Solved

I am facing a billing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. My credit card is already added and active, but I am receiving a "Billing Problem" notification and the payment is not being processed. Also, payments for March, April, and May appear to have been charged, but invoices were not generated or are not available in my account. The issue started in June. Could you please check my account, provide the missing invoices, and help resolve the payment issue?

The AI function interferes with my ability to get an answer. It only provides data on unrelated issues.I have been using Lightroom classic for more than a decade. I uploaded about 50 photo files into Lightroom classic a week ago and worked on some of them.Today, they are not listed in the collections panel by date on the left like all of the other files I have uploaded over the years. The newer files are always listed at on the bottom of that panel. I can only find them in the section of files without key words. When I pull them up  I get a (File can not be found.) on all of them. I did not move them, at least I did not intend to move them, but thy are not accessible to someone with my limited skill set. Of course, I had to delete them to use my only memory card to update the camera firmware. Is it possible to recover these files? Or am I screwed? Can someone blessed with natural stupidity provide and answer? Thanks

in the photoshop and illustrator, when i follow the suggestion and type CMYK value, the result is totally different to the correct color.how can i fix this?

i was recently on temu and i took a screenshot of a dress i liked. then later, i was on adobe firefly and i gave it a reference image of a person and a DIFFERENT outfit. i did not upload that dress at all onto any adobe apps. instead of giving me my requested images, you hacked into my computer and used that exact dress that was NOT uploaded ever. i am concerned that you are hacking into my devices, and that is not okay. you must stop this immediately, and this is VERY ILLEGAL so if you dont want me to report you, kindly stop hacking my computer.have a nice day.

I have a stray section in the middle of my website builder I want to delete altogether. Can’t find where to do this anywhere and it’s too late to “Undo”. Is there a simple menu I am missing?

I have big issues to export my Indesignfile to PDF. I really need help. I have tried all that I can find in Adobe Helpcenter. Restarted my Mac etc.  The error message I get is 'This document contains links to files/URLs that are not accessible.' Check your network connection or the original content source. And this: '2 issues (1 error) found with background data. Could not export PDF file.'

In LRC and ACR can’t apply Adaptive Color profile. In LRC nothing happened in preview (no image change, but when copying settings form earlier images that used this setting you get error information  “Failed to apply adjustment to following photos. An unexpected error occurred while processing. (1)” then name of image. In ACR I got “Could not update all AI Settings” error. It worked on v.14.x version and older ARC. Also if Adaptive Profile was applied it is still possible to edit this image correctly.Strangely didn’t found problems with other AI features (masking, de-noise, depth blur, etc), that seem more AI heavy. My config:Lightroom Classic version: 15.3.1 [ 202605261338-e36f8566 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: en-PLOperating system: Mac OS 15Version: 15.7.7 [24G720]Application architecture: x64Logical processor count: 8Processor speed: 2,0GHzSqLite Version: 3.36.0Adobe GSDK Version: 1.4.0.213Power Source: Plugged In, 100%Built-in memory: 16 384,0 MBDedicated GPU memory used

I am writing to formally dispute unauthorized charges that have appeared on my account following the cancellation of all my Adobe subscriptions.I completed the cancellation process in full, and I expect no further charges to be made against my payment method. Despite this, Adobe has continued to bill me — which is unacceptable.

Nao estou conseguindo cancelar .

Boa tarde.

7 day trial of Lightroom cloud 9.3.2. It seems good overall, but the location data I updated across 400 photos is not exporting with the jpg files.Pretty annoyed about this really as I now have to tag them again in another app.  Its a deal breaker really and I’m sure there must be other apps similar to lightroom that export location data with the photos metadata.Windows 11 Pro 64 bit

:((fantasydet

Photoshop horizontal scroll bar goes the wrong way when using the scroll wheel button. I have a wireless mouse that you can press the left or right side of the scroll wheel and it will scroll left or rightt accordingly. This works perfectly fine in other Adobe programs like Illustrator and InDesign. But it goes the wrong way in Photoshop and PS beta. When pushing the button to the left, the scroll bar should move left. This is how AI and ID work, and web browsers, and everything else, and is the correct direction. However, in PS and PS beta, pushing the button left cause the horizontal scroll bar to move to the right, which then causes the document on screen to move left. It is very counterintuitive, and makes Adobe programs inconsistent and frustrating to use. In comparison, when scrolling up or down, the vertical scroll bar moves in the direction you scrolled, and the document in front of you moves the opposite direction. Left and right scrolling should mirror this behavior

Hi all, can someone contact me please. I only started a free trial due to desperation in not being able to upload a word doc for work. I forgot and got charged. I cancelled my plan about 6 days ago

I have a question about the subscription cloud version. Until recently, I had a plan with a dozen or so user access points. It expired a few days ago. During that time, I purchased a new plan, but as a new one. It wasn't an extension of the previous one. Several users stored their files in the cloud on the old plan. Is it possible to download these files directly to a user's computer or connect them to the currently active cloud? I tried sharing files through the Admin Console, received a link with the content (.cclibc file) and imported it using something like Photoshop, but I can't see anything.

This just happened to me today. I only needed illustrator for a month so I signed up for the month 19.99$. I checked today when the month is over because I wanted to cancel before the month renewed as I didn't need it any longer. I went to my account and ended the Illustrator which it stated that July 4th would be the last day. Great! I thought. Then I noticed that Creative Cloud Pro was listed underneath and thought that was odd because I never signed up for the Pro. I only used illustator. So I went to cancel that, even though I never signed up for it and it states that to cancel that early would I would be charged 109$ That also had a July 4th date so I was like, okay I'll just wait until the exact day (which is scam that you ahve to cancel ON THE DAY. Adobe is truly hoping people forget). about 20 minutes later I get a notification from my credit card that Adobe has charged me 164.95$ For what, I have no idea. It wasnt early termination fee b/c that is 109$. If it's for CCPro I sho

How do I reach out to customer support for a refund on my creative cloud pro subscription? My student status expired and I was charged far more than I was prepared for. The subscription was renewed today and I cancelled today
