Hi everyone,I’m looking for guidance regarding a recent subscription charge for Adobe Acrobat Premium purchased through Google Play.I was charged ₹2,600 for the subscription (Transaction ID: GPA.3347-3337-9327-71229). I submitted a refund request through Google Play, but it was denied under their policy. This subscription renewal was not intentional, and I have either not used the service or used it minimally. I would like to request help from Adobe regarding a possible refund as a one-time exception.Has anyone faced a similar situation and successfully received a refund from Adobe after Google denied the request? If so, could you please guide me on the best way to proceed?Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I paid for a one-month subscription to Adobe Firefly for INR 1199/- The money was charged, but the subscription is not active

Hello, I would like to install the 2022 version of After Effects but I can't find it between the older version option. I can only install the 2024 and 2023 versions in the Creative Cloud app. Can you please help me install the 2022 version? Is this still possible? What are my other options if you can't install it using CC apps? Thanks for the help.I need it for creating AET templates.

I’ll ask it to change the color of a certain element of the photo, and it will expand outside of the prompted area. “make this stripe blue instead of purple” would change many many more elements in the photo.  This needs to be fixed.

What process/sequence should be used to get ‘raw’ (just downloaded from my camera) into the right size/resolution/ for general web and thumbnails. What I have been trying:  Crop the image (jpeg) (mine range from 2000 kb - 5000 kb) Scale the image to a width no wider than 1200 px for pc screens. Export the image at 1x and .7x-.8x webp format.  (The latter sizes for Thumbnails)For people who do this on a regular basis, what process do you use?  (My AI defaults to 72 ppi)

I cannot create a new catalogue in Lightroom CC any drive (external or c:\).This is something new as last week I did not have this problem. When selecting create new catalogue and browsing to the any hard drive location and selecting “create”, nothing happens. In Catalogue settings the path/ location to the catalogue I have been using and continue to edit in reflects the right drive etc and its also correct in the backup menu however there is a “Path (*Offline)”. I can work on/edit in the current catalogue and back it up on exit to the drive I am working on but there is still a “Path (*Offline)” showing. There is no issues with catalogue integrity. There are no other back ups listed here other than the one I am working on with the correct drive letterI have uninstalled/reinstalled LRC, I have updated windows 11, I have reset LRC defaults. I right clicked the execution file/ LRC launcher icon and have selected properties and under security tab I have given full access to all the users li

I’ve been paying for my Adobe CC for years (many) even though it supposes to be free because I’m employed at a college (a lot of fellow employees get Adobe). A lot of insanity has been going on for the past several years (triple bypass, losing my autistic child after be brutalize, wife leaving, etc. - you know, life stuff) meanwhile it just took me two and a quarter years to recently build a new computer because I couldn’t upgrade the full 256 gb ssd on my old one that I was only using for surfing the web and email. When I looked into my bills that my ex wife handled I discover I was being charged twice a month for Adobe. So I was finally able to get past the good for nothing new AI customer rep. and Adobe refunded me for almost a year of charges. They said to let them know what I wanted to do so I just let it slide as I was not ready to start using Adobe quite yet again. But I was still getting charged. So when I just looked at just cancelling and try to start all over fresh with my n

Hello Adobe Community !I’ve been working with After Effects for years, and like many of you, I’ve had to constantly upgrade my hardware just to maintain a normal level of productivity—without seeing any significant improvements (though a more powerful processor and graphics card do really help me work normally). But in recent months, I’ve had to revert to the computing habits of the 2000s, using heavy 3D software, because After Effects—despite a complete reinstallation of Windows 11 Pro less than a year ago, the installation of a high-performance NVMe SSD (Samsung 990 Pro), major operating system updates, and the precaution of working on version 24x, the most stable version I’ve ever had, significantly slows down my entire machine after 2 to 3 hours of work. After that time, I have to shut it down via the Task Manager to restore my PC’s usual fluidity; otherwise, everything becomes slow, laggy, and impossible to use.The mouse freezes or becomes extremely slow; every movement, every edit,

It’s really frustrating that I can’t upload both a video and an image as references at the same time. Kling 3.0 fully supports this feature natively, but Adobe Firefly doesn’t allow it at all—it’s seriously stripped down and crippled.
