Cordialement,

Hello, I've encountered a problem with the layer and layer mask display. In the previous version of Substance 3D Painter, the layer and layer mask display was a 2D unwrap. Now, the layer mask is displayed as a mask icon, meaning there's no mask preview, and the layer itself is displayed as a 3D sphere with a UV map applied. Could you tell me how to adjust this display? Here are examples of how it was before and how it's now.

I have a DNA pattern brush that I use quite a lot but when I try to implement something like perspective, I can't get the look I want. I used a variable with stroke on this pattern brush and I don't like how the width tool seems to scale only in the vertical dimention, squishing the pattern, the look of which is technically scientfically inaccurate. I hope you can see how the DNA in the top "row" is differnet than the DNA where I added the little magenta arrows. It starts to get squished as the width decreases,  and it keeps getting more and more squished. Is it possible for the pattern to be scaled in both the vertical and horizontal using the width tool? Or is there another way I should be thinking about this? See screenshot. I'm using the latest Illustrator on the Mac OS. Thank you!

Hello,I am having a serious issue with an Adobe Premier app on my iPhone. I created a video project before signing in to my Adobe account. The project is saved locally on the device. The app itself opens normally, and I can create new projects, but when I try to open this specific existing project, the app crashes immediately. I have already tried the following: Restarting the iPhoneOffloading the app (not deleting it)Reinstalling the app after offloading  After offloading, the issue remains the same. The app still crashes only when I attempt to open that particular project. Other functions of the app work normally. I do not want to delete this project. Even if it cannot be edited, I want to know whether there is any way to recover, repair, or access the project data, or export the video. Please let me know if there are any additional steps I can try, or if this project can be recovered in any way. Thank you for your help.

I created a form with tables that are tagged appropriately (TH) and (TD). Unfortunately, there wasn't enough space on the page the table was on, hence, I had to link the rest of the table to the following page. This has caused an issue with PAC, stating I now have a failure, How can I correct that error? The highlighted is the problem.

When I used to print a pdf from my gmail it would pop up immediately and I could press print and it would print or download the paperwork. It was much easier this way. Now adobe acrobat is popping up in a separate tab and it's wanting to print from there. How do I get this to stopped?

I just assigned a new user to a license on our account and he is not getting the activation email from Adobe, so he cannot use it. Please advise.

I'm trying to copy a timeline and rename it, but it seems that copying and renaming a single timeline works fine. However, if I copy a new timeline first and then try to rename it, it fails. Are there any sample code or API examples for this? I'm unsure if the new timeline needs to be activated or if there are any additional steps involved. Thank you. PR on Mac, ver 25.5

My numerous attempts at re-installing Acrobat Reader have been unsuccessful.   The installer downloaded fine and the installation proceeded to the end.  However, this time there is no evidence of Acrobat Reader having been installed.  I cannot find it, either under the Windows Settings for Apps nor an icon shortcut on the desktop.  The Acrobat Reader installer exe file also vanished from where it was downloaded to.  I have followed instructions on previous threads   1. Used the clean up tool - no error messages 2. Checked the C++ is repaired - no error messages   All of this is good. However each time I restart my computer and start the process again the same problem occurs. This is new laptop so there were no previosly installed versions.   I'm running latest windows 11 on a a new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 14Q8X9 Processor Snapdragon(R) X Plus - X1P64100 - Qualcomm(R) Oryon(TM) CPU (3.42 GHz)Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)Device ID [Info removed

So, I buy an extra Firefly credit subscribtion. And the next day, partner models are gone from generative fill options. I'm in the middel of a project and each time I spend more money, I get less options. Not to forget I manually logged a pc off so I could work on my laptop and Adobe resets my account. For the second time in one month. I've been using Adobe for over 20 years, and the past couple of months they got me so angry and disapointed...

Merci.

Hello...new to fillable pdfs.   I created a document contract , but I received one back where the user added comments in random spots and ran lines through some of my text that did not apply to them.  I must be missing something when I save it...how do I only allow users to edit the fillable fields and NOT  edit any text or other parts of the document? Thanks!

Hallo zusammen!

Hello, I have an Adobe Enterprise account through my job, and I haven't been able to use any of the Generative AI features in Photoshop (25.3.1). According to the admins our accounts should have access to all these features. I've read literally countless numbers of posts on these forums about the same issue, and no one ever seems to have an answer for how to fix this.  This is the message I get when I try to use generative expand or fill  I've already tried troubleshooting the Microsoft Firewall, and that has no effect. I've installed and reinstalled and nothing. All my GPU components are compatible. What eles am I supposed to do???

This morning Adobe let me know that there are updates of several Adobe apps. After installijng them Lightroom and Photoshop remained on my desktop app-page, but Premiere disappeared. How can I find Premiere again and set an icon on my bureao-page?Many thanks in advance for your solutions!Kind regards,Amit

Yesterday 19 Jan. 2026 I have made a form in Indesign and Acrobat, in which I was able to import my XML-file. Today after making a few changes to only the plain text of the file, not the fields or field names, I cannot import the XML-file anymore. When I try to do so, I do not get an error of some sorts, after I have selected the file and clicken "open" the pop-up for selecting the file disapears and further nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I also tried in a new, empty file to place just the fields i can import, without any more rules, but the same happens.  Also I have tried to Import an txt file, which also worked yesterday. Also the files that worked yesterday aren't working anymore. I have already uninstalled and installed acrobat again and don't know what more I can do.

Is there a way to upload an excel sheet or point to a google sheet that contains a list of receipents that we want to send a saved template to?I'm picturing setting up an excel sheet where Column A contains the list of participant 1's email address, Column B contains Participants 2 email address, so on and so forth as needed.  We would upload this to Adobe Sign and then choose which template we would like to send to the particpants.  The form gets sent to Participant 1 for filling out.  If there was a Participant 2, it would go to them. We have 500 people to send a form to.  Filling in one email at a time is very time consuming.

I have never seen this happen before, and I'm at a loss. Perhaps it's a bug in the new 2026 version? A handful of pages within my 240-page document turned gray about a month into working on this project, and their page numbers now say PB instead of the page number. They don't look gray when looking at the Pages panel, only when scrolling through the document. When I export to a PDF, those gray pages are white and completely blank -- the text does not show at all, though it is still showing on the document in Normal and Preview modes. I have turned off InDesign and re-opened the app and the file, but those pages are still gray. I have included three screen shots (two of InDesign and one of the view in Acrobat) in the hope that someone can help solve this mystery!

My videos are playing Like this in the app. Ive updated my phone-14 pro, and IOS 26.2. Any idea why it's happening? ?
