they no longer resemble the actual humans despite specific prompt to not change the faces of the individuals in anyway. It’s wasting my credits!

Hi there,  My lightroom app was being slow, so I closed and reopened it. Upon doing so, I received a pop-up saying "this unlicensed app is not genuine and will be disabled soon" after 5 days. Needless to say, I have a subscription. Part of me isn't sure if this is somehow some cybersecurity threat by a bad actor, but if this is genuinely an adobe pop-up, it is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly poor customer service. Firstly, I am a genuine customer. The fact Adobe doesn't seem to know this is more than a little concerning. Secondly, the pop-up doesn't have an X to close it, and hasn't been accompanied by an email to confirm the pop-up is genuine. Thirdly, it means I cannot continue to work. I am not going to close the pop-up and will cease working until this is fixed. I would be most grateful for assistance. In providing assistance, I would be grateful for some fairly detailed advice. If I need to delete the app or some folders or something, please let me know how I

I have been using Lightroom Classic since version 2.  Currently using the latest version on a Windows 11 computer.  Everything is up-to-date.  For years I was able to get satisfactory prints from LrC and used the print module all the time.  However, for the past couple of years the prints have come out with a very pinkish cast to them that I cannot resolve.  I can print from Epson print layout, Qimage, and Photoshop with no problems.  But when I try to print the same image, same profile, same paper with the same settings using LrC the colors are never what they should be anymore.  Any suggestions?  I know how to use the print module.  I have had success with it previously.  I can get quality images with other printing software, but LrC has become a real stumbling block.  I'm using an Epson ET-8550.

Hi,1) Since a couple of weeks i experience frequent illustrator crashes. I send the reports all the time, but i'm starting to also get frustrated as the auto-save (set to each minute) does not work. Upon re-opening after a crash, it says it recovered a document, that it will load it as "file (recovered)", and then just loads the last save of it (without the 'recovered' mention in the file name). Is there a way to bring them back?2) I also have an error on opening of each  Adobe software mentionning :Error in /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Startup Scripts CC/Adobe Photoshop/photoshop_v2025.jsx / Line 2798:  No matching closing brace found3), Randomly, on copy paste, Illustrator prompts that i have an insufficient memory to perform. Once this alert goes in, i can't do anything, can't save, and have to manually force quit Illustrator. I work on a 1 month Old MBP from November 2024Apple M4 Pro24GB RAMmacOS 15.3.2 (24D81) I am loosing countless hours of wor

Playing around with the gen AI partner models in #Adobe Photoshop beta today to see the difference between that workflow, and doing some old fashioned content creation using stock images. Rather than a lengthy screen share, here is a short timeline showing the process. Adding a diver to the photograph using FLUX.1 Kontext [pro] within seconds (using an M4 Max MacBook Pro) and then the Harmonise function (which is truly amazing) to blend the asset into the scene seamlessly and easily with one click. Then adding a second asset in the same way. It took longer to compile the timeline video and render than to create the scene! For production design work I would use the Adobe Firefly model, or resort to stock imagery (and the lengthy search for the right image), but you can see it is a timesaver using the Generative AI Partner models. #generativeAI

I am running mac os 26.5.1, and since the point one update, any project that has to be converted from an older version of After Effects, the media will say it’s missing. When trying to replace the missing media by pointing to the missing file, it says Can’t import, found no matches for the selected file.If I open and resave every media file, it will import.

I cancelled my subscription and have been charged twice. Please help!

The file was saved. Tried opening it from Photoshop Home, and it says that “file cannot be opened because it was moved or deleted”. The file was not moved nor deleted. Checked my trash for my mac and photoshop itself but the file is not in there either. I tried opening other psd files I have as well just in case and it says the same thing. Please help.

Anything I search for in the Adobe Bridge quick search (in the top right of the app) yeilds zero results. I'm trying to search terms in my Sound Effects library. No matter what I search, no items are found. If I search a term in the general File Explorer (outside of the Bridge app) I get results.  I've unistalled and reinstalled Bridge. Still not working. I've downloaded the beta version of Bridge. Still not working.

Our entire ORG has the same issue: All Tools is blank.

While in a document, the All tools menu on the left shows all the options when the document first opens, but when you click on Edit or any other tab, all the options disappear and the column becomes blank for all tabs, even the All tools menu. This is happening for multiple users in our departments. The application will work normally at first, then will start having the issue randomly. Repairing or reinstalling does not fix the issue. Disabling the ‘new’ acrobat will allow the tools to be used, but this is only a workaround and not a solution to the problem.

One of my users is having problems were ever time they hit redact this document it completely gets rid of the tool bar options.  I have repaired the installed and updated to the latest version.  Plus I also reset the view panes and still have the issue.

The side menu that opens on the right side when you edit/esign a document is blank. This has been reported by multiple people as starting yesterday 6/17/2026 around 4pm central time.

MacOS Tahoe 26.2 using Acrobat Pro, anyone noticing the newest Adobe Acrobat update Build: 26.1.21662.0 when you select Accessibilty tool the next window is blank, suggested solution is to disable New Acrobat, is this going to be fixed soon

Hi All, I have had a few colleagues, including myself who have faced issues with editing a PDF on Acrobat. The Edit panel on the left-hand side has disappeared. We have done a restart, Force close, uninstalled and re-installed the application and still no luck.Is this a global outage for Adobe or just a glitch in the system

Hallo, mir wird seit Monaten Geld abgebucht, aber ich habe kein Abo!!! Es läuft über Paypal, das heißt, ich habe keine Kreditkarten Infos. Was soll ich machen?

Running on macOS Tahoe, anytime I try to fill and sign, or edit a document, the tools vanish, panel goes blank and will not return.

I have this version of adobe. How can I create a text box with an arrow pointing at an object in a drawing or photo? Please use pictures in your response. Thank you

This latest update has broken the Toolbar. If you select anything in your toolbar, it will go black and stop being interactive. The only way to bring it back is to close the file. Workaround is to Disable new Acrobat. What is the actual problem with this company? Multiple times a year they just push updates that break things. Do you have a Q&A department?
