I'm trying to mask with a rectangle the gaussian blur effect on a clip, but it's not showing the pen/rectangle/ellipse options on the gaussian blur panel control. I'm running version 26 (Build 72) on macOS Tahoe 26.2

Hello, how do I request for a refund here? I was using the free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro but I forgot about cancelling the free trial. Yesterday, I was charged through my Touch N' Go e-wallet and I was wondering how can I request and get my refund as I am not using the software anymore? Thank you.

Hello All, On my Windows 7 PC I noticed the Acrobat menu bar is missing -- the one that says something like "Acrobat Reader" then File, Edit, View, Window, Help. I have tried:F9 (and F8 for good measure)On vertical menu (click on 3 horizontal lines top left): View>Show/Hide no Toolbars options are there (only Side panels, Rulers & grids)Repair installRe-installI still see it on my (Macos) laptop so I know it exists so is there a way to get it back? I appreciate any advice on this.

InDesign 2026 crashed while I was actively working on an INDDC cloud document.Since then, opening this file immediately causes InDesign to crash with a “serious error” message.Other INDDC files open normallyLocal .indd files open normallyRestarting macOS and InDesign does not helpThe file exists only in the cloud. There is no way to open, duplicate, or convert it to a local .indd file. Adobe has also removed the ability to pause or disable syncing, so there is no recovery path when a cloud document is corrupted.I’ve tried restarting, signing out/in of Creative Cloud, opening from Recents, force-quitting Core Sync, and going offline. None worked. This makes INDDC unsafe for production work.Is there any official way to recover or export content from a crashing cloud document? Is this a known issue in InDesign 2026?

I want to ask about integrating a third-party digital membership card platform with Adobe. We are using a third-party platform called Membershi pAnywhere for generating and managing digital membership cards. Please let us know if Adobe supports integration with third-party platforms like MembershipAnywhere and what APIs or options are available for this type of integration.Thank you.

I'm having trouble giving 13 users (out of total 87 users of various Adobe Products) access to Premium Generative AI Partner Models (Topaz) in Photoshop. I have Contract Administrator permissions, and those 13 users all have Creative Cloud Pro licenses. The only Settings that show up for me are in these screenshots...what am I missing?

I have an ADOBE CC PRO subscription. Not Business. I've been using it for a long time and it worked until now, but today when I try to use it, I can't use the AI-powered selection tools in ADOBE CAMERA RAW. It says "unable to load AI selection model." However, the people and object selection tools in Lightroom work. The selection tool in Photoshop + Photoshop Beta, as well as the object and people selection tools, also work. Only ACR is giving me the error. My device has an RTX3070 and 32GB of RAM. I've been using it smoothly and quickly until now. I don't think it's a problem with my device. What could be the problem? I can't delete and reinstall ACR; there's no such option in the CC desktop application. I thought if I did a clean install, it would work, but I couldn't. I'm sharing photos of my settings below.

Hi, I'm working on some project and need help, I have two text fields "Text1" and "Text2" in text1 there will be binary code I need text2 to translate that into text and show result, is that possible?

Hi,For the last 8 years I've been creating documents where I save layered PDFs as the final version.  Often I am required to revisit these layered PDFs to amend items on individual layers.   I have noticed that when people create these documents in the latest version of illustrator and save it as a PDF the layers are no longer visible in my slightly older illustrator programme. It apears as a flattened file.  I'm happy to update illustrator and use Ai. files but how can I retain access to the 8 years worth of old documents with layers.  I can't go through and resave all of them as Ai. files (there are 1000s). Is there a way I can switch to an earlier version of illustrator (whilst still having a new version installed) so that I can continue to amend the PDFs?   As mentioned, I'm happy to save Ai files going forward, but I need to be able to edit layers on old PDFs.  Thanks for any insight.

I have Acrobat desktop with the AI assistant add-on, all worked well. I now have a new latpop, installed Creative Cloud, logged in, installed Acrobat and no assistant option shows. Interestingly, I'm also invited to enjoy a 'free 7-day trial' even though you can see in the screenshot that I have the pro tools and they all work fine. Any ideas? I have already signed out/clean reinstall etc.

Hello allI need to create some vector artwork in both RGB and CMYK.New to this and would really appreciatre some advice on the correct workflow. Would I produce the artwork in RGB is it as simple as saving a copy and changing the colour mode to CMYK. Doing this does make the colours muted as you would expect? Is the best workflow? Thanks for your time/expertise.

I have been using Lightroom CC on my Windows computer for years and now, suddenly, it refuses to open. I have tried uninstalling and reloading but no change. PS still opens fine.     any idea on what I can do?

Is this a name change? It used to say "Premier Pro," but after the update, it just stayed as "Premier." Was there a version restriction? I'm a little worried, to be honest. Note: When the program opens, it says "Premier Pro."

Hello,When modifying a paragraph style, how to have a preview in the text of the modifications I make in paragraph style ?

Illustrator 30.1 on MacOS 14.6.1 I recently had to process some ai-maps with drop shadows that were placed in Indesign. Their resolution was flagged as insufficient so I changed the document raster effects settings accordingly.  But the changed settings were not applied to all objects that had Drop Shadows applied so I manually confirmed the settings to force an update (which was bothersome due to the number of elements).    Does anyone have an idea what I may have been overlooking?  Is there a way to force an update of all Effects in an Illustrator file?    Thanks in advance for any insights,  Pfaffenbichler

Hello,In this screenshot I have used 2 different indents and a tab :— 1 (indent first) : 0.5 cm— 2 (indent left) : 1 cm— 3 (tab left) : 1.5 cmWhat is the function of each ?How do they work together in that case ?

I would like to have several fields that can be edited throughout the signing process (e.g., if the first signer enters data, the second signer can change it, and/or the third signer).  Is this at all possible using APIs within Adobe Sign?  If not, can someone please recommend an app that might do this? Thank you!

Where does Adobe provide the cost breakdown of credit use for the following Photoshop AI generative tools. It's now obvious that the use of these tools are more than one (1) credit per generation as I only have 187 of 2250 credits remaining.   Also, does Adobe provide users with a "count" of generative runs or do I need to continuing relying on old-fashioned pen and paper to track my generative runs/scans. Firefly Image 3 - Firefly Image 1 - FLUX.2 pro - FLUX Kontext pro - Gemini 3 (with Nano Banana Pro) - Gemini 2.5 (with Nano Bannana) -  I've only been using the tools to "repair and restore" and "create high resolution image from photo" on some very old family photos (mid 1800's to mid 1900's).  Amazing stuff though as these tools are litterally placing a human soul into my old sepia imagery using my "secret contextural sauce" to create some awesome results.1901-William & Katherine Weeks-Ai Before-After-Copy.jpg In this one, AI only added the fire into the kiln and barely colouri

Hello Adobe Stock community,I’m a contributor with over 6,000 assets (photos, vectors, some video) live on Adobe Stock, but I’m only getting about 30–50 downloads per week, and that number has been steadily dropping this year. I upload regularly and believe my metadata is well-optimized, but I’m clearly missing something. I’ve noticed many of my files are now being rejected for “similar content” or vague “quality issues” after months of smooth selling. My content covers a wide variety of subjects and styles (nature, food, business, abstract, etc.), and I haven’t focused on a specific niche. What I’ve tried so far: Uploading consistently, A/B adjusting keywords, and following Adobe’s general guidelines. I keep titles and keywords relevant and have started blending evergreen themes with seasonal content. However, downloads continue to slump.Questions for the experts:Is a “jack-of-all-trades” strategy (variety of topics) hurting my search ranking? Would narrowing to 2–3 niches be better, a

I'm working on an older file (~2023) with a table. Any modifications to the text in the table causes it to be overset text. This includes just deleting a character. The font has not been changed. Please send help.

Hi there, I’ve hit my submission limit. I uploaded about 20 images, but 7 were stuck in review. I’ve since deleted those 7, but I’m still unable to upload new ones. Could you please look into this and see if my limit can be reset?

Not sure what's going on, but all of a sudden I'm finding that Lightroom CC on my MacBook Pro is wildly unstable. I've scanned a bunch of freshly-developed 35mm film and imported about 200 TIFF files. I'm able to work (light edits, crops, etc.) for about 15-20 minutes max before basic tasks like "Export to JPG" or even just quitting the app cause it to pinwheel, forcing me to do a "force quit" just to get past it.   I'm on Lightroom CC version 9.0 (20251017-1944-414afc8 Build). My MacBook Pro is a beefy M4 Max running macOS Tahoe 26.1 with 48GB of RAM and plenty of open space on the SSD.   Any tips or suggestions would be really appreciated, this constant freezing is bumming me out...
