Solved

I am having a difficulty with the Automate batch function in Photoshop. I don't want to use image processor because I need to upsize images with the new Preserve details 2.0.  I create an action: 1 from an open image resize 200% saves as and close. Before I went to the automate batch option I could select the source folder and the destination and it would work perfectly. No more now.I always get this message "There were no source files that could be opened by Photoshop". it is quite an absurd message as I point the source to the folder that contains the images. I know that I have not recorded the open image in the action but this was never necessary as once you selected the folder in the automate batch as a source it would open those files inside and run the action.Has this changed now? I have tried "supress file options dialogs" but same result. Is it now compulsory to also save the open file step so that the automate batch runs correctly the action?. I really think this

I am trying to have students invite me to their albums with edit privileges with a weblink from Lightroom for the web. I can see how they Invite with edit privileges by email. They can click the Invite button, change the dropdown to “Can Edit” and send me an email. But, I do not want 90 emails. I want to do this by link so they can paste that link into Canvas. But when I do the share with just the Copy Link , it is view only and I do not see a pop down control to change that to “Can edit”

Is there any way to disable this feature? I routinely convert flat backgrounds into layers by option-double clicking the layer, but that also resizes the whole document window. Older versions of Ps didn’t use to do this.

I have a .csv listing my marker names, start, duration, cue, and description. The .csv should be able to be imported, but Audition refuses to accept it. So I have a few questions:-Can the markers be imported to a session?-My timeline is BPM, does it have to be a timecode, like 00:00:00? My spreadsheet is BPM such as 15:1.00-What are the columns named? I have seen so many varieties, some with an "end" column some without, etc. Does anyone know the exact column names and which ones we need?-Is there an easier way to make markers in a session? For my current project I would like every quarter beat to have a marker, but doing it by hand seems so unnecessary and time-consuming.

I am receiving the same error message on my PC when I try to open pdfs or zip files sent to me.  These are from multiple sources and so they can’t all be incorrectly decoded, as the message states.  However, I can open the same files on my laptop.  Please explain.Thank you05/07/2026

Hi! I get an error every time I try to generate an image in Adobe Firefly. The prompt is fine, no policy violations. I've tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and using a different browser — nothing helps. The error appears right after clicking Generate.

I'm planning on purchasing a new laptop. My only heavy use is Lightroom Classic.  I seldom use Photoshop.  I never game.  The rest is online stuff and MS Outlook.I currently have a Dell Inspiron 14 Plus with 16GB DDR5, 1x 8GB onboard + 1x SoDIMM 8GB, 4800MHz, an Intl i7-12700H (2.30 GHz) processor;  a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card,  and 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Solid State Drive.I am upgrading to take advantage of advancements in components.  I don't want to spend more than $1,200 and ideally less.  Since most laptop makers offer specific choices, what I'm looking for is specific advice on what I should go for in order to improve/speed up LR Classic (perhaps the best graphics card) and areas where I don't need to get the best (I've heard that 16GB of RAM is sufficient for LR.Thanks in advance!

I have been using Adobe Illustrator for several years and never ran into issues regarding the fonts but recently, as of the past several months my fonts will deactivate on projects. I know it's best to expand texts to avoid this happening but on a lot of projects I need to go back to and quickly revise on a monthly basis. With that being said, my fonts on a whole project have been deactivated and are showing that I have no fonts downloaded on creative cloud. However, if I go to Adobe Font, all of my fonts are still "activated". It's a lot of back and forth to fix this issue, I am wondering if anyone has run into this issue and if so, what are your suggestions to correcting it? I work on a MacBook Pro.

I have a customer that's on Adobe Acrobat Reader 2019.012.20040, with Windows 10 Pro x64 Version 1809, and when he tries to open a certain document, he gets the following error: "Cannot find or create the font 'ArialMT'. Some characters may not display or print correctly."So far, the user has uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Reader, his computer was wiped and re-imaged with a new Windows 10 baseline, we've added the ArialMT TrueType font file to Windows 10, and he's installed the DC Font Pack (my suggestion): Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Font Pack (Continuous) - For Acrobat Reader DC version 19.x But he's still getting the error.  Are there any suggestions as to resolve his issue?  Thanks.

I want to set Indesign keyboard shortcuts to conform to macOS conventions. alt-arrow : move by words  shift-alt-arrow : select by words alt-delete : remove words backwards command-arrow : move to the line extremitiesThose shortcuts are set but I can’t find a way to set the deletion to the end or the beginning of the line. Do you know where it’s located in the shortcuts table ?

Hello,I would like to create a character designer adding automatically “underline + quotation mark” to a selected text. How to do it ?

I am creating a form with labels next to check boxes. I needed to move some objects around. A) Why can I no longer group select by dragging around multiple objects? Now I have to move each object seperatly?B) Why on earth do these individual text boxes keep automatcally merging into one another when I DO NOT WANT THAT!!!! How do I make that stop? TIA!

AS of a few days ago, when I create an object mask, LrC seems to have defaults for the masking (Exposure, texture, clarity)I did not set a preset for these, I don’t use presets. The preset is set to “default”Screen grabs belowIs there a way to eliminate these preset settings? Thanks

I received this email today from the above address telling me that I have duplicate subscriptions and that I have to delete 1 otherwise I will be charged for both. I did not click the links provided, instead I went to my CC account to have a look. There was no duplicate account. I think this was a scam bait. Has anyone else received such an email? Be careful. Don't click links.

Hi everyone,I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro (version 2020) back in 2021 with a license for three devices. I installed it on three laptops, but two of those machines are no longer in service. When I attempted to install the software on new laptops, I received an error stating that I had exceeded my license limit.I contacted Adobe Support to explain the situation and requested a reset of my license count. Unfortunately, the support representative informed me that they couldn’t reset the licenses and insisted I purchase a new subscription. I find it quite surprising—and frankly disappointing—that a company like Adobe doesn’t offer a way to reassign licenses from decommissioned devices. After spending over an hour on the phone, I’m still stuck: I own valid licenses, but I can’t use them.Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you resolve it or escalate it to someone at Adobe who could actually help? I’d appreciate any guidance. So far, my experience with Adobe’s support team ha

Hi. Sorry for interrupting your day, but i want request to add bezier tool like CorelDRAW in Adobe Illustrator. Thank you

I have a serial number for Acrobat XI Pro that I purchased years ago. I recently formatted my computer to sell it, and bought a new computer. I now cannot install Acrobat Pro XI on the new computer because it says I need to deactivate it from the previous computer. I cannot do that--It's been formatted. I contacted customer support and they won't deactivate the previous installations from their end because it's end-of-life and they want me to buy a subscription for Acrobat DC.  Is there really no way to do this? I don't care if it's EOL, it still works for me--I don't need anything fancy. I just want to use the software that I paid for even if there is a new version out there. Please advise, and thank you.

When I attmpt to print a PDF document it only prints first page,   when all pages are selected.  I tried to ust the print certain pages, and it only prints the first page listed.  If i want to print the whole document, i have to select each page individually.  tThis is happening no matter how i try to print it or where from.  I have tried redownloading the document, but that does not help.
