Solved

Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was deactivated on May 23, 2025 due to AI-generated content, and I submitted an appeal on the same day.Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up requests, including on February 1, 2026 and March 1, 2026, and I also submitted a new support ticket recently. However, I still have not received any response. It has been a very long time without any update regarding my appeal.Could a moderator or Adobe staff please advise me on how to proceed or help escalate my case?I also had a remaining balance in my contributor account and would appreciate clarification on whether it is eligible for payout.Thank you.

I’m trying to animate some still images and the clip on track V2 is not showing up in the Program Monitor.  In screenshot 1 what is showing in the Program Monitor is the image from V1.  If I toggle that track off, as shown in screenshot 2, the clip above it on V2 does not appear.  Why not?  Thank you.

So, I've had this problem for years now, but always found some way to work around it without fixing the problem.I edit a video and when I'm done and wanting to export soon, I notice problems with nested sequences. I know there have been a lot of similar, solved cases, but none of the explanations helped for me. It's not like Premiere can't find the clips, just random parts of those nested sequences are blank. If I click on the sequences that are making problems, the clips inside look perfectly fine. This has costed me countless hours over the years. Thanks in advance!

After the latest updates to Premiere 2026, when I create a color matte to mask something in my video using the Color Picker, the color that Premiere uses to create the color matte is darker than the original color I selected.Same computer, just after an update.  In the example, I tried to create this circle to cover the area where the mouse cursor is. I used the color picker to select that specific dark gray, but it created a darker Color Matte ( oval circle).I’ve always done this and never had any problems.

Hi All, I need to sign a form using ertificate based digital signature. However, currently I am unable to boot my laptop into windows and running it on ubuntu 24.04.  Is it possible to create and use certificate based digital signature online without any subscription?

Hi, I’m looking for any info or feedback on this topic. I’m trying to create a press-ready editable business card template PDF for a client.I’ve created the artwork in Indesign (CMYK) and exported to PDF where I’ve added required fields using the ‘Create a Form’ functions. My first question is about colour space, because it’s looking like the editable fields are in RGB colour space? If so, that leaves the client with artwork that is not press-ready.Secondly, I’m assuming i’ll be stuck with the standard/basic font selection (ie Arial).I’m starting to think this just isn’t a viable offering for clients - too much can go wrong. Long names that wont fit without specific kerning, addresses that require more lines than allowed, or just general user error could result in a printed card that looks wrong.Anyone else done this with successful results? Cheers.

Hello, I am experiencing some issues while generating images. Sometimes the system returns an error and does not create the image, but the credit is still deducted from my account and is not refunded. Because of these technical problems, my available credits keep decreasing unfairly. Additionally, during busy hours, when I enter a prompt and click generate, the request does not activate immediately. I often need to click multiple times before it responds, which can cause several requests to be sent at once. As a result, multiple credits are deducted unnecessarily. I would appreciate it if you could review this issue and help resolve the credit loss caused by these system problems.

Hello, I found out that my account was blocked this morning. However, I have no idea why it was blocked. All of my prepared content has separate working files. I can share these with you. Also, I requested a payment on April 23rd. This payment had been pending until yesterday. Could this be related to the blocking of my account? I would appreciate it if you could provide some information. Note: Since I cannot log into my account, I wasn't able to send my ID, unfortunately.

Can I get a report to see the last login date per user in the Admin Console?

Hello everyone,I am seeking guidance regarding my Adobe Stock contributor account, which was recently deactivated due to suspected unusual activity.I have already contacted Adobe Contributor Support and submitted two requests: Case ID: 00486702 Case ID: 00506551 It has now been over a week, and I have not yet received any update regarding my account status. All my uploaded content consists of original vector designs, and there was no intention to violate any guidelines. I believe my recent increase in upload activity may have unintentionally triggered the system.I would greatly appreciate any advice from the community or if someone from the Adobe team could kindly review my case.Thank you for your time and support.

This is the first picture I ever submitted to Adobe Stock and it got rejected due to “Quality Issues”. Can someone help me figure out what exactly is wrong with it? I made sure not to have too much noise in it (it isn’t even low light), not to go too crazy with the color sliders, etc. I made very slight adjustments to it in Lightroom. Still, it got rejected. Why is that? Thank you in advance.

Dear Adobe Stock Team,I would like to kindly request your assistance regarding my contributor account, which has been deactivated for over one month.I have already submitted an appeal form and contacted support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or clarification about the reason for the deactivation.I am a contributor who mainly uploads original works (such as patterns and design assets), and I always aim to comply with Adobe Stock guidelines. If there has been any unintentional mistake (such as metadata, similarity, or policy misunderstanding), I am fully willing to review and correct my submissions accordingly. At this moment, I am not sure what caused the issue, and I would sincerely appreciate it if you could provide more details or kindly arrange a manual review of my account.Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your response.Best regards,[Personal information removed by moderator.]

I am a teacher and used to get the discount code applied on my account but recently it changed without my knowlegdge and Im now paying the full £66 per month. If I want to cancel I have to pay the cancellation fee so I wondered if it was possible to just apply my teacher status back onto my acccount?Would it be possible to reactivate my teacher discount and re-imburse me for the months that I have been paying the full cost?

I have an accidental GCash auto-debit charge and I would like a refund under the 14-day cancellation policy"I am writing to respectfully request a refund for an unexpected auto-renewal charge of Adobr Pro that was deducted from my GCash account.

I have recently downloaded several files that claim to be vector and either aren’t, or are clearly generated with image trace, which makes them unusable to me. I am also unable to tell the poor quality of the vector art from the image preview. How do I report these? I found one answer toReport in Stock Community Forum: Post the file numbers in the Adobe Stock Community forum, where staff and volunteers review complaints. This does not seem like a helpful idea or place for solutions to happen.

Need to cancel subscription asap

Why cant I just cancel my subscription, I dont have the money to pay for it right now. This is a 22$ a month plan that if I cancel 12 days before I get charged, it will require me to pay 4 and a half months of service that I dont get and cant afford 91$,  no I did not buy the yearly this is a monthly plan that they refuse to let me cancel untill the last 3 days of the month, Absolutly rediculous this is exactly what unity practically tried doing but on a whole different scale of robbery because when you get charged 91$ you dont even get to use it for the next 4 and a half months if I was some one who could make a good argument I would sue them on this!

We have only one powerful machine  at office but all developers work remotely on their laptops so  we are following this approach.   →  On powerful machine i,e workstation we have same set of files of videos (high resolution) which we will render .You can see my nested sequence timeline as shown below in the attachmentWe tried to export with fcpxml but there  effects and  animations were getting removed. so we switched to generating .prproj file sending it  AME automatically as a job.

Every time I open a PDF file, the bookmarks panel is automatically displayed, and I have to take the extra step of closing it, because I do not use bookmarks. I see that there is an option to change how a particular PDF file opens, but most of the PDFs I work with are not saved, so I want to change the settings for Adobe so that it does NOT open every PDF with the bookmarks panel displayed. Please help!

Hello, I am writing to report a problem I recently encountered with Acrobat on Windows 11.Since the latest Windows 11 updates, Print production tools has not been working.I think I have found the source of the problem; at least I have solved it for myself, so while waiting for a potential patch, this may help others. For me, it was related to access rights to the Config.Msi folder, which contains the RBF files used by Acrobat. Windows was preventing access to this folder. I simply restored administrator rights to this folder and now it works again.I think the Windows update is trying to better protect users, but it conflicts with Acrobat when you try to switch to Print Production Tools mode.Is this a problem that will be patched? Thanks

my thumbnails are not loading.  I thought reloading lightroom classic would help

I have a weird issue where when protected mode is turned on, adobe runs perfect but limits some of the files I can open in my company dropbox folder (Says access denied). But when I turn protected mode off, I can open the files, but adobe runs terribly slow and freezes constantly. Does anyone know of a fix where I can have protected mode off and still run smooth?

i added a basic 3D object and it switched over to Advanced 3D and then all of a sudden there was no ability to turn on DOF on the camera as you can see in the attached the only option is zoom. when i click on setting for the camera DOF is greyed out as well.

There was originally a piece of code used to obtain the height and width of an image.I found that when an image is distorted in InDesign, using this aspect ratio calculation is incorrect.This code can only be used to obtain the "usable width" of the image in the ID.Cannot execute s.redefineScaling([1, 1]);Because it may be a design requirement at this point.How to obtain the original height/width ratio of an image?Thank you.var image = app.activeDocument.selection[0];var imagePath = image.itemLink.filePath;var myResolution = 350;var hScale = image.horizontalScale * (myResolution / image.actualPpi[0]);var vScale = image.verticalScale * (myResolution / image.actualPpi[1]);app.preferences.rulerUnits = Units.MM;var myFile = new File(imagePath);var myDoc = app.open(myFile);myDoc.resizeImage(undefined, undefined, myResolution, ResampleMethod.NONE);var w = myDoc.width.value * hScale * 0.01;var h = myDoc.height.value * vScale * 0.01;
